I've only been to this Walmart Supercenter a handful of times since moving to the area, but I'm already a fan. I've visited three times so far, and I still don't think I've explored the entire store! This location is huge and seems to have just about everything you could possibly need. We've been making several trips while getting settled into our new home, and it's become our go-to stop for moving essentials, household supplies, cleaning products, storage bins, groceries, and all of those little things you don't realize you need until you move. Despite how large the store is, it's been clean, well stocked, and easy to shop. The layout is spacious, and I appreciate that I can usually knock out my shopping list in one trip instead of driving to multiple stores. If you're new to the area or just need a one-stop shop, this Walmart is definitely worth checking out. I'm sure I'll be back many more times; although at this rate, it may take a few more visits before I finally see every aisle! read more

What an unpleasant shopping experience. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. I needed some information about an item and approached the employee working in that department. For nearly every question I asked, the response was simply, "I don't know." After hearing that repeatedly, I decided to take a chance and proceed with my purchase anyway. As I was heading to pay, I needed assistance with another item that was kept in a locked display case. When I asked for help, the same employee seemed annoyed and complained about being delayed from going home, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. As a customer, that was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I generally avoid shopping at Walmart. It often feels like no one takes ownership of helping customers or solving problems. I understand retail employees work hard and deal with many challenges, but basic customer service and a willingness to assist should still be expected. Walmart's corporate leadership should take a closer look at employee training, support, and customer service standards. Experiences like this do not encourage customers to return and ultimately drive business elsewhere. read more

Great superstore with all the things you need..... On the way to the checkout, my eyes glued to green packaging of Lindt Dubai Chocolate bar. LOL! It was delicious, silky, velvety, crunchy and flavorful pistachio paste and kadayif. It was good overall, but it was a little sweet so I would prefer if it came in dark chocolate. It is the better Walmart grocery opposed to the alternatives however, anytime I can't use self check out and go to a cashier, the experience is usually unpleasant. Look, I get it, customer service can be a headache however on one occasion I had one cashier honestly throw my items in a bag, I had dented cans of cat food, on this occasion today, the cashier said something and I did not hear, she threw her hands up and was upset, I am hearing impaired. No one told them to apply for the job, there is zero reason to be unpleasant when I'm being nice and respectful to you. read more

Everything is locked up which is fine but I've been standing at the button for about 15 minutes. No one in sight and I feel like every time I come into this Walmart everyone hates their lives except the lady who works in the receipt checker which I barely even do but she's always a decent person. Would've given this Walmart 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service, low urgency employees. Classic ugliness of a Walmart. We never shop at Walmart but we made an exception for a bookshelf (delivery). What a mistake on our part. Walmart has sent us on a wild goose chase trying to get a refund for a product that never came. Each person we speak to seems to be unaware of potential roadblocks that we encounter at the next steps they detail for us to follow. I feel like there's a well known stereotype that Walmart workers are just grumpy rude people. I typically don't believe in that as I've had plenty of good experiences at Walmarts. Today in particular did bother me though. I feel like it's a fairly new thing that Walmart offers digital receipts instead of physical ones (maybe it's new or maybe I don't go to Walmart enough). Anyway I wasn't sure if I had to pull the digital receipt up for the lady by the exit to check. So I asked. She said It was fine and I assumed she was being nice because she saw my hands were full. As I proceeded to walk away after thanking her she said "but you're supposed to" under her breath with clear attitude. Honestly the only reason this bothered me is because she could've just told me yes and I would've pulled it out or she could've just held her breath and been annoyed to herself. There's no reason to be rude when you're upset with yourself for not complying to the rules. Especially after I asked. Other than that. This Walmart is always clean and it actually smelled really good in there today. Some positives I suppose. read more

Terrific customer service here!! As soon as I walked in I immediately was greeted by asset protection who I asked where pick up for orders are. Instead of telling me where to go she walked me all the way there which I really appreciated since my sense of direction isn't really good. She walked me all the way outside to the left side of entrance of home/pharmacy. I was greeted by Monica and she was so sweet and friendly. Pick up was really easy and fast! The restrooms here were filthy. Everything else was positive. We were looking for cheap flip flops, snacks and underclothes. Found everything quickly and easily. The staff was friendly also. read more

Ordered a ~$1700 PC off of Walmart.com recently and did curb side pick up at this store. I go home to open it up only find that what they gave me was an $800 PC instead. I initiated a return on the app, which told me to return it in-store. I go to the service desk to return it and showed them the order bar code. They said because the value of the PC is less than the one I ordered they can't take it and that I would need to call 1800walmart to return it. I get home and the phone rep said to go back and show them the return bar code. Okay, fine. I head back to this store doing what I was instructed and they said again that they can't take returns for lesser valued products. Feeling pretty frustrated by now, I call 1800walmart once more and finally was able to get someone to help me initiate a refund/return! (Thank you Saif) What a terrible experience with this run-around. It is pretty silly that the store that shortchanged me with a MUCH cheaper PC can't take a return for their own screw up. I have been to the service department and have dealt with a lot of incompetent employees. The service Technician was unable to install the tires that were purchased from Walmart with the added installation service to my purchase. The technician said the lug nuts were too tight and he was unable to remove them. I ended up taking my vehicle else where (Not Walmart) and the tires were installed immediately with no problem. I had to give 1 star, it deserves zero stars!!! The customer pick up, horrible!!!!! We waited for just about 45 mins. I got out and ask to speak to a manager. I went to speak to who ever was in charge and there was no one. The customer service person that was helping deserves 5 stars. They ended up losing my order and he went on his own inside the store to get it . Of course it wasn't in stock . So there went my kids goodie bags for there Valentine's Day classes. The place is also strategic because it's in the same complex with Sam's club, Best Buy, Nordstrom rack, in and out, and much more! Been calling for the Auto dept. for E days now with no success! They don't answer their line EVER!!! I called the operator today 12/22 and the young girl who answered was slow as molasses and sounded like she couldn't even get a sentence out! She said she was going to transfer me and apparently doesn't know how to do that and hung up on me! My first time visiting this Walmart Location. The parking lot was crowded, and the store was busy. This is a Supercenter so they are very large stores. I was looking for car care items. The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked & organized. They have a very good selection of supplies for car washing. I picked some microfiber towels and some finishing towels. I also got bug remover, and ceramic car washing soap. I used the self-check to pay for my stuff which was quick and easy. And the person over-seeing the area was friendly and thanked me and smiled as I left. I needed to use the restroom before I left and found it to be clean and fully operational. Absolutely EPIC Walmart. Truly deserving of the super center designation. Just massive. It was fairly crowded but we found parking. This is probably the biggest Walmart I've been to and it was well stocked compared to other locations - or maybe the supply chain is improving. As always, it carried everything we needed from home goods through groceries. Low prices. Check out was actually prompt compared to other locations with huge queues. Today I did a drive up order for my groceries. My order was ready between 12 and 1, but I was a little late picking it up. (4:00) That was no problem and once I checked in on the app, the brought my groceries out within five minutes. Sometimes I have waited as long as 20 minutes for my groceries here. But today service was good and I had no issues. I use Walmart drive up almost every 4-6 weeks or more. read more

For many years I've heard people hate on Walmart and I honestly don't get it. I've been to multiple stores in Rancho Cucamonga, Valencia, Chino, Upland & Pomona. They have what I need more than not. The stores are clean, safe & well lit. Employees are cool. Maybe the only downside for me has been the sometimes shoddy shopping carts. But Target is the same way. I do think timing is everything so I tend to not shop there on weekends so there's that. The customers in Chino are mostly Asian but so what. I've had no issues in 5 years with anything. If you don't like the place then u could shop somewhere else. read more

I do get how these Supercenters aren't quite easily accessible as Amazon.Com, but knocking them all down to 2 stars is a bit much. So, if they don't satisfy your needs, shop Amazon or elsewhere. When I do visit Walmart, I try to go when the crowds don't show such as off rush hours if that makes any sense?! I basically just take off a star for again the insanely long lines at every branch. Just work around those long lines instead of knocking them all down to 2 or 1 stars.... Parking can get crazy on the weekends: I get that. So I work around those insanely long lines as well as difficult parking issues, avoiding them if I could. Anything else, Amazon or Walmart.Com even. read more
