My billing cycle went from the 18th - 17th of the each month - and once I returned the unit via The UPS Store my service was disconnected on the 1st of the month within the billing cycle. Why should I pay for the whole cycle? and when the next person at the address opens an account the next day - they collect double? Seems unfair to me.
