When he goes to grab the game he can't find it so he says "you have to go find another game of the same price unless you want me to refund you." I was so confused LOL While this is happening he continues muttering and cursing under his breath while checking out a woman and her young daughter. The woman gives him a toy to buy for her daughter and he says "I can't f**king scan this you have to put it back. I know it's 7 dollars but I don't know how to put that in." He ends up finding the game I bought and I left. Very aggressive. I work in customer service and get that customers can be aggravating and demanding, but I would never curse or raise my voice at them especially without being provoked.

Our 1GB memory card was not going to cut it for our weekend. So we headed here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and told us of the options we had (we could buy a new memory card or they could put all the photos we had taken on to a disc). Both options however were really quite pricey. We gave it a miss and went elsewhere! If you need something urgently and dont mind paying extra then this place is great. If however you are able to wait to get to a large chain store (where things are bound to be cheaper) then wait. Kind of sad when you have to rely on big shops for good prices. :(
