Located in the Washington Plaza, parking was challenging but was able to find parking on the north side of the plaza. Checked in at the Pharmacy vaccine window and was directed to wait at the vax area. The pharmacist came out and verified my ID and was given the shot and was on my way with a $10 off $20 coupon. Overall easy experience.

After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

I thought it was weird when my total was higher than expected. When I went to go look at my receipt, the items were more expensive than the shelf price. I bought: - Powdered peanut butter, which were supposed to be $2.50, but rung up as $4.84 - Nature Valley Cinnamon Almond biscuits, which were supposed to be $6.94, but rung up as $9.98 Then I had to wait in the customer service line for 30 minutes because it's always long and they only has 1 person working there. Plus, you can shop while waiting for your prescription(s) to be filled or refilled. They accept Good Rx in addition to your insurance if you find a cheaper price on the app for non over the counter medicines. To date I've had no issues or dissatisfaction with the staff or my experience. They are professional and efficient. If you have a few items (within reason, 10 or less) you can also pay here to avoid standing in two lines. I get gas from Costco as well. It can be a one stop shop. They have optical care and hearing aid service. I miss the photo service and ink refills.

Instead of answering my request, he repeatedly told me to call back in 30 minutes. At 3:23 PM I called again and the same employee answered. I asked again if the Mandarin-speaking staff member could speak with me. I stayed on the line waiting for her. After waiting for 27 minutes with no response, I drove to the pharmacy myself. When I arrived, the Mandarin-speaking staff member finally picked up the phone and told me that the employee had just told her about my call. This means my call had been left waiting the entire time without notifying her. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but basic communication with customers is important. If the staff member was unavailable, he could have simply told me honestly or asked her to briefly explain the situation. Leaving a customer waiting on the phone for almost 30 minutes without any explanation is very disrespectful. What made the experience worse was the dismissive and impatient attitude from the employee. As a Mandarin-speaking customer, this interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I like Wal Mart. But like any decent store Management sometimes screws it up. I'm 24 Mexican and studied business, I've managed Seasonal Stores like Spirit Halloween to department store. I learned your crew can either work for you or against you, but it's up to you to be the motivator and soul of your team. You NEVER call your employee STUPID when you think no one is listening because that's abuse. I went in today to buy formula for my 6 month nephew, I walk into the door, carts everywhere (no problem.) i walk directly with my Girlfriend to the baby section, Running by is a late 20's early 30's asian women crying and running away from a black male in a white button up. He grabs for her and says "... Your being stupid, your so stupid..." as she runs to the baby Formula strip, she goes to the floor and starts to put away a massive pile of GO-Backs, Still sobbing, "Is this where you hide? Look At this mess..." i can't describe his tone except that it was very violent and degrading. She started to Cry even more so I decided to step in as someone who has witnessed domestic violence. Today, my mother and cousin visited the Walmart return section to return a pair of Apple headphones that were not functioning properly. They were assisted by Cecilia and Tony. My mother explained that she wanted to return the headphones, which she had purchased a week prior, and provided the original packaging along with the receipt. However, they informed her that since the headphones supposedly came with a charger, they could not accept the return. Feeling concerned, my mother called me for assistance. Upon my arrival, I politely clarified to Cecilia and Tony that the fourth-generation Apple headphones do not include a charger, as all Apple chargers are sold separately. Cecilia asserted that a charger was included, and her tone was unprofessional. To resolve the misunderstanding, I accessed the product description online via their website to demonstrate that the charger is indeed sold separately. After providing this information, Cecilia then said "mmm, I guess" and proceeded the return, but unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the previous misunderstanding. Both Cecilia and Tony's demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful, which created an uncomfortable experience for my mother. It is my belief that staff should receive adequate training in customer service. Situations like this should be handled with patience and thorough investigation rather than immediate rejection. I took the time to discuss with both Cecilia and Tony how their attitude and approach were not conducive to a positive customer experience. If I could put negative stars I would. The late night manager named Nikea who wears the yellow ugly vest. Was the absolutely RUDEST woman I've ever encountered. She accused my fiancé of his credit card not being his although he had his ID to show!! Then when we could not purchase what we wanted we decided to pick out two gift cards instead. We waited in line as she watched us the whole time, when we go to pay she interrupts, pushes the coworker out of the way and says "uhmmm you can't buy these Visa cards here" sooo where can we purchase them?? We asked. She told us at the money Mart which closes at 8. The gift card we had first of all was not a Visa card and we have purchased gift cards at the front registers before. So she is a big LIAR. And RUDE as heck. She embarrassed my fiancé and I in front of many people. As we left empty handed watching about five other customers purchasing gift cards in the front lines with no trouble from the scary lady stopping them, She really needs to learn some manners and stop being racist. I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop and look for something I needed. This place is scary. It looks dirty and dangerous. Even though it took me a little courage to get out of my car I went inside. It looked like madness in there. Not worth being in there for what i needed but I continued... one of the salesman began hitting on me (Pervert) but I ignored him and continue walking. Made it to the section I needed but there was such a mess I regretted getting out of my car on the first place. I needed to return something. On the phone I was told to take it to a store. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, the 'associate' told me she could not give me a refund even though I had the packing slip, and OFFERED NO OTHER SOLUTIONS, and tried to brush me aside. The staff of San Leandro-Hesperian is racist. She gave a full refund to the woman ahead of me with no receipt! Her 'supervisor' refused too. All 3 were from the same pacific island group. I went there to buy an advertised item in the floorcare department and they did not stock it. They said order it on line. But then I discovered it was not original manufacture replacemaent part, it was made by arm and hammer. They were not well made so I sent them back. I guess Wal Mart advertises low prices but do not tell you that the quality is low too. I actually found what I needed at a close by store and the price was the same but was original manufacture replacement part. Walmart states that the customer is the heart of their business, but the quality of service doesn't show that. The staff doesn't care if you find your item or not. It takes forever to get help in customer service department and their procedures to handle online orders sucks. I ordered something for my son online and I go to pick it up and they tell me that it is not in, but they have several on the shelves. I asked to be able to get one from there but it is a long progress to do it and they also don't guarantee the same price as they offer on their own website. read more

Keep in mind this is the GHETTO. Have you been to this area before? The store is ghetto because the neighborhood is! However, if this one isn't scary enough for you, try the one in Oakland or the other San Leandro location on Davis. Those are much worse. It's walmart, watch your back. I do this even at the Livermore and Pleasanton ones. I wouldn't say this place is sketchy just at night but also during the day. This walmart at 15555 hesperian blvd is a joke. They advertise things on their website and say you have to pick up in store cause only 3 left. Then when you get there they say they dont have any and wont honor the price on the ones in the store. Their customer service isn't any help either. This experience at the San Leandro Target on September 1 at approximately 12:50 PM was incredibly disappointing. I had a curbside order totaling around $180, with many of the items being for work, including drinks, snacks, and other supplies. For some reason, my order was split into two separate orders. I received the first order and then waited approximately 20 minutes for the second order. When the employee finally came out with the second order, he began unloading the items into my trunk in a very careless manner. He was essentially throwing the items into my trunk and slamming them down. These were items I had just spent $180 on, and I expected them to be handled with at least a basic level of care. After he finished, he closed my trunk, but it did not actually close all the way because some of the items were sticking out. My car beeped and the trunk automatically reopened. When I got out, I noticed that items had fallen out of my trunk onto the ground. I said, "Excuse me, you didn't close the trunk all the way or load the items properly. Some of my items fell out." His response was honestly the worst part of the entire experience. He looked directly at me, turned around, and simply walked away without saying a word or offering any assistance. I was completely shocked. It was not just the careless way my purchases were handled--it was the complete lack of acknowledgment, professionalism, or basic customer service afterward. I regularly shop at the Pinole Target, and I have never experienced anything like this there. I understand that employees have busy days, but being busy is never an excuse to treat a customer this way. As someone who manages employees myself, I would never allow one of my employees to treat a customer this way. Customer service should include basic respect, accountability, and professionalism. This interaction genuinely ruined my entire day. It was the way he looked at me and intentionally walked away that really stuck with me. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to the San Leandro Target for curbside pickup. I have already shared my experience with my friends and coworkers because I believe customers deserve better than this. I sincerely hope management reviews what happened and addresses it with the employee, because this is not the level of customer service I expect from Target.

I placed my bag on the counter and she asked me if I wanted my items in the bag. "Uh no, I'll just carry them" What's crazy is the target at the old Bayfair mall couple of miles down the road is so much nicer. Fully stocked, clean and friendly. I just didn't want to drive the extra miles. Next time I will.

You see US Foods is one of the big wholesale food distributers that restaurants big and small use. They will deliver big loads of goods whether food or supplies right to the restaurant, usually on pay terms so no cash is handled. And for busy restaurants this is a must, as they constantly need raw goods coming in weekly if not daily. This is the first time I saw a 'US Foods' store. I think they took over something else. But it is a big store/space where almost everything is in bulk and/or wholesale form. For the home cook there is really nothing here that would fit their needs/kitchen unless you like to buy in bulk. 20 - 50 pound bags of beans, sugar or flour is usually just too much for an average Joe to carry to the car, let alone store in a home pantry. But if you like to entertain/cook for a large group like a big birthday, a bbq outing or big holiday get-togethers, then this place may serve you a purpose. I browsed one day and got a good feel for the place and here are my observations. If you go into the fresh produce area or the meat/dairy areas, you will have to go into a refrigerated room. The whole room is about 35 degrees so if you go in there in shorts and/or a t-shirt, then you will not be able to stay in there for too long. Produce not really extensive but you will be able to find some basics. Some things are in cases/big bags but not everything. Actually lots of things in smaller packaging like 2-3 pounds which is doable for a home fridge/usage. I'd say the offerings here are somewhat similar to what you could get at Costco. Meats are a mixed bag. Lots of processed meats like deli meat in whole form. Lots of cheese too but much too bulky for a home fridge. There are pork and beef but all in big/whole chunks. Nothing will be cut into steaks. Big packs too like minimum 10 pounds or more. But if you're cooking for a big group, you're gonna need a minimum of 10 pounds so this may be a draw for me. The bad is for the beef selection, even though the pricing did seem good, there is no 'choice' grade. They use 'select' grade here, which is a notch down from choice. But if you're just braising or slow cooking then this grade would be just fine. Costco only serves 'choice' grade or higher so theirs is more premium. Pork is fine here, I got some pork tenderloin in 2 packs, which is one of the smallest packages I saw, ideal for home usage. Good selection of restaurant ware. Pots, utensils and storage containers. This is a big draw for me as I love restaurant quality storage containers. They are sturdy, with tight lids and many are stackable. These are even hard to find at Costco and Smart and Final. On a weekday morning there is zero traffic here, complete opposite of Costco. Now this is more geared towards restaurants, but knowing if I can get something here or Costco, I will choose this, as the parking and ease to get in and out is an amazing asset to me. I was gonna give them 3 stars for not really being friendly for home usage but given those certain occasions where I'm cooking for 10 or more people, then this place will get a heavy consideration. And drum roll please******no membership card needed. Open to the public. **cymbal crash**

Folks, please just go to the light on Redwood/Grove Way and make a U-turn. PRO-TIP: Patience goes a long way when trying to park there. Go in with the mentality that you might have to circle around a few times. Put on a nice music playlist to pass the time. Go towards the back near the Church area closer to Grove Way. Or park behind Pampas Cafe. Don't get caught in the death loops of parking in those first three rows near the entrance.

They usually have most items in stock and available and if you can't find it they will always check the back. -1 star because the parking lot is a nightmare and I prefer other locations parking lots because they aren't as crazy.

The value for the stuff is good too but they can get even cheaper with the red stickers and much cheaper with the final yellow stickers. Great selection of clothes and furnitures. They removed the other cashier line that used to be by the doorway on the other side by Kohl's. Also, they have clean restrooms! Overall I had a great experience and would come back when I'm in the area.

I ran into DDs to grab a mini suitcase as I will be returning to work and cannot carry too much…read moreweight. I found this cute unicorn design suitcase. It cost a little more than I expected but worth it. Today, the store wasn't busy so I was in and out within 10 minutes. The cashier was helpful. The suitcase was security locked and I requested it be opened to see if it was suitable for me. Great customer service. However, theft has been on the rise at this location. Now you have to enter and stand in front of a TV with loss prevention until they give you the go ahead to pass the entrance.
