Was the perfect office. Staff was friendly at first. I missed an appointment my Dad had a heart attack in San Diego. I paid my $25.00 for missed appointment fee. My appointment was 4 months out. I've asked them if anyone cancelled to call me. No call I've called to check several times of an appointment. It's still no. I left 4 messages for the Dr. to call. This place is a waste of time & money. I had a referral to be seen because my eyes keep turning red and was prescribed antibiotic drops. I tried calling multiple times to get the prescription switched to the base pharmacy as the medication was $85 at Walgreens. I finally got ahold of someone and they told me I had to be seen again to get the prescription moved to a different pharmacy. Glad I was nothing but a dollar sign for this office. Find a different doctor that actually cares. read more

Dr. Goldenberg never on time. Makes patients wait at least 45+ with no concern. But if your late 15 minutes they reschedule.

You can tell that all the staff here really cares about your well being and treat you how they want to be treated. Unfortunately, that is kind of a rare thing today with businesses so it was very refreshing to see. They took great care of my 7 year old daughter who was afraid to go in the first place and they made her feel right at home, safe and comfortable. Grace was amazing, Dr. Snyder was awesome, and the front of the house staff was top notch as well with their care! 100% would recommend to my friends and family to come here for your eye care needs. read more

It's been a year or two ... but, I was driving down here to Yuma (from nevada ) and my Vision was literally Horrible .... It happened very suddenly... I was seeing multiple images coming from my left eye ... Driving was very dangerous ... Especially at night .. To make a long story a bit shorter ... This facility via a Cataract operation .. Saved Me !!!! ... It was a horrible situation and now I have great vision ... ( I need it ) ( I drive a lot ) ... I don't see many reviews here for recent care at Aielio Eye Insitute. I won't be having care there either. THEY FIRED ME! meaning they don't want me as a patient. This is a new practice by clinics if the patient questions or doesn't agree with them over treatment or billing. I had questions about a procedure and about a bill. I was told I could not consult with the doctor and I was told a manager would call. Never happened. I received a letter in the mail telling me I needed to find a new eye clinic. So public beware at the Dr. office. read more

Came here for contacts, received one phone call when they arrived. I was out of town, and forgot about them. That was in March...I received a 2nd reminder call about 2 days ago...mind you, almost 2 months later. So today I decided to stop by before work, the sign on the door says they open at 8am. It is now 828, AND still not open. I asked on the medical side and the kid said they open between 8 -830, sometimes 9. First I want to make it clear that I have no grievance with the actual care I received. The technicians and Dr. Class were extremely helpful and polite. My complaint is with the office staff. My insurance has a set copay amount for a contact exam. I was told by the office staff I had to pay the full amount and be reimbursed, which is not correct according to the agreement they have as a provider for my insurance. I explained to them that my copay should only be a certain amount, but they forced me to pay the full amount and then wait for a refund. I asked for an itemized statement of services and they were unable to provide one for me when I checked out. They told me they could not do that and called the business office and were told I would have one mailed to me that afternoon. Two weeks later I still had no statement. I returned and again asked for an itemized statement and was told they would mail me one, again. I asked why I could not have one at that time and was told they other office handled the statements, not this one. I have double checked all the policies with my insurance provider to make sure this would be an accurate statement of how everything was handled, regarding the copay situation. Aiello Eye Institue may provide quality eye exams, but the customer service and billing practices are terrible. I will not return! read more

Dr. Aiello is the best! I had lasik surgery at Aiello Eye Institute in 2012- the best decision I've ever made! 3 years later and i still see better than i did with my glasses and contacts. Especially liked the fact that I didn't have to go out of town. I recommend it to everyone every chance I get. Of course I take my family there too, even my kids love it there.
