After 3 calls, I finally spoke to a person at the front counter, but they cannot transfer a call to a person in the pharmacy !!! We have since made another appointment for other family members. I will say that some customers weren't wearing a mask, but anyone getting vaccinated was, along with all of the staff. They did sanitize the chair between customers too. Happy to go back in 3 weeks for the 2nd dose!

Charged FSA card and now FSA is going to freeze my card because they can never send a receipt. I looked at my Medicare claims and they've been billing them also When my Cigna pays 100%. Called today and told to pick up their oxygen equipment. Would rather go without then use them ever again.

It put out a toxic acetone smell and I tried to get situation resolved in timely manner... Humana is reporting I have possibly been scammed because I was tricked into signing something that said close to $2,000 in a manner which I could not understand and with Medicare you never own the machine and they said I was locked into a 3-year contract none of which this is true they refused to provide me any corrected statement. I had appt finally for them to switch out machine. they KNEW NO way to call me[ nor need] and I waited all day no one showed and when I called them at close of business they gave me some lame defensive response...and set appt for time i told them over and over i do not have open! and ANOTHER day of me paying for NON working oxygen!!! and severe bp spikes, etc from their forced LONG, stressful, chaotic interaction.
