Bob needed to know why the prescription had been sitting at Stop and Shop for 3 weeks, why I left Rite Aid (because of this type of treatment), why I didn't have all the answers, etc. After 5 minutes of pharmacist waterboarding I got my prescription--but no apology. If I switch from S&S now I will indeed look like a shady character...moving from pharmacy to pharmacy looking for a chink in the iron curtain of PharmaWorld.
