The staff has always been friendly to me and the drive thru is convenient if the line isn't more than 3 cars. The only complaint that I ever with them is that they are not good about calling you if there is some hitch with your refill. If my doctor hasn't answered the request or if the post office has some issue and it did get mailed, etc... There has been more than one occasion when I pulled up to the drive thru just to be told that my doc hasn't answered. Well, the request was 4 days ago. Please call me and let me know. Once they said the post office was not picking up because it was the day "before" a holiday weekend. Huh? Anyway, the more important point is that in general, Elm Street has been a solid pharmacy choice in most ways for me. Goo job!

This past weekend we were told after sitting there for an hour and twenty minutes that the insurance denied payment. Today I called and they said they never had a claim sent but gave me the number for the pharmacy to call if they had any troubles. I let CVS know snaps I was told they didn't have time! We cannot afford to pay fill price out of pocket because they don't have time to take the time to do their job right! Each time we go there, there's an issue and they take at least an hour...we've transferred pharmacies!
