The phone tree is annoying, but it is understandable as to why it is needed. The multiple times I have had exchanges with folks at the pharmacy, they have been great. They have to deal with a high volume of calls and individuals with varying levels of health literacy. They do a great job. read more

Horror show in pharmacy always slow and it seems they really don't care how long they make you wait. I give them a zero star!

Today is Do Not Answer The Phone day. I tried calling all day. When I got there, you could hear "you have 2 pharmacy calls waiting" with no one batting an eye. 5 people working there, I was the only one in line. No Covid testing. But can't answer the phone. I had 2 questions about my prescriptions and their pricing. They told me to wait in the Consultation line, which had 3 people waiting to get vaccines for a long time. I finally said "listen, there is nobody behind me. Get on your computer and get me my answers!". What, I was just gonna leave and come back another day? I would sooo switch this pharmacy except that my insurance carrier makes me go there. BTW, it took 10 minutes for them to get it straight, and in that time, no one ever was behind me in line. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. On automatic refill and every time I get here they don't have it filled. You work at a pharmacy and people need their medications. Really inconvenient when I put myself on automatic refill so I can make a quick trip to CVS and then end up waiting 30 minutes every time. I will be switching pharmacies today, as I am writing this review in the parking lot while waiting for my prescription to be filled :) ! read more

The lady who answered my phone call on 8/11/21 in the evening was so very rude. My doctor was trying to get ahold of her as well and would not answer her calls and told her that they only had time for flu & covid vaccines. Just such a nasty attitude. People are trying to get their prescriptions filled and she clearly doesn't care. You should not be in pharmaceutical if you don't care about others. Hire somebody a little more friendly. read more

This Putnam CVS Pharmacy is the worst. I'm so done and switching pharmacies. Today, I selected same day delivery. The order was never picked up and is "bagged up for the third party", the pharmacy staff indicated that they could not sell me the medications now that it is bagged up for delivery and that I have to contact this mystery third party which was supposed to be on the website. I am not able to find any information for this third party and need my medication or I will become very sick. The staff at Putnam CVS pharmacy were completely useless and couldn't provide me any information on how to contact this third party delivery service and now I'm stuck unable to get my medication. After an hour on the website I was able to finally find that I "need to contact the Putnam CVS pharmacy" with any issue with the delivery as they are "best able to help". Absolute joke, they are and have been such a pain in the butt. Done. Switching to somewhere else asap. read more

Do not get a Covid test from this CVS Minute clinic. They claim 3-4 day average turnaround. We've been waiting 8 days now with no end in site. Needed for a trip. Now the results are useless. read more

I'm not someone who leaves reviews but this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. For about a year now I have been going here to pick up my prescriptions and never once has something not gone wrong. The main woman pharmacist is fantastic, I have nothing bad to say about her but my god she must go crazy dealing with these kids she has to work with. I wish I could think of a nicer word to say but they are just plain dumb. I'm sorry but it is what it is. One time I had to literally point on the computer to what this kid was trying to figure out for 25 min while 4 people stood in line behind me. There is one girl who finds any way possible to slip a sarcastic comment in. I love sarcasm but this girl is so dumb and rude that it blows my mind she thinks sarcasm is a viable option. I took a Covid test here, I gave my finished sample in the bag, asked the kid if I was done, he said "did u snap off the back" and before I could answer he opens the bag, sticks his hand in, immediately realizes that what he's doing is outrageously dumb, looks at me, my mouth is open in shock and I swear he said "your sample may have been contaminated".
