BEWARE! Everyone, especially senior citizens, need to be aware of what's going on at the Battle Ground, Washington Walmart store (store # 5929). BRANDI QUINLAN, store mgr, recently wrote a reply to a letter that was submitted by a 95 yr old woman who says she was falsely accused of stealing in 2019 by an incompetent, former loss prevention associate employed at the Battle Ground store named Jay Sizemore. The elderly woman alleges that Jay falsely accused her of dropping make-up in her purse while her son blocked the cameras and began following her throughout the store every time she and her son entered the store. This was the beginning of a long six year battle with the Battle Ground store that included a reign of torment and harassment directed at the elderly woman and her son/caregiver, and their quest in trying to prove their innocence. Jay used his authority to intimidate the elderly woman by following her throughout the store, hiding behind endcaps, also making childish faces directed at the son, despite many, many verbal complaints to the store's management team, also emails and phone calls to corporate and the store itself. Recently the elderly woman attempted to reach out to corporate again by writing another letter regarding her recent experience with Brianna at the Battle Ground pharmacy. Brianna is one of the pharmacists who banned the 95 yr old woman from the pharmacy, preventing the 95 yr old woman from obtaining her medications at the pharmacy, ultimately causing the elderly woman to become sick, forcing her to go to another pharmacy outside of Walmart, while holding the medications hostage! In the letter the elderly woman unequivocally condems the allegations of theft brought against her and her son, profusely admitting her and her son's innocence. BRANDI QUINLAN recently wrote a letter in response, going as far as making up new false accusations, saying the elderly woman was actually caught with cosmetics in her purse, this is a blatant defamatory lie! BRANDI QUINLAN also accused her son of waiting outside the store, stalking and harassing the former loss prevention associate in the fall of 2024, who has since been fired for multiple complaints against him. But now BRANDI QUINLAN has taken it upon herself to lie about the whole situation to make her and her incompetent management team look good with the goal of discrediting the elderly woman, ultimately causing the elderly woman to become ill over these new accusations, further solidifying the elderly woman's fear and anxiety of being accused of stealing and fear and anxiety from entering other Walmart stores in the area. I want the senior citizens and others who shop at this store to know that they too can be falsely accused of stealing while shopping in this store, or any other Walmart store at anytime, despite many complaints, calls and emails to the store and corporate professing innocence that fell on deaf ears. The elderly woman did receive one call from a AP manager named Janice Alderson who wouldn't give her full name at the time, and was very condescending when they talked, offering no apology, only to be sarcastic in nature. BRANDI QUINLAN writes in her response adamantly accusing the elderly woman of theft without one shred of evidence, despite multiple cameras inside and outside the store. The Battle Ground police department were also involved in this matter in 2020 and they told us Walmart has not and can not produce one shred of evidence to back up these accusations/claims/lies. Walmart has cameras all over the store... where is the video of a crime even taken place?? Their is no video of any crime taking place because it never happened, but yet BRANDI QUINLAN continues to spread defamatory accusations based on false reports and hearsay to make herself and her incompetent, corrupt management team look good. Larry James Sizemore (aka- Jay Sizemore), former Loss Prevention associate at the Battle Ground, Washington Walmart store, took it upon himself to use pictures he took from his phone, while employed at Walmart, of two falsely accused senior citizens shopping in the store, a 95 yr old female and her son, who is also a senior citizen, then posted the pictures and their full names here on Facebook after he was terminated as a vengeful act, blaming the son for getting him fired because the son vehemently insisted their innocence by posting their sides of their encounters with Jay Sizemore, documenting what happened with dates and times for future reference. Not only did Jay Sizemore post the pictures of the two senior citizens, Jay Sizemore also posted defamatory accusations telling everyone who sees it that the 95 year old innocent woman is a serial kleptomaniac and her son, who is also a senior citizen, is a sociopathic stalker, and they should be investigated by ICE!! Jay Sizemore has now turned his hate into a "HATE CRIME" solely directed against the two innocent senior citizens. The Battle Ground Walmart store is just as guilty since they allowed Jay Sizemore's reign of "Elder Abuse" against the falsely accused for seven long years... banning the son from all Walmarts in the nation just because he stood up against Jay Sizemore and the retail giant! Jay Sizemore's posting should be removed ASAP, or Jay Sizemore could be facing a civil lawsuit, also being unemployable in this area as a result of his disgraceful actions!... Jay Sizemore has turned this 7-year reign of torment even after Walmart terminated his position making this seem like a personal vendetta of "Elder Abuse" "Cyber Stalking" and now a "Hate Crime" solely directed at the two innocent seniors.. telling everyone these innocent senior citizens should be investigated by ICE! Jay Sizemore even had the nerve to personally send Facebook messages to the innocent elderly woman and attack her verbally, while the 95 yr old woman asked Jay Sizemore to stop communicating with her on her Facebook page, but Jay wrote back calling her an "old hag!" Jay Sizemore can't let go of his anger and vengeful behavior towards these two senior citizens because he's now working very part-time hours at his Post Office Rual Carrier job & Door Dash, instead of his cushy job at the Battle Ground Walmart where he was free to harass and follow innocent senior citizens and females around the store. There's grounds for legal action here since Walmart allowed this targeted harassment for seven long years by Jay Sizemore, despite several documented complaints to Walmart Ethics phone/email complaints, as well as the Battle Ground Walmart management team, without ZERO callbacks, or concerns from anyone at the Battle Ground Walmart, not even an apology... and a civil lawsuit directed at the person who posted the "hate crime" comment on Facebook describing the two falsely accused elderly woman and her son, as "immigrants" who should be arrested and sent back to there country, when both are US citizens! read more

I had to give a star but I would have preferred to give it negative 5 stars!!!! Do not work here! I was appalled by what I overheard. The Battle Ground location has a Manager, named Cathy, who bullies staff and violates employment laws. The individuals that work here are clearly desperate for work and she clearly takes advantage of that to wield her power over them. They are employees not slaves, Cathy!! They are human beings not robots, Cathy. Unlike you they have feels and souls! Cathy should be fired! read more

I hate this place. It's starting to get just as expensive as the rest of these stores. The employees are from the absolute ghetto, but if someone will work hire them right? Always so rude, never show you where anything is, can't ever get more than one person to help you at the customer service desk. I can go on and on. Thus place is walking corona virus LOL. read more
