I waited on hold for two days, with the same message coming on "there are three callers ahead of you". Those three callers must have been pissed to wait over two days and still be in the line waiting for an answer. Service here is not acceptable and should be changed. My doctor sent a prescription over to Wallgreens over a month ago and they still claim they never got it. I believe it is time to change pharmacy.

It's the quintessential small-town drugstore filled with every kind of sundry, medical item or personal care stuff of all sorts, gifts, toys, greeting cards, yarn and knitting supplies, paints and hobby items of many kinds, and a neat-as-a-pin pharmacy in the far corner. Gifts of all kinds abound - lots of really cool stuff scattered all throughout the nicely arranged shop. They even have a small jewelry counter, just like the one in the Fircrest drugstore all those years ago, when I bought my 5th grade girl a pretty necklace. Even the smells inside trigger memories of that long-gone shop of my past. But the best part is this one still exists and seems to be doing well. We made sure to make a number of purchases and a few small gifts for friends back home and for future trips will always make a point to stop in to take a break from the road. If you're reading this from I90, take a break and stop in. I'm not connected in any way other than wanting to share what I discovered today. You won't regret wandering Main Avenue and popping into this and all the other awesome little shops and stores on Main. Happy to vote a full 5 Yelp Stars.

We try and avoid Walmart as, well its Walmart. But considering there is only one small independent grocery or this... The little store is fine, but they are always WAY overpriced. I realize they are not able to buy in the bulk that the big stores do. But its 3 or 4 times higher. I just cant/dont want to spend that $$$. So, this Walmart, WORST in at lease 30 states that we have been to. I think I discovered 2 or 3 English speaking employees. Thats it. But the clientele calls for Spanish speakers so there ya go. Now I'm not trying to start a race discussion. Thats not my point, or who I am. The point is, out of all the registers they have available they had 2, that's TWO open. On a busy weekend day. So my husband stands in one of them and I go explore the possibility of the other. Both seem equally horrid, so he stays put. Neither line moves for a good 5 minutes. Up I go to investigate what is going on. The line we were in, the customer did not have enough money. Hey it happens. I get it. What I don't get is the cashier standing there looking at the screen. She never had to reverse an item? I've seen them do it. It takes seconds. I'm not execrating when I say it was at least ten minutes. Thats being generous. She stood and staired at the register for that long! So I go back and tell my husband lets try the other line. Hes lined up way back in womans clothes so we find the end of the other line. I walk up front to see what's going on there. Food stamp issue. Or SNAP card or whatever it is now. AGAIN the cashier standing looking at her register as if it will fix itself. I'm reasonably sure they deal with food stamps all day every day. I don't care that the person had the card, not saying that. It was not the customer's fault! Its the brain-dead cashiers. Im again not kidding when I say she was standing there mouth breathing for several minutes! Finally, a "supervisor" comes over. They are both poking at the register. Darn thing wont fix itself!! By some miracle of epic proportions, they figure it out. All tolled we stood at the register in line for 30 minuets. If we didn't need food and other items I would have left after the first 5 minutes of watching the mouth breathing employees. Was this the first day for all 3 employees I saw today? If so dont leave them alone!! When you come here, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. And also, to have any frozen item you have in your cart defrost. The people behind us had two cartons of ice cream. I asked him if I should go back and get a pack of spoons so we could all start eating before it melted to the floor.

Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. . Dealing with the public is not an easy job. I want this business to flourish.

Completely dysfunctional, horrible, zero customer concern or service. If I had a better local option I would never go again. Once this one gets filled, if it ever does, I will be permanently switching to mail order. I just need to know if the meds are ready before driving 20 mins just to turn around because it's not ready. I finally called the customer service number and had to file a complaint. They said that it was an error in the system that often happens and they were very rude and unhelpful. They said they did not have time that evening before close to fill it. So I drove 30 miles to another pharmacy that had later hours. I am tired of having to interact with surly staff. I am moving my RX's to another pharmacy further away just to avoid having to deal with grumpy people. It would help a great deal if the system for requesting refills was intuitive and user friendly, but it is painful to use and hard to know if they filled your RX.
