Purchased the byop card and 30 day plan for walmart (cost $20 for both). Got the phone switched over the same day. Good riddence to the $175/mo plan What a rip off!!

I sold them a MacBook Pro months ago, resetting it to factory settings in their presence. They inspected and accepted it as is but failed to check for an MDM profile, which I was unaware of. Despite their supposed expertise, Terenzio falsely accused me of selling a "stolen" device (I've had this device that I purchased for over 5 years) and demanded a $100 refund, claiming I misrepresented the device. His harassing calls and texts, including one on June 12, 2025, calling me a "lowlife" who "peddles stolen computers" and threatening court, were baseless and aggressive. Using a scanned copy of my ID as a threatening tactic over a legally invalid claim is desperate and absurd. He then had the audacity to say, "giving you 72 hours to come down with $100" and then I'll see you in court". Torching a business relationship over a mere $100 with such incompetent, hostile & extortive behavior is beyond foolish. Avoid Evolve Computer for their unethical and clueless practices.

Two of them were priced higher in the outlet than online. And the outlet charges $125 for delivery compared to $39 online. I was going to order online but was having trouble with the delivery options, so I went to "regular" Lowe's in Southington. Turned out the delivery option problem (website offered next-day delivery for a surcharge, but it reverted to regular delivery at checkout) is a known issue that they couldn't even override in-store! However, the price that came up in-store was almost $200 less than the already good online price. And the young woman who helped me, Jasmine, was wonderful.

I couldn't find any I liked in my size, but he dug down into a drawer and found just what I was looking for. He also helped me select a stylish belt in my size. My purchases were quick and easy thanks to him. While at the checkout counter I asked why he was working in the store alone. He gave the same reason so many businesses are struggling to find help in these post COVID days. There's no incentive to work when the taxpayers pay so well with all the "stimulus" money on top of open-ended unemployment benefits. I just shook my head and thanked him for all his help. I'll come back next time I need clothes to fit my fat ass.
