I went to go pick up my pick up groceries, and when I showed up, they refused to give me my Mucinex because I did not physically have my drivers license. I have a photo of my drivers license. I need the number and I'm obviously not 21 on 55 but they still refuse to give me any of my groceries including my dog food, eggs, or dog treats or soda I was like this is ridiculous. They made me run into the store. Talk to a manager who went and talked to another manager, who then told me to go around back and knock on some glass doors and then have to go through the whole story again with them and then they finally went and put my order back together and gave it to me everything except for the Mucinex. I've been informed that without a physical ID, even if you know the number, even if you are obviously not young, you still have to have it so you can't get anything that you order if it's on there. It was long frustrating and while they were somewhat polite, it was just really annoying. I mean you pay for your groceries and then you can't have them. I don't understand... Kind of my last draw at Walmart. I'm going to go to H-E-B instead. They are awesome there and helpful. read more

All Walmarts are not created equal. I was disappointed in this store. It was dirty. Bathrooms were shut down, but there was a lot of aroma emanating from the area. I went to electronics to grab up an HP....no big endeavor. It took awhile to get anyone to talk to me, even though there were multiple people working the department. I asked for a price, but the female associate didn't know -- so I googled it. I said I wanted to buy it...she didn't seem pleased one little bit. I paid for it. She walked off. I had to tear my receipt off. And I guess I'm ok, because I walked out of the store. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because they actually had one of the units I was looking for. They never answer their phone ...because they are understaffed annnd the manager is never around. I went for an oil change 6 weeks ago& they didn't reset my oil gauge inside my car so now it's screaming I need an oil change. They also didn't replace the sticker inside my windshield. Pretty hard to know when I need another oil change when they forget these basic things. May need to find somewhere else to go. read more

Came to automotive center and no signs instructing where to go to check in. Mechanics walking in shop did nothing to convey instructions or help. Went inside to desk and was told to go outside and wait at blue toolbox for someone to check me in. Mechanic finally came by and instructed me to go inside to the desk to check in. I explained the conflicting instructions and employee at desk finally wanted to work (after being instructed to check me in from mechanic). Was then told it would be a 2.5 hr wait for service. I went to buy a drink while I wait and let cashier at front know their fridge didn't seem to be working. She literally didn't say a single word and walked away, lol. The incompetence seems to just come with every trip to this location. Last time I was told their check in system was down and to try coming back for an oil change next week lol. Delivery and Pickup are iffy, at best. Signed up for Walmart Plus because it was supposed to be so much easier. First order was great. Right on time. Second order, no so much. Got a text halfway through my delivery window saying it would be up to 2 hours late. 2 hours later, still nothing. Called customer service - said just wait a bit more. An hour later, still nothing. Even customer service couldn't get the store to answer or give a reason why they wouldn't deliver. Customer service persuaded me to give it one more try instead of cancelling the service. Order number 3... not too bad. A little late, but manageable. Fourth order.... I'll do pickup this time, because I can't risk not getting this one (family coming over for big dinner tomorrow). Got a text at the beginning of the pickup time window - again, up to 2 hours late. Again, customer service says just wait. They can't get in touch with the store either. 3 hours later, I still have no groceries. What I do have is a hold on my debit card for $50 MORE than the expected total amount. Now I have no groceries and no way to buy groceries anywhere else, because Walmart can't be bothered to fulfill an order. Everything customer service tells me is that this is a store issue only. But they could never get anyone from the store to answer or give any explanation. To top it off, now they won't refund the year of Walmart plus that I paid for because I "used the benefits of the membership". I'll be shopping at Kroger or Target if you need me. read more

I was almost injured by an angry employee who rammed carts into the cart holding area where I was just entering the store and freeing a cart. He never apologized and clearly wasn't enjoying his job that day. We had words before he muttered something and walked away. I contacted Walmart who assured me they'd view the cameras and contact me. It would've been in clear view so they'd know which employee to confer with. They never attempted contact and I won't be going back to that particular store. Well i have been coming here for years to get my oil changed. And this time I must say I had the most despicable service I have ever had since going there. The staff has been a revolving door and that I understand it's part of the business however I went to get my oil changed and they did not even put out any type of paper or plastic to cover my mats. They left them filthy as Hell when I told somebody about it at the front they told me to bring my car back around and they sent a young lady outside with a spray bottle and a rag. This is by far the biggest Walmart I've ever been too! I completely thought it was an airplane hangar at first. There's tons of parking, traffic and people coming through this place. It's in a hotbed full of businesses. The store was easy to navigate. There was a McDonald's here as well if you need a quick bite. Check out lines can be really long. Shelves are empty most of the time. All in all, I try not to go to Walmart but their prices are truly just unbeatable. read more

She is in charge of the fabric counter, and I waited for 45 minutes for her to show up. 10 minutes I can handle, 20 minutes is pushing the limits of my patience, but 45 minutes to get a tag for fabric I cut myself cause I was tired of waiting, and still wasn't able to pay for it cause I couldn't wait any longer. This store trips me out everytime. When I moved to Arlington in 2014 I had a huge decision to make - which Wal-Mart might I call home. I worked at the Applebees on 20 and Cooper at the time. This one was my first choice then. At the time I liked the old feel. I found that it basically had all that I needed. I tended to go at 2AM or so, and the night staff were pretty cool. After about 8 months at this location, I went to work at The Black Eyed Pea on Collins. So I started going to "The Stadium Wal Mart." I liked that tbey had lots of UTA stuff, were less "closed" at late hours and had a better bakery selction. That all came with a trade off - it is impossible to access when there is a game. Plus some stuff is popping off at night in that parking lot. So, back to the Cooper location. It had all my familiar remembrances - and some added stuff. Once, a night shift worker ran my down in the pharmacy to hassle me about seeing some suspect or something. Another night, I needed spraypaint for a project for work (and yes, I am well over 18). The worker said "Hold on, let me get a manager." After 15 mins he came back and said "Management says for safety reasons we can't open the spray paint case after 10PM." When I went to the crafts aisle to get shirt spray paint (basically the same, just not in the case) I forreal saw an older guy and some 14 year olds buying airsoft guns and a ton of pellets. Safety, huh? Finally, Wal-Mart (all locations), please get sized 14 1/2 white dress shirts, for the love of God. I don't normally wear George brand shirts, but the white shirts are good under suits to hold you over on Dry Cleaner day (shout out to Classy Cleaners on Matlock at Pioneer). read more

The associate had trouble finding my order even though the status was updated as picked up already. I operate a 501c3 in Fort Worth. On August 13, I visited this store and purchased $529 worth of school supplies to give way to students in schools in the community where our church is located. Well I didn't have my tax exempt card with me so I had to pay taxes on the items I purchased. A manager by the name Mr Abdul told me that that wouldn't be a problem. He said that I could just bring back my receipts and he could rering it and give me tax credit. Well I did return that evening but he had left for the day so I had to see another manager by the name Amy and she said that he violated the rules and that she wasn't going to do that and that I would have to come back when Abdul is there. I went back a second time and Abdul wasn't there again so I spoke to Amy and her supervisor Kenya. Again I was told that they wouldn't do the transaction so I could get my tax exempt refund. Now the packages have been torn apart, therefore I can't return the products for rering without the tax. Morning Star Prayer Center lost $40.33 for not having my tax exempt card or number. I feel that Amy and Kenya made a bad decision because if the packages hadn't been torn apart I would have taken everything back for a full refund. I been to this Walmart several times than the one in I-20 West in Grand Prairie, Tx. But this Walmart has a lot of problems. Store is not organized as normal in the shelves, and Primo water refilling station goes on very slow like you are peeing and the Primo refilling station does stop every four-five minutes and you have to turn it on again and it will stop again. This Walmart needs a new Primo water refilling station and employees need to be more trained at organizing the shelf's. Don't go here!!!!! Guys. I want to start off with that I am a huge WalMart online shopper and love the grocery pick up that they now offer. Now on another note, I ordered some tires from WalMart.com, because none of the local stores had them they were coming from another WalMart out of state to this location. This location is out of my way, always congested and police are always arresting someone/chasing someone down, so this was NOT my choice of location to pick up. I continued to check the updates of my order because I kept getting weird emails about my order being canceled. I then contact WalMart customer care they assured it was not canceled it was still coming but the store only had 3 in stock so the 4th tire would be coming a week later from a different store shipped to this cooper location. My frustration began to rise because what the customer care were telling me did not match what the FedEx notifications I was also receiving about the order. The day that the tires were supposed to arrive I received another notification saying the tires had been delayed don't come up to WalMart just yet we will message you once they are ready to pick up. Yet again I get on the phone with WalMart customer care and they assure me the order will arrive the next day then offered to take 10% off my order for the problems. Which only was $4.95. The day that the tires were again "supposed" to arrive I watched the check ins from FedEx which said they dropped off at the store at 9:34am but couldn't tell me who signed for the order. I continue to wait for the order to say your order is ready head to WalMart and check in, but it never happened. By 6PM that night I decided to head up to the WalMart and find out what was the hold up when the tires had been delivered and I haven't been notified about being ready to pick up. Being a tire order I was not sure where I was supposed to go so I started at customer service, she said that's online you need to go to pick up. I get to pick up and she looks up the order and it shows it's canceled so we've never received the order, but you can check with automotive and see if they know anything. The lady in automotive was the most disrespectful rude person I've ever met, didn't even want to listen to my story or my explanation of my order, I just needed to go back to online pick up because online isn't her department. By this time I'm beyond furious that no one in this huge WalMart had no drive to help me or find me the correct person to talk to. The last person I talked to before I completely lost it, was a guy and in pick up and he said yea it happens like that some times and that you just need to contact corporate WalMart customer care and let them know about how my service was in this store along with my problem with my order. I was completely SHOCKED that their own employee told me to call corporate on the store. Even gave me the number with the numbers to push there afterwards to get me to the right people. He was the Only helpful person in this god awful store. Mind you Ive been walking around this WalMart since 6:30pm trying to get help with my order and it's now 7:50pm. Customer care support was some what helpful but not as much as I would have liked them to be. She did in fact say yes your order has arrived at the store and that it arrived early this morning and they should have already checked it in and informed me by this time. I exhaustingly explained everything I just had to deal with and that they saw in the system that my order was canceled. Then she offers to call the store and find out where the tires have been stocked. Puts me on hold for a while then comes back to tell me that because it was too late in the evening that they're wasn't a manager there to speak to about this issue. I explained to the lady on the phone I'm beyond dissatisfied with this lack there of customer service throughout the entire store. She told me that she would contact them first thing in the morning and contact me back and let me know what her findings were. She did call me back and tell me just about the same thing I explained that I experienced with the rudeness and how no one wanted to figure out this issue with my order with her on the phone. REALLY ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If a store is that rude to the people who are at cooperate looking out for the customers and their orders, I think that speaks for itself how poorly this store is ran and staffed. Im WARNING you if you don't have to go to this location, don't it's not worth the headache and the chaos that is continuously going on inside and outside. I've been to some pretty low end area Walmart's and the people there at least care that you are there spending money at their location. But not this one! WalMart really needs to rethink the people they have in management at this store. read more

Who doesn't want to save time especially on groceries? I use this Wal-Mart for their grocery pickup. If you haven't tried it, then you really should! I have found the grocery pickup employees to be quick and friendly. The pickup location is well described in your emails and in the app, but it is on the north side of the building. I came to this location earlier today and left some items behind at the register When I came to customer service to let them know what happened and see if the cashier put them away for me or if I could get money back they treated me so horribly the first woman I talked to was not listening to a word I said and walked away with no explanation so a gentleman took her place and I described what happened to him as well he had to talk to a manager to see how to go about it and I understand that may be the protocol so I proceeded to tell her what happened a 3rd Time she got a real bad attitude with me right away and walked away from me with my receipt and told me hold on like she was already very frustrated she comes back and tells me she checked the camera and I didn't leave nothing behind with a smirk on her face like I was lying or I'm some kind of scammer and wouldn't give me my receipt back ... Absolutely THE worst customer service experience that I have ever had. When I ordered grocery items on line I was given a delivery time that I chose. When I checked later that day not only had the time changed but the day also. When I called grocery customer service I was told that the grocery items that I ordered were not grocery items. They had no record of my order, that I must have ordered them from Walmart.com. WHAT?! I picked up an order and when I got home the ground beef was missing($19.34). I contacted customer service and got a call back. I was told he would issue a refund which took 7 to 10 days to process. I told him it wasn't my fault they left off part of my order and money was taken as soon as I placed my order. I asked to speak with a supervisor and denied. I said I'll just go to the store and get the ground beef or a refund. I told him not to issue the refund. I asked where he was located and he stated the Phillipines. As soon as I hung up, I got an email stating he processed for a refund for 7 to 10 days. I tried to call the store several times with no answer. It's bad enough inflation as at a high..food..gas..electricity..but businesses find a way to screw over you more for their mistake. This Walmart is pretty good, but if you shop at night, be prepared for an obstacle course. They shut down one of the entrances without a street view warning, and they restock without much concern for customers. Plus, the shelves look like a warzone.
