They are not professionals and the sales people take demo classes off the rack and then they sell them to you. Overpriced unprofessional.

Years ago I had an accident which was above my eye it causes me a lot of anxiety when I go for my yearly visit. From the minute I walk through the door Janet, Danielle and Lindsey are not only friendly, but professional and competent. I can't say enough about Kelli and her staff except I would travel from anywhere to go to this office. I've never had an issue with being treated with anything but kindness. I once was fit into an appointment last minute due to an unexpected eye issue. When our son decided to move from glasses to contacts Kelli advised him and guided him until he had the right fit. Eventually as he got older she recommended a top notch surgeon because he no longer wanted to deal with contacts. I would and will continue to recommend Dr Kelli and her staff to anyone needing a great optometrist. Patients for life. BUT that Dr. Eng is a quack with his smart attitude, stupid remarks, and other unrelated gibberish that came out of him, when all I wanted was my eye exam and a new pair of glasses. He needs to be replaced and I know among other reviews I've seen I'm not the only one to have a bad experience with him. I've seen that there's more people who've complained about Dr. Eng than having a positive thing to say about him. If I could give the staff a rating, it was be 4 out of 5. But the rest of the experience of that place would be a 0/5. I tried to get them to fix my first pair of glasses, which they made wrong. They gave me a second eye exam with Dr. Eng again and felt like I was bothering/wasting his time with this 2nd eye exam. Especially with his smart indirect remark that I was being indecisive during the 2nd eye exam. I'm the patient and should never be told I'm being indecisive! To then be told to not take it personally!
