On top of that, the staff is very courteous. I was just in here yesterday and the gentleman taking orders was very kind and often placed his hand to his chest (in the middle east this a gesture of kindness/respect). He also gave me a complimentary tea. Personally, I'm not a tea drinker but I appreciate the gesture. My wife loved the tea. I think at the very least, Durbar is worth trying out if you haven't.

Friendly wouldn't be a word I'd use but it wasn't unfriendly - the server was there, did what needed to be done and handled business. Then there's the food - see pics. I enjoyed my lunch combo - the only thing I mentioned about being a miss was that I did request spicy. And for those who know me, I know what you're saying - nothing will be hot for me. However, the spice level here must cater to the demographics because I didn't feel a tingle. So, I'm glad the flavors made up for it. Aromatic and rich to go with the buttery texture and spice of the dishes. I enjoyed how the naan was prepared - would have loved it more if it had more of a garlic punch. Now you know I love garlic. Normally, Indian food from a truck stop in rural Wyoming isn't something I'd experiment with knowing I still had 6-7 hours of travel ahead of me to get home, but this place completely blew us away. The flavors were incredible, rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Honestly better than a lot of places I've had in bigger cities.
