Walking in some may feel it's not organized....but some may see the shop for its treasure trove of photography and history. Plus the staff knows where anything you need is located. There is some really cool older pieces along with the latest equipment too. They have both. What you will not be able to purchase online is the people and the experience of excellent caring customer service. The gentleman running the shop know their stuff and genuinely have a love of photography. There is a lot of experience I was learning from just walking in the doors. There isn't many places like this available to shop at where a great bargain is mixed with the excellent service and experience knowledgeable staff. We had stopped in for a Cannon Macro lens for my work and my young teenage son was able to get a good deal on some lenses for his camera too. Say NO, NO, NO to Moto Photo…read more Last Friday I met with one of Moto Photo Graphic Designer's for less than 30 minutes. I needed her to make me a brochure. She said she could do it and that all I had to do is email her the photos. So I was charged $190. So I went home and tried, but thing's did not go as planned. So I call them on Monday and told them about the situation. One of the people up there told me to try it a different way. So I did, and still that did not work out. I got frustrated and drove up there with my computer. It wouldn't have taken the Graphic Designer that long to get the photos and text off my computer. But her piss poor manager wouldn't have any of it. She told me they didn't have time for her to sit down with me and that I would have to figure it out and email them the stuff they need on my own. I drove back home wonder if I was a paying customer or not. Didn't I pay these people for two hours of their time? Anyway, I discovered that I can make my own brochure and poster using Vista Print. So I asked for my money back. They refunded me $106. When I inquire about the rest of my money she said it was company policy to keep the first hour because I sat with a Graphic Designer. Does that seem fair to you? Does anybody else do this? Does a car salesman charge you money after speaking with him for a few hours then changing your mind? No they don't. Nobody and no professional gets away with this, well ok maybe our government but I digress. The Graphic Designer sat with me less than 30 minutes and did not do any design work for me because I could not get her the text and photos. Folks, just save your money and go to Vista print or Café press. Go somewhere else so this does not happen to you. This is a predatory business that preys on Disabled Veterans like me. Shame on them.

It's in your hometown, Jeffersonville, and if you call them to schedule you can actually get in quicker than going the route of using the websites for Comptia courses. It's a tiny lil place just across from the Jeff courthouse but its efficient, they are quiet, and its comfortable. It's the standard three desk setup in a small quiet room. I love their homemade IT art as well. Do be careful with writing down notes no the wipe board *before* the test, you are not allowed to do that and that's a PEARSON VUE company thing. It's owned by Michael Hart and his son, Killian and Michael and his wife are both American veterans, so go support a worthy mom and pop location, knowing that you are helping a patriot who helped America.
