Went to Walmart Automotive Center today to see if they could repair a tire that had a nail in it. Due to the location of the nail, tire had to be replaced. Dropped off the vehicle. After a few hours, we called for an update and told it is ready. Would have not had to rush if we received the call as soon as it was ready. Checkout has only one cash register open on this busy Sunday afternoon. Slow checkout process however once I got to the register, the workers Caitlin and Josh were courteous and swift! read more

I purchased a MO for $1000 and another for $700 on March 8, 24 was charged $0.68 each. Returned on 3-10-24 was informed Walmart can't refund money orders until 10 days have passed. I returned on 3-18- 24, same response now I was told it's 10 business days. The Clerk also had me write on the money order Walmart # 4183, causing my MO to be able to be presented to any other person or business. If i try to write over the Walmart 4183, it will make the MO be considered Altered and unable to be paid out to anyone else. Returned on 3-24-24 was told after receiving the same error message. Now I need to wait for the following business day, which is the upcoming Monday, 3-26-24. I waited till 3-27-24.. Same error message. Each of these days, Walmart stores gave me the same error message. I am unable to get my refund. Message states for the customer to contact Western Union. Called and Western Union, stated there is no holds the Money orders are good and should be refunded by Walmart. Western Union also stated it's within Walmart system, the reason it's not allowing the refund. Corporate Office for Walmart contacted by local store Supervisor. No resolution. I was given a message from Corporate to take it up with Western Union. Only two local store Supervisors were willing to make calls as to why their system is rejecting the money order. The end result is that I'm forced to request a refund through Western Union for a $30 service fee because Walmart refuses to honor the money order in store(s). No specific reason why just that their system is not accepting a money order printed by Walmart. No system IT departments reached out to , and no error codes were received to explain the system error. Walmart took my $1700. And refuses to refund costing me, the customer the inconvenience and fee. read more

I came to buy a box of legos. Instead I had to find an assistant to unlock the legos then I was chauffeured to the register across the store. Then I was denied a price match to their own website (which they do allow) and then I was stopped while leaving the store after having paid by some grandma demanding to see my receipt. Tried to use their grocery pick up service. First time took 25 minutes. Figured it was an anomaly. Today checked in at 3:37 pm. Had to call them again at 4:20 pm to ask where my order was! Got my stuff at 4:26 pm. 50 minutes?!?! The guys loading were hustling. It was mismanagement inside! I could have gone inside myself!! All that wasted fuel! Waited in line 45 minutes before I could check out! I was told I couldn't do self check because I was purchasing storage containers ( found out later that wouldn't have been an issue) then got stopped at the door again to have all my bags searched against my receipt. It's a Walmart. This one has been remodeled so it's usually very clean and organized. The produce isn't the best but for home goods they usually have a wide selection. Also there is a woman at the pharmacy named Susie who is so sweet and helpful. read more

2 days ago on October 2016 around 7pm I went to this Walmart. Trying to make a purchase of 2 fit bits a switch a laptop and air pods the black guy in the electronics department was nice at first and got some of what we needed. Then he quit helping us for about 30 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes to check out. He quit waiting on us to wait on different people. Which me I work in the retail community and that is not how you treat a customer. I then spoke and I said okay that's fine just let me buy these headphones and I'll forget about the other stuff until later because the headphones is what I currently needed at the time. Card in hand ready to pay. Still 30 minutes later he didn't still want to check me out with the earbuds I said I'm kind of in a rush now can I please get the earbuds check out he said I couldn't go to the front and check out with them which i understood and he still wouldn't check me out. I will never be sipping at this Walmart again until situations are resolved. He lost a expensive high end purchase for you're company that day. read more

We needed to get the oil changed in our car quickly. We stopped at the Walmart Auto Service Center. We figured $30 wasn't too bad of a deal. We logged our car in with the assistant at the podium. He said it would take roughly 30 minutes. We were okay with that since we had some shopping to do anyway. Well we wander through the store, get the things we need, look around, even stopped at the McDonalds and grabbed a quick bite to eat. We were in there for about an hour. We make our way over to the auto dept to check on the car since we hadn't heard our name called over the PA system. We get back there and see our car sitting in the parking lot. We thought oh great! It's finished! No. No. and No again. I'm in line with our basket about to check out and I tell the lady we need to pay for our oil change. She looks through the packets and says ours isn't there. She goes and asks the crew outside and they haven't gotten to it yet. She came back in and said oh it will be another 30 minutes or so. At this point, I'm a tad annoyed, but thought maybe they were busy while we were in the store. I sat there and waited. 30 minutes go by and I still haven't seen our car in the dock. Another 20 go by and I still don't see it. I walk over to the window and see the workers shootin the breeze, fiddle fartin around casually working on other cars that I hadn't seen when we logged our car in. I ask the lady when they planned on getting our car done because at this point we've been there waiting on our car for roughly 2 hours when it was suppose to be only 30 minutes to begin with. The lady goes out there and explains this to the workers. 10 minutes later, they get our car into the dock. They "work" on our car and bring in the order sheet and keys. We pay for our stuff and get in the car. I start the car and realize the windshield is all dusty, so I use the washer fluid. No fluid comes out. I was like what the hell?! I look at the check list on our receipt. Guess what? It is marked that they checked and topped off all the fluids. Clearly they didn't. My husband made me pop the hood and he checks the oil. It wasn't changed either and neither was the filter. He puts his initials and date of install on the filter so he knows each time he gets a new one. His initials were still there. He makes me pull the car back up the dock. He goes inside and asks for the manger. He explains what we discovered. The manger stated that he guarantees each service job and knows his workers did their job. My husband then makes the manger come look at the car and shows him the filter and the fluids. The manger makes the guys re do our change again. He claims he will sit there with the guys and watch them. We go back in the store and wait. We get the car back and my husband checks it again. Still no filter change and the oil was still the same. At this point we are both pissed. He asks the manager for the corporate number. He says they aren't allowed to give that out. Bullshit they aren't. We make him call the corporate # for us and we talked to corporate. They finally get the oil changed and everything replaced and refilled correctly. Now its going on 3.5 hours at Wal mart. Never again will we use their service center to change our oil. We do it ourselves now. About 3 months later we got a $50 giftcard in the mail from them to compensate our experience with an apology. We certainly didn't use it for another oil change! lol We did how ever get gas with it. Went in to get an oil change, received the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I pulled up to the bay and waited for 15 minutes. Someone else pulls up to the one next to me and immediately receives help. They finally come over to me and proceed to try and tell me I have an oil leak, when I do not. They tell me it will be at least an hour. So I go into the store, do some shopping for 15 minutes before I hear my name over the PA. I go to the back and am told by the lady at the desk that they didn't get to change my oil. A different guy comes in and rudely tells me that they can't touch my car because my engine makes "a ticking noise" and it's against policy. I had just gotten an oil change at a different Walmart 3 months prior and the same "ticking noise" was not an issue. I called corporate and was promised that the manager would contact me within the week. Still no call a month later. The whole store is completely unprofessional and has lost all business from me. read more
