I was so grateful since I don't know much about cars, they explained what was going on in a respectful manner. Went through the self checkout and the associate there was just plain rude. My husband had scanned a game and gone to her to remove the casing and she walked up to my checkout and told me I should of scanned it first. She proceeded to rescan it even though I had to point out to her it was now scanned twice and she had to void it. She laughed it off and tried to blame my husband. After she walked away her store log in didn't work and as she was walking over, I had a scanned bag of lettuce in my hand I was bagging. She told me to rescan it and I again had to show her it was already scanned and accounted for. She gave me a look and walked away. Her actions were blatantly rude and disrespectful to the both of us. So Iusually go to the Dell range location because it's closer to my home. However. I will not be going back. I was racially profiled by two Caucasian female employees today at the self check out. Thank you do much Walmart. I can clearly see you take diversity training seriously . I asked to put baby items aside because I opted not to buy them at this time, and the first started mentioning WIC (never asked about that). I proceeded to pay for my items and the second trailed behind me. When I turned around she asked if I needed help with checking out my items. After over an hour with multiple different employees and 3 managers just searching for a trash can of all things, that said they had 6 in stock, I was finally told "we can't find it, but the other Walmart should have it". 2016 Brings Cheyenne a NEW WALMART located at the I-80 and North College exit. Look for the LED gasoline price sign, on the north side of the interstate. Easier highway access than the north store on Dell Range, built a decade ago. Great employees with good attitude, and thankful to live in a growing city with jobs available. No coffee shop, but Subway has drinks. Same rushes of people in the doorways. Smart tech people in the video/tv/computer section. Better location as airport divides city layout. No RVs or big rigs here. read more

The staff refused to help me out to my car when I asked for help and the stock boy ran up to my handicap spot to tell me why it wasn't their fault that no one helped me. Stephanie the manager was worthless and when I suggested that I would be posting my experience on social media and calling Walmart corporate she hung up on me because she didn't want to be slandered for refusing to help me. If I could give it a 0 I would. I usually don't shop at Wal-Mart for so many different reasons. But today is just the icing on the cake. Yesterday I went in for some items and bought some spinach dip to enjoy. Everything was fine and dandy until 3am rolled around. I had food poisioning, and I had it bad. I was starting to think of the things that I had eaten that my boyfriend had not. The spinach dip was one of those things. When I went to take a closer look, the expiration date was 7days past. Apparently they aren't doing their proper checks, and first in first out rule of thumb. When I called to see if I had gotten a refund the person who I had spoken too was rude on the phone. Not even listening to what I was saying (she was yelling to someone else on her end that she would be right with them). After she said I would need a reciept seeing it was food, I said even though it gave me really bad food poisoning? Then she said hang on, and hung up on me. Seriously?? If you buy anything from the deli, make sure you are checking expiration dates very carefully, seeing Wal-Mart isn't. read more

This is the store we have used for years. The last few years they have been pulling products that a lot of people want and have always bought. Now there is so much less choices then there used to be. They want you to buy what THEY want you to buy! Today I go to buy egg noodles for some soup I make, aaallllll the noodles say "no yolk". What? They're supposed to be EGG NOODLES! I know it sounds kind of silly, but this is every time I go. You want m&ms, can't find regular. There's 12 different flavors. You go to buy Pringles, there's 12 different flavors. But I go to get my coffee they have always sold and they don't have it anymore. It's like that with so many things. Its getting really disgusting and it's making me wonder why? Sometimes it seems like this must be what a communist store looks like. I may sound over the top, but I go there all the time like millions of others and I am sure there is a lot of people that feel the way I do. I can go to Target and King Soopers or the AF base commissary but I choose Wal-Mart, but not as much as I used to. Just sayin! read more

Auto shop has really gone down hill from when Iived here 6 yrs ago. Takes 30 min, at the most, at Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, and also was tyne same on the past here at this Walmart.... however, now i come here, was told 45 min, and I am going on now 75min waiting and was just told that it'll be another 20 min. When asked why they said "cause my oil filter is in a difficult spot". When I informed them of the stark differences in the times I've waited, I was told "well,this is Walmart." Ok, point taken. Today I went to Walmart to return four items I had bought online. When I walked up to the counter the associate was annoyed to help me. She unpleasantly told me "I need a order number", when I showed her my cell phone receipt she told me that it didn't work, so I pulled up another Walmart email that stated the same order number as the first. It works. She scans my first item then grabs the second, tells me she is not going to return it because she doesn't have a upc for the item. I ask her if she can get it off my phone and she snaps "no I just need a upc". I ask her why are you denying my return when I have my receipt? And she snaps again and shoves my items at me and tells me to come back so someone else can help me because she is denying service to me. I ask for a manager and she says no. I ask for a customer service number and her name she snaps at me 1800walmart and shoves her name tag in my face and says "it's Dawn, don't spell it wrong!". This whole time she keeps trying to make it sound like I'm stupid by talking to me super slow, she comes off as rude, aggressive, no-integrity, defensive. I felt humiliated because she put me down. The next women behind the counter came out from the back and she gave me the correct information. I had bought items from a third party through Walmart and so they can't be returned in store. That's all I needed to know. Her name was Teresa and she was polite, and handled it correctly. I'm a very understanding person but this lady named Dawn should not be in customer service because she is so aggressive and rude. I will not be shopping at Walmart again. read more
