They don't hesitate to place you on a perpetual hold, and neglect to follow up after asking for your contact number. I called the previous night, and spoke to Sally, to avoid a delay since it was an out of town script. We arrived, for pickup, before lunchtime; they started lowering the shutters around 10-15 minutes before lunchtime - while people were still in line; worse, there was no acknowledgment...RUDE! And this pharmacist was incredibly busy and a little stressed out, but still took the time to be very helpful and get my prescription filled and work with my mother so that she was not wasting her time going all the way there to get this for me.
