Not a good beginning. Anthony's Pets has closed and moved out beside two more empty stores, then three jewelry stores face the Target rotunda. Continuing down the concourse I saw three more empty spaces and two closed stores. The concourse between Dick's and the Food Court has the most popular and largest stores, H&M, Torrid, Buckle, Old Navy, Build-A-Bear, and no empty stores. When looking at the existing photos on their Yelp listing, the kiosks in the concourses have decreased significantly and some of them were closed. But I saw more people shopping here than I see in the Greenwood Mall (before the two recent incidents in the news) so I think the Bloomington folks are supporting their local mall well. The Food Court seemed adequate with the usual choices including a new pizza restaurant, Azzip Pizza, located very near the actual court seating area. The restrooms were clean. I liked how the sinks were separated from the rest of the facilities by being in a room of their own. They also looked recently renovated with new tile on the floors and walls. No issues with parking as plenty of spaces were available.

They sent it in to the company and I got a brand new bag back for the mere cost of shipping!!! And it doesn't end there. I started eyeing a slightly bigger (more expensive) bag. I need and have used a big bag for when I go to Europe for three weeks and am always looking for more space! So I asked Matt if I could trade in the new bag for a larger bag. He said yes! He only charged me the difference between the trade in bag and the bag I took home!!! I got a LARGER, BRAND NEW bag, for a fraction of the cost!!! Nina was the consultant with whom I worked most closely over the process, although Susan was great too. If you want a store where someone is up in your business constantly during the appointment, Nedra's is not that place. No one is going to "jack you up" a la Monty from SYTTD Atlanta, unless you ask. But THANK GOD for that! There was not even the tiniest hint of the hard sell from them at any point in the process. Since I left the dress with them til we left town for the wedding, and "visited it" a few times to try on accessories and check the fit, they had ample opportunity to push their own stuff, and didn't. When it finally came time to pick up the dress, Nina wished me luck and asked me to stop by with wedding pictures when we got them back.
