Even though they were closed, I still left a voicemail, hoping someone might hear it. To my surprise and immense relief, the very next morning I received a call from Marie. She was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful--truly one of the most caring individuals I've ever spoken with in customer service. My pet depends on these eye drops because he doesn't produce his own tears, and we weren't scheduled to return to town until July 14. Marie went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of during a time when most wouldn't even return a call. Thank you, Marie, for thinking of us and for going above and beyond. I'm not familiar with their broader selection, but they had what I needed and their website will offer more insight into the other compounded medicines they offer! They saw my package said it needed to be refrigerated and they did that. They also called Kaiser to ask if it was a mistake since they have no agreement with Kaiser for things like this. Kaiser called me immediately and verified my identity. Greg was the pharmacist who helped me out. He called a couple of times to Kaiser. Greg..: thank you for being so consistent. You had my diabetic medicine. The staff who also found my other meds at the access point got me my meds and then quickly went over to the checkout aisle to ring people up. She was amazing as well. As of yesterday…read more8/27/26 I have left them for my own financial reasons and switched to a different pharmacy but unfortunately there was 1 Mediation that my new pharmacy couldn't fill so they requested that I leave it at calmont. I called to have them request it back and so I spoke to the owner Vijay Patel, which I never have had to before. He was very rude and wouldn't let me talk kept talking over me, yelling at me then ultimately he hung up in my face, while I was still talking. I have never had a bad experience with them until today with the owner wouldn't you think he would be nice right?! Everyone else who works there are always nice and sweet. So I was very hurt and shocked by the owner acting that way. If he continues to have his business I suggest that he learns human kindness and decency. I hope he doesn't treat his employees like that.
