Thorough yet still gentle. Never once have I felt uncomfortable with her which is apparently a big deal to me. They stopped taking my insurance and I was devastated to switch. After two year at another local place, I decided to come back and pay out of pocket because I loved it so much. After my first visit back I am reminded of what a blessing this place is from the front office ladies, hygienists, to the dentists. I had made an appointment with Dr Jorgensen and while you are lead to believe he is the only dentist there as his is the only name on the sign outside the building there is actually another dentist. I didn't get his name but he did my exam after cleaning because Dr Jorgensen was with another patient. I don't know about you but I like to be in control of my healthcare. I get irritated when I make an appointment with one doctor and am seen by another doctor. I like to be in control and don't want to be seen by one guy this time and the other guy the next time. I will probably switch dentists as a result.

They said they would replace the wires with stronger ones but it happened every single time I got them replaced. The staff compared the glasses to the paperwork and said "Oh, we see the problem. We'll send them back." So accidents happen, no big deal. I picked up the second pair a few weeks later and they are bifocals. I am confused as I didn't ask for bifocals, and the prescription used for the second round of computer glasses was my distance prescription. After a confusing discussion with the office staff where they asked things like "did you try looking at your computer with your distance glasses?"..(uh, no?????).... I received a refund but apparently this was my problem as "computer glasses mean different things to different people." Never did the doctor discuss this with me, only the office staff, and I found the entire experience baffling. I've had computer glasses for many years and never has there been an issue. Back to Costco. Can't recommend.

I knew something was WRONG but,…read moreafter a full eye exam, I was reassured that all I needed were glasses, which did improve my vision. Still not feeling "right", I decided to get a second opinion, during which I was informed that I had posterior subcapsular cataracts, (which SHOULD have been caught by Valley Eye). I needed to have surgery on both eyes with interocular lens replacements. I NOW have perfect vision that was UNDIAGNOSED by Valley Eye care. Risk at your own peril.
