Update: RX POSITIVE contacted me and issue was resolved, I exchanged my walker for a slimmer model that allowed me to move around my house with much ease. I am very thankful for them working with me to find a solution and help me with my issues. They went out of their way to make things right. Fortunately my back issues are getting better and I no longer need the walker but Im thankful its there when I need it again. read more

I took moms walker to have the brakes repaired when she was in the hospital. The customer service rep told me it would be a couple of days. I ended up calling twice and stopping in twice. The technician never returned my calls and when he wasn't in he was out sick. Finally, today I decided to pickup the walker and take my business elsewhere. read more

My son purchased and put batteries in my scooter not long ago. They are now indicating low battery which tells me they were not new when purchased. We purchased the scooter from them and now I feel they don't stand up to their products. Hate to phone them as I always get the "run around". read more

I have done business with this company for years and have always been satisfied. I got my CPAP machine from them and all supplies for it. The lady showed me how to use it and showed me a variety of masks and made sure I was fitted properly with a mask that was comfortable for me. She took all the time necessary to go through everything from stressing that I use it every night, how to properly care for and keep it clean, etc. recently I had a fall and broke both feet. It was a Friday afternoon when I called RX Positive needing batteries for a wheelchair I've had for years. They advised me that the guy who does wheelchairs is out of town and won't be back to work till Monday morning. I explained my problem, said I desperately needed batteries for my wheelchair (I have gotten them from them before) and left my name and phone number. To my surprise I received a call Saturday about noon - he had seen my message and knew I was stuck without the wheelchair- and he offered to bring batteries to my home at no extra charge if I wanted him to. He arrived about an hour later and installed the new batteries in my chair for me. THANK YOU RX POSITIVE for having such kind hearted and personally concerned employees!! read more

I've used this business for the last 2 years for many types of medical supplies that I and my husband require monthly. They have always been pleasant and willing to work with me, my doctor, and my insurance company (Tricare) to get the supplies I require. If they don't have it in stock (and that's very rare) they have been able to get it for me in a timely manner. My only complaint is that they can be quite busy at times (since no appointment is required) and once or twice I've had to wait approximately 20 minutes (a minor inconvenience compared to the great service I've received). Based on my experience of dealing with other medical supply companies for the last 30 years in 5 different states, Rx Positive's performance has exceeded all the others in every way. read more

The people who work here are LIARS. Ask for a referral to a different medical supply company and do not take your perscription here. The lady I spoke to lied to me and said Tri-Care does not cover the cost of Medela breastpumps when in fact I know they do.. and pushed on giving me the Mediquip breastpump that was not BPA free. If I could give zero stars I would. So I was talking to the clerk about getting storage bags for my breast pump because they are covered under my policy (verified by insurance rep, referral agent, and doctor). Midway into the conversation a rep named Nicole jumps in and says it's not covered. It wasn't on my prescription so I have to get a prescription for it anyway so it was a moot comment. So I pull up the "what's covered under your policy" Web page on my phone that clearly states that storage bags are covered and I ask if they carry any and Nicole continues to interrupt me saying it that I am wrong and it's not covered cause she "has spoken to a rep", I can just go to walmart while she rudely tells me over and over that it's not covered. So I gave up told her the conversation wasn't going anywhere she was right I was wrong and left. I will not return and I will be letting my doctor's office know what happened, hopefully they start sending people elsewhere so they don't have to deal with the same treatment I just had to endure. read more

This is one of the worst if not THE worst experience I have had with a purchase of a product. First of all my mother who is 79 was told be her heart doctor she should wear Ted hose for her legs. He wrote a prescription and suggested RXPOstive near them to buy. My mother took her prescription in and was quoted $20.00. Which sounded high but we proceeded and she was fitted for a pair that went up to her waist. So she goes to check out and they pulled a bait and switch saying "oh these are a stronger kind, much better and are $60.00. My mom was confused and paid for them. I realized what happened and called the company back right away to try to return. Even thou the receipt said no returns I felt they were taking advantage of the senior citizens. So I was told Ben (who I found out later was the owner) would call me back. No call back, so I called called again and was told Ben would call me back. No call. So I drove there to talk to him. HE was very rude and never even apologized for not calling me back or selling her the higher priced ones and would not let me return them. I have found out I could have purchased the same ones for $32.00 at a similar business. So people should no this company is charging 50%more and they are very rude. I plan on telling her dr and every other business or person to not send there patients to this company, If there was a negative rating I would have rated them that way! read more

I was sent to RX postive after receiving a prescription for a breastpump from my provider, not knowing I had other options I went there to pick it up. After waiting for half an hour because my prescription had been written by my PCP who happened to be a NP and not a "physician" I was given pump. I was not thrilled with the brand but it was free so I was happy. About a month later I received a call from an employee very upset because tricare had denied my claim because I had a secondary insurance. She accused me of lying to her and on the forms i had filled out about my insurances. She then informed me I needed to come and pay for the pump as sson as possible. After several days of speaking with a nurse from the clinic and different tricare representatives who were very helpful, it turned out all RX positive needed was my other insurance information. During those several days the employee was continuing to call and asked me when I would be coming to pay for the pump. It was a very stressful experience read more
