The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. CVS does this coast-to-coast and executes a fairly consistent experience. This location is my preferred pharmacy and they generally meet or exceed my expectations. If you use the CVS app, then you can manage your prescriptions and get notifications when refills or new prescriptions are ready. It's a fairly seamless experience; you can tailor your experience however you like. At this location, you can pick up your prescriptions in store or via the drive-through and there is always someone working either side. Same thing goes for the MinuteClinic. You can make appointments online, submit your intake paperwork, and be seen same day. They offer routine immunizations, wellness visits, and minor medical needs. I find the nurse practitioners to be friendly and skilled, and I enjoy having this convenience. My only knock is that the pharmacy does close down between 1:30-2:00 each day. That's not a real inconvenience, as I know when their hours are, but I have been tripped up by it before. CVS also is big into automation, as if the app is not enough, self-service kiosks will let you check out quickly. The store is clean and well-stocked and provides a neighborhood convenience that definitely evolves with consumer patterns. P.S. And they print the LONGEST receipts of any chain.

Even though there is a yearly fee and I give a tip to the driver, it saves me from over spending. Because I can see my total as I placed my order. I also physically go to the store to pick up items usually twice a month that I may have forgotten on my online grocery order. The store is always neat and clean and the last visit, there was a store associate that went out of her way to try to fix a price error. She was unable to override it, and I wasn't willing to wait for a supervisor so I just didn't get that particular item. As with a large store, there will always be issues here and there. My main complaint has always been the stores going to self check out. The store is usually stocked well and organized well.

Go in one door when you arrive, get ready to leave, walk all the way across the store and that door is now closed. Locked up tight. No signs, no one there to tell you. So we had to walk all the way back across the store to get out the other door then once we got out that door, we had to walk all the way across the parking lot to get to our car that is parked at the locked door. This is simply a messed up place. I'd say lack of training, from the top down. Will not be back. As we were loading up our merchandise we saw at least 7 people go to the locked door to enter. Obviously, the doors are locked with NO signage denoting that the other door must be used, everyone we saw got back in their car and left. We also saw a half dozen people on the inside trying to leave that couldnt get out. Shame on you Walmart manager and staff. Seems like a fire hazard to me

They will have sales that are pretty good sometimes but I do all my shopping at once. I do get my photos developed here and they are usually correct. The pharmacy is good and most workers are polite and helpful. The store is clean and the staff is generally polite in the main store area when I do go in. I have had a few issues off and on with the customer service in the main store throughout the years but typically the pharmacy is consistent.

They do answer the phones, answer your questions and will actually work to get your prescription fille, ie talking to your insurance company and your doctor. Other locations won't even try most of the time. Only down side is they don't take outside prescriptions from doctors not in their system. for the most part they always have my medication in stock and when not it's ordered and available within a day or two. They are even willing to find other Walgreens if there is a medication they don't have and need right away. Other Walgreens won't take the time to do that. Also it's nice that they have more than one person to help you which the most other stores don't.
