Came in for car oil, filter and air filter, I needed help with the air filter these workers have me walking half the store for some help. Someone is paged to the auto section fast but he was no help, all he said was "well if you picked out an air filter then that's it" I asked help to find 1520 but the I guess this random one I chose is fine then thanks. Didn't bother to help me search at all, he was there's for one minute to tell me the wrong filter is the right filter. Now I need help with oil it says I can place this oil for pick up online. I can't find it in its section but it's in stock, I ask 2 guys that were standing and talking, in the way of everyone coming by with their carts. Just so they can tell me "if it's not there it's not there, we dont have it". I understand that the customers are very messy and leave merchandise everywhere but every time I've visited this walmart, everything is stocked up in carts and/or on the ground. The employees are very unprofessional! I've seen them in groups just talking which is probably why the place looks like it does. This store is so nice, clean, well-stocked, well-organized, and huge. They have so plenty of parking lot around, you can easily park and go inside to shop, and you will be amaze how friendly and cheerful their employees and guards are. They will literally greet you once you enter their store, show you a big smile, and also guide you to the area you are looking for. When it comes to their items, all of their items has a good quality, up-to-date, and they also have imported goods. All of their items has a fair prices, you can buy anything you want and need, without reaching your limits, and breaking your pockets. You can literally save a lot of money here unlike when you are going to buy to other stores around the city. This is the worst and most disgusting Walmart that I have been to! I went in there for a few things, but the way everything looked did not make me want to shop around. I wanted to get a head start on school supplies, but everything was a mess! I then went to grab some dog poop bags and it was a mess over there too! I had to take pictures of what I was seeing because I have never seen such a dirty and under stocked Walmart. Some of the employees weren't even working. Two guys were outside just talking instead of collecting shopping carts. Then they come inside and start talking to two other employees that were at the entrance. They're just talking and laughing loudly. I then go pay and the cashier doesn't even greet me. When she gives me my receipt, she just hands it to me and says thank you have a a great day, but doesn't even face me or look at me. Then when I go outside the 4 people that were talking at the entrance are now outside smoking and talking. Getting paid for doing nothing. Walmart is so affordable and more convenient than other stores around. They actually had everything we are looking for. Their place is so huge, clean, nice, and decent. Their location is so easy to find. The staff here is so friendly, nice, and professional. They are knowledgeable and literally can explain all the things they are selling. Once you ask them for the things you are looking for they will directly guide you to the area where you can get that item. Very helpful staff. Their pricing here is so fair, reasonable, and most of their items are so affordable. You can save a lot of money here unlike when you are going to shop to other stores around. I visit the ANTI union Walmart about once a month. I usually buy staple items from the grocery side (milk,juice,bread and sugary cereal). The meat department has prepacked meat and typically hide the fat under a lean piece. I do not buy meat here. The deli is average and has overpriced meats nothing exotic. fruit section is OK if you are just looking for potatoes and oranges. You will notice employees in almost every isle moving food around they avoid eye contact for fear you will ask them a complicated question. The clothes section has basic brands and will come in handy if you are shopping for your cousins B-day you rarely see. The electronic department is actually spot on and will help you greatly. when you exit you will encounter what I call slow motion cashiers. They swear when chatting because they may assume you do not speak english. The armed guards at the door are off duty Cicero police strolling around with their shiny glocks obviously showing me they have not been the police very long. So the taxes are cheaper electronic section OK basic food is cheap. Read a magazine when you are at the register you can catch up on the latest Kardasian news! This Walmart has a lots of good options, especially for Hispanic cuisine. There is a whole aisle of Hispanic foods. We found food here that we did not find at other Walmarts. Sadly, their asian cuisine section is very small, only a few shelves. Thankfully though I found what I needed and it was at reasonable prices. Tried to reach automotive department to confirm availability of a car battery that shows on their website. Very poor sevice by phone is a kind assessment. After being put on hold and left in silence four times, and patiently wasting almost 20 minutes of precious time and cell phone minutes, I finally gave up. Though the people answering the phone were courteous enough, I never got through, and, consequently, bought my car battery someplace else. Mr. Walton/Walmart Corporate, please take note. I can't believe people complain about this place. I live downtown and the prices here were fantastic. I'll sacrifice price for service any day. Call me a "bleep bleeppity bleep bleep" for all I care if the price is right. Furthermore, they have a Mexican aisle filled with Barritas, Gansitos, Conchas, Chicharrones, you name it. When you look at a store built in a community with two stars you wonder if the managers and execs even care remotely for their customers. Tonight I went to buy chicken Breast for my dinner. I bought a few other items. When I got home and unpacked my groceries the chicken was not in the bags. I returned to the store to talk with a manager named Rhonda. She was ignorant and rude and wasn't remotely interested in hearing my story. She wasn't interested in making me happy or resolving a mistake make by their cashier. End result it cost me 24$ for one pack of chicken breasts that were 12$! Perhaps you should consider hiring managers with a passion for taking care of customers. We did "in-store pick up " because we thought it would save time. Go ahead and laugh. We deserve it. They must staff this department with hybrid human-sloth employees. Wait, no. That's an insult to sloths since they at least acknowledge you and smile sometimes. We tried picking up our item twice. Neither time did we see the list of customers waiting for items diminish. I really don't think anyone ever actually gets their items. I think, maybe, they're secretly filming a "What Would You Do?" episode or conducting an experiment on human patience. First Ima start by saying while shopping for a TV an associate lied to me and said Walmart would cover it for a year. Six months later it has green squares on it. I called in today about exchanging for another TV. The person that answered said I can bring it in they'll take care of me even after telling them it was purchased six months ago. They claimed their name was Maya. When I go in they don't ask me any questions. They just go to taking the TV out the box and they dropped it hard then leaned it against the counter. They handle it roughly. After they turned me away and told me they couldn't do anything I asked for maya. Turns out a Maya doesn't even work there. So I ask to talk to the manager. The managers name was George. He was the rudest manager I've dealt with in a long time. He told me I should've gotten it somewhere else and some other stuff. I called corporate to let them know the whole situation the sent me $25 and told me that's all that can be done. I just went to target and got a 4K TV they price matched and I feel much better. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my issue was resolved, almost instantaneously, if I could say so myself. AWESOME customer service was provided to me to resolve this issue. This is the only Walmart I choose to shop at and to do my returns. What happened: I bought my mom a rollator from Walmart online. Once I was able to deliver it to her, she took in just down the hall and the wheel popped off. So I had her to return. The return process turned out unsuccessful because it has been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund. I went to the store a couple times after my initial return to question the refund, until I decided to do an online chat with Walmart.com. My online chat was only helpful because they escalated the issue and it was sent to the store and received by Demarcus. read more

Walmart Pharmacy at 3320 S. Cicero, in Cicero, IL is the worst Walmart pharmacy in the Chicago area. The staff is very disrespectful and incompetent. The customer service is the absolute worst. They're always filling prescriptions wrong and then have a bad attitude about correcting their mistake. I refuse to spend any more of my money where I have to complain about people who wants to argue and lie when they are the one who made the mistake. So basically this time i went in i didnt see them i was shocked, so i started asking associates if someone con help me to see if they still sell the Zarbees natural sleep pills. I got to walmart at 930pm didnt leave until 1045 pm with no pills and no help. All the managers i spoke too they all gave horrible attitudes. 1st of all, this store is not in Little Village, it is in Cicero, IL Hawthorne Subdivision My complaint is as follows. When I was shopping in the store, a group of employees (African Americans) were standing around gossiping w/ friends that had come into the store, and were blocking the aisle and I could not access the aisle. Let me start by saying that my daughter died this year. She was my only child. I'm now raising her 2 yr old daughter, who is still struggling with the loss of her mother. She doesn't understand why she hasn't come home. My granddaughter and I have been quarantining for our safety. I'm trying to provide my granddaughter with a happy Christmas. In May our basement flooded, and we lost most of our Christmas decorations, out tree, and keepsakes my mom and grandmother made. For our safety I decided to order a Christmas tree on-line. We are on a tight budget. I went to Wal-Mart on-line to order the Holiday Time Pre-Lit Kennedy Fir Quick Set Artificial Christmas Tree 7.5' Mini Clear Lights. It's on sale for $99.00, and within our budget. I ordered for pick up at the Wal-Mart Forest Park. At 12:15 on 11/27/20 I received an email that the order was canceled because they were out of stock. I ordered the same tree from the Cicero store at 13:05. I waited all day for an email to pick up. At 17:00 I still had not received an email. I called the store 10 times for the pick up department and customer service. No one ever answered. I rang the pharmacy and they were nice enough to transfer me to a floor manager, who connected me with someone from the pick up dept. He let me know that they still had a lot of trees. I explained my situation, and he let me know they had not even looked at my order. He said they might get to it tomorrow. I reminded him that the website said if you order before 16:00 you will be available to pick up that day, and I ordered at 13:05. He said he couldn't do anything to help me. So I waited. 5 1/2 hours after I placed the order I received an email letter me know they were out of stock. They literally waited until the trees sold out to respond to the online orders. I tried to order from the Northlake store, and it was cancelled right away. I called customer service , and she helped me place an order at 18:49. She said they still had 6 trees, but might not fill the order until tomorrow. At 19:02 I received an email that my order was canceled, due to high demand. The truth is that the employees don't want to do their jobs and fulfill these orders. Clearly the on-line customers don't matter at all to Wal-Mart. At 22:28 I took a photo showing that the Northlake store still has 4 of these trees available to order and pick up. I tried 4 times today to order a tree to pick up, and none of the employees could bother to do their job. Worst customer service ever! read more

My biggest complaint is the Cosmetics section. It is extremely messy! I see many employees on the floor "working" on a daily basis. Yet this area always looks the same! Today I walked into the Walmart store on 3320 S Cicero Ave, Cicero, IL 60804. My boyfriend and I were searching for a iPhone we saw online for 299 at this location so we went in and sure enough saw the sign for the iPhone s7 plus (smart talk prepaid phone) for $299. While we were getting ringed up the young boy stated the phone was ringing up for $399 total $459 with tax. We then showed him the tag with the $299 and he agreed now trying to get a price check. After 20 minutes and 2 pages for help no one came to assist. There was store employees around playing ball, talking, cursing and yelling amongst them selves. I would say about 8 employees gathered around the electronic area just lounging. Another 15 mins past as we still wait patiently and other customers being ignored as well, still no help and no manager. The cashier was getting frustrated as well cursing saying this is bs, wheres the managers? Walking around looking for help, he even passed the keys that open the cases for electronics to another rep that was on lunch and he was just standing there lost the whole time. By the time 35 to 40 minutes go by the reps were trying to over write the price and nothing was working then again paging for a manager. Finally a assistant manager arrived 45 minutes later to the area and rudely asked who wants to talk to the manager I'm the manager. I stood there in shock surprised that someone in management would talk to a customer like that. After we explained the situation with her she didn't care she stated the tags in the wrong place and im not going to honor $100 discount for you, my answer is no, she said! We then again explained we've been patiently waiting for a manager to arrive and this is the service your giving us? We asked she put herself in our shoes and she said the best I can do is 10% off again we explained the price to her. She then said il give you a 10 gift card and you can pick it up in the front. Take it or leave it! By this time I walked away because I was so furious with her eye rolling attitude. She then told my boyfriend you can come back tomorrow at 7am and talk to the manager if you'd like and walked away then told another rep give them the $10 gift card that's it.. as we heard her talk and walk away from us I told my boyfriend let's go this is unacceptable, so we left everything we were going to purchase. Never again will me or my family or friends shop at this location ever again. I will make sure to let everyone know to avoid this location. I have been shopping at this location since it opened as it is close to my home, and usually pay with my ATM card. In April 2017 my ATM card information was used for a couple of fraud purchases in another state. My bank questioned me, the purchases were denied and the amounts reimbursed, and a new ATM card was issued. My last purchase at this store was on 6-5-2017, and on 6-6-2017 @ 1:21 PM my bank notifies me via email of 4 purchases with my card information, 2 in Boston, Massachusetts, and 2 in California, ranging from $200 to $561.17, two of which had been approved. Bank took care of this, and will be sending another ATM card, but it took three (3) phone calls to the store before I could reach anyone who would take the information about their store.
