When the girl at the register called another employee he stated that it was down all morning and that he would need to reboot it. He then proceeded to reboot and said it would take 5 minutes. Well it ended up taking 30 minutes before it was done and I had to ask again for them to check. This time they were able to print. The girl was very sweet but there was no sense of urgency or the other employee didn't even come back at all to check on the status of the printer. I thought that we would have been helped when she took the pictures to her register and by then two people were lined up and she didn't let them know that we were next, instead she helped them before us.
