The team at Vision Clinic was able to get me into a set of trial contact lenses which was a lifesaver for me. The first three places in Moses Lake that I called had no interest in helping me in my dire situation. At the last minute on Thursday afternoon, I was able to make it in to get the trial lenses. They were expensive, didnt have much to offer in colors, in the $130.00 range, lots of black frames . Prices for solid color frames were were close to $200.00. Still I needed them, it had been seven years since I had new frames. They took my insurance, good. In 2025, I used my old fashion designer purple frames and replaced the prescription glass. I got out of there for $ 180.00. Sweet! This year, even with insurance, I laid out nearly $500.00 for everything, my insurance paid for the eye examination. The fun frames were $240.00, very artist looking since I am one. And the doctor sold me a pair of heated eyepad for increasing fluid in my eyes; it does help and tried to talk me into getting surgery done on a dropping eye lid. I have sensitivities to food allergies, and that eye lid is not bothering enough for surgery. I repeatedly said, " No." He wrote a prescription out for an infection on my eyelids. I thought ok, enough! He is attended to me and really listened to any concerns I had. He handed me off to a young man, to take measurements for new glasses and fill out paperwork. He was OK, nothing outstanding to mention. When I went to pick up my order after a 1.5 weeks, this same young man, did not provide great customer service. The computer glasses set crooked on my nose, he looked at me and said, " oh, they look fine." I said, " No, the glasses are not fine, it effects my vision." He did take the glasses in the back, adjusted too much. Now glasses were still not quite there, he said, " if I do it anymore, I'll have to bend the frames." I looked at him and thought, hey there're not my first pair of glasses. I've worn glasses since I was 10 years old and now I'm 70. I looked at his face, my patience thinned from his last words. And I said, " well I'll be back if I find glasses still need adjustment." I stand up, and get my purse, he says, " we can adjust to your satisfaction." I said, " hmmm. " So the customer service could be much better here, friendliness depends on what day it is. Don' t come the day after a holiday for anything. My mistake. I might find another vision place next year. Course I wont need new glasses for awhile.

I knew something was WRONG but,…read moreafter a full eye exam, I was reassured that all I needed were glasses, which did improve my vision. Still not feeling "right", I decided to get a second opinion, during which I was informed that I had posterior subcapsular cataracts, (which SHOULD have been caught by Valley Eye). I needed to have surgery on both eyes with interocular lens replacements. I NOW have perfect vision that was UNDIAGNOSED by Valley Eye care. Risk at your own peril.

Sasha is an absolute gem--she took the time to help me find frames that perfectly suit my face and lifestyle. The prices are fantastic, and they even have designer brands! I was very skeptical due to the name of the place. As soon as my insurance kicked in I called to schedule a CLEANING and I told them that I was new to the area. They scheduled my appoint for a few weeks. So fast forward to today when I go in and the place looks like, to quote another review "looks like a welfare dental office." So I fill out my paperwork, and go back in the exam room. I sat down in the chair in the assistant wasn't very welcoming and just jumped right into the x-rays. After she was done with the x-rays, she had the dentist come in. The dentist didn't even introduce himself and just started looking at my teeth. About 45 minutes later the assistant gives me back my glasses and said were all done. I replied "that's it, no cleaning. She says "oh on the schedule it just says an exam, check with the front desk." I go to check with the front desk and ask them if I had scheduled a cleaning. They reply, "oh we don't have a dental hygienist for the month of January." Really!? It would have been nice to know that when I called. So glad I took an hour of work so I could come in and waste my time. She wanted to schedule an appointment for the month of February for the cleaning, I said "No thanks, I'll call you." Do yourself a favor, pay a little extra and go see someone else. There are a lot more qualified dentists in the area! Thank god I didn't have them work on anything in my mouth.
