I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. I went in to trade in my old phone (13…read morepro) and get a new phone (iphone 17). I was told it would be an extra 40 dollars for the one time upgrade and 19 dollars a month for the protection on the phone which I could cancel after the first month. I spent over an hour and half. The sales representative Bobby was new so I was trying to be patient. When I walked out I looked at my estimated bill and they had added a completely new line under my iPhone 13pro which I did not ask for and had started and disconnected another phone number. My bill was going to be over 100 dollars more the next month and estimated to be 50 dollars more after that. I called Verizon customer service and they were so confused what had been done and why. I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to reverse everything that happened. I called the store to let them know and they just gaslit me and told me "they explained this to me and it would be cheaper". I can assure you this was not the case. When I signed the agreement (where he held the iPad and scrolled quickly through) he said it was just for the upgrade and so that he can have access to make changes to my account. Also why would I want a new line on my old phone when the phone barely stays charged throughout the day. So just a caution to folks to make sure you read through and understand what exactly you're doing because even if you ask for one thing they may give you something completely different that you have no use for. I will say they were very nice and personable but moving forward I do not trust this store.

The manager of the store has absolutely zero talent for customer service ! Treats the customer…read morelike crap and talks loudly ....making the customer feel belittled . In the middle of the conversation, he stops and talk to another representative about something else making you not feel important any longer ....Will not stop talking and listen to the customer ! Big time loss for a Verizon loyal customer for over 20 years !
