Went to the Monroe store and was initially helped by Jay and once I decided on a plan Lexi the manager did the plan initiation and porting. I cannot lavish enough praise on her for her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. She also possesses a keen sense of humor and the ability to recall the password I selected a week before..... I have also discovered that I am getting 5G service in areas where I didn't before. At my home which has always been barely one bar is now three bar service. These, along with the great savings make this the perfect move.
