My wife just spent 1 hour grocery shopping stands in line in back off 5 other carts to be checks out there ringing her order up and the chicken wings would ring up they told her to go back and get another pack which I told here afters she should have let them do it. She gets back there the cashier had voided her hole order and said she have to stand in line again and get check out. She called me crying and very up set. We decided just to leave the groceries in the cart right there and walk out. This is very unexceptionable hope others stop shopping at this Walmart and to top it all off the manger and the Cheshire we're arguing about the hole situation. read more

I try to avoid shopping at any Walmart if I can but this one is truly the worst. The employees are rude and are constantly making excuses. Not even the managers take responsibility for anything that may go wrong. Two years ago I used to shop here regularly, I even got my tires and oil changed here. Until I came in to get my oil changed and a technician broke my car's drip pan when he used the wrong tool. They didn't tell me what had occurred for two hours and left me sitting there. In the end it took over two years to get a resolution to the situation and even then I had to go through their district manager. Since then I've made it a point to not come here unless I absolutely have to. I recently came in here again for the first time in over a year. The store has been redone and not for the better. The aisles are too narrow and congested with people who can't get out of anyone else's way. Things have been moved to areas that make no sense. You can't find anything or anyone to help. The store is just dirty. Their produce has mold. It's just not a quality store. The only positives I can give Walmart are their General tso chicken is delicious, they do have discounted prices and their savings catcher app will assist with saving money. But those few positives aren't enough to make me come back. read more

Got there 12 minutes before closing to be denied entry, the employee at the door said there was "not enough time". We needed milk for the kids (came in from out of town) and ice to hold us over until the next day but apparently 12 minutes wasn't enough time in their opinion to allow us to grab these two things. I needed some items to complete a complex meal plan that required specific items. I searched the store and needed one last item. I asked a young man named Michael (African American) who went above and beyond. He showed me a new app I could use to find products. He explained how I could preorder products and pick them up. Finally, he found a product for me that wasn't located properly. I regret I didn't get Michaels last name. This is quality customer service people don't expect from the Walmart stores and I remember it. read more

As per usual, this is a review written from a disabled service dog handler's POV. So buckle up, enjoy the ride, and watch out for the dog. Long story short, if you're a service dog team, don't come here unless you want to be a part of a freakshow exhibit. I live right around the corner, I could walk here if I were of the mind/capable and have for 3 years now. But I choose to drive the extra distance to other ones (the one on Old Lake Wilson is great) because it just seems to get worse and worse. For this review, I'll just describe yesterday's visit as it was the first time in weeks that I decided to try this location again (because I'm a glutton for punishment). Upon getting out of the car, I'm getting myself and my service dog (SD) ready to brave the chaos that is Walmart and psyching myself up to go in with my mum and with my SD already working (and vested!), when a cart corraller stops in the middle of everything, with cars trying to get through, to stand there in the drive area of the lane, to ask a dozen questions about my service dog. (Mind you, as an on-duty/uniformed employee of a business, this opens up his employers to a lawsuit since they're only allowed 2 specific questions - neither of which were ones he actually asked) I hadn't even stepped away from my car yet and I was ready to forget getting stuff for dinner and just go home. I had repeated encounters with employees throughout the store who had to either stop and stare to the point other customers looked to see what they were staring at (creepy, y'all, creepy) and other employees who had the need to talk to my service dog despite the vest that says 'do not distract'. And my favourite employee encounter that ended with me leaving the store in tears just from the frustration of dealing with this store. I found a nice spot that was in the hub of things but out of the way so my service dog could get more traffic practise because it's a thing, they always need to be mindful of feet and carts and all. I had him lying down, tucked out of the way of carts and feet, where he was visible but not in danger of being accidentally run over or anything and we waited for my mum to finish the shopping, earbuds in, service dog staying in a down-stay. Chill. Reinforcing every few seconds not for him but for any idiots about who freaked over the big dog (le gasp). I use sign language for his commands, so I'm signing to my vested service dog and this employee comes up behind me and grabs my arm and shakes me to get my attention and starts yelling about how beautiful my dog is and then starts baby talking to him. And, he does his task which is to put himself between me and anybody getting handsy and stare them down. Which apparently wasn't cute to her anymore and she didn't want to baby talk him anymore and the other customers who were dogcrazy with her got upset over my dog doing the job that lets him come in with me for them to gawk at him. But that's okay, I'm having a lovely episode and I'll be freaking out for the next hour about being grabbed. Thanks for that. After this last visit, my opinion is, this Walmart was built on an Indian burial ground and should be burnt to the ground and returned back to nature as it's obviously cursed and filled with employees determined to get their company sued for violating ADA law. read more

Okay, okay. I know not to expect much when it comes to Walmart. I never did. This one caters to Disney tourists, as it has many Disney themed clothes and items in clusters around the store. I live here, don't make much, so I shop here. It seems the usual hang-up: Often when I find a brand of food I enjoy, suddenly it disappears from the store shelves forever. And the service? Like any Walmart, its hot and cold. Sometimes you get good service, sometimes you don't. I seem to be fighting people in the aisles with my shopping cart to get to something I want on the store shelf, again something I am not complaining too much about, because this is what happens at any Walmart I have been to across the board. I wish this one's shoe selection was bigger, and they would carry more often pants in my size. And if you could please Walmart, please open more than just two lanes for people that have more than 10-20 items, so that I don't have to go through the self check-out?The screens always mess up and don't recognize items, its just a waste of time to go through them. read more

No social distancing at all. Scale not working so you couldn't buy fruits unless you wanted to wait through another half an hour line. Four registers not even open. Frozen food palettes sitting in the isle. And they closed one of the doors driving everyone thru a single door making the exit super crowded. I just experience superb service from Joshua in your car care center. He greeted us with a smile, checked the battery on my sons car, advised him of the appropriate battery for replacement, and provided an oil change too. We also had great customer service from Deborah at the register. We were in and out in an hour. Joshua and Deborah are truly assets to your organization and if and when my son needs car services, he will seek out Joshua's expertise. Went here late at night hoping to avoid the rush of shoppers. To say the least I spent about 15 minutes waiting in line to pay for 3 items. They did have 9 lanes open, something that many Walmart locations don't do at night time. However, all of the self checkout lines were closed and the home living entrance was closed. I understand these measures are designed to control shoppers as usually the store is understaffed at night. However with it being the holidays and lots of tourists being in town it is a must to have more options to checkout or enter the store. Another thought I want to add. When there are lines of about 6-7 customers at the check out counters the cashiers needs to stop being so chatty. The lady was talking about the new star wars with the customers ahead of me when they were done and paid for their purchases. I appreciate her reaching out to the client however there is a place and time for everything. Lastly, when I went they were restocking the shelves at night. But even then, the store was extremely messy and disorganized. Safe to say many Walmart stores are like this no matter where you go. read more

It's a Walmart....what do you want? I try to avoid them like the plague, but you know we all have to go at some point. Or to just save money. I always ask myself is it worth the hassle?? This is the closest one to my house. Which is a good 20 minutes away. Parking is just nuts, but again, when isn't it like that at a Walmart? I wish someone could solve this. It would make the experience better. Inside was clean, but packed with tourists. But the redeeming quality was that there was only one person in front of me in line. What?? Oh yeah....but he was a tourist who didn't speak English. So once he found out he could talk to the cashier, he did! For a good 10 minutes it felt like. Oh well. This Walmart is also open 24 hours (one of the entrance doors are closed after regular hours). The layout is pretty typical of a Walmart and the apathy of the staff and cashiers is evident. Please for the love of God do not go to this pharmacy. My husband got very sick on our honeymoon. His physician called in medication for him to this pharmacy. Everyone seemed clueless even telling us our insurance was no good! When I assured them that it was she went behind where she thought I couldn't see her and mocked me! The lady that eventually came and told us it was fixed said "She had no idea how but they got it to go through." He's had this insurance for years! On two occasions I have attempted to purchase .22 rimfire ammunition in this store, each time without success. Finding some working in the sporting goods department is an exercise in frustration, and if found, no one seems capable of opening the locked ammunition cabinet. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes I gave up...once and for all. I'll drive the extra distance and shop at Haines City or Claremont, which are real Walmarts for Florida customers and not Disney World tourists. read more

I purchacouple of camping chairs from this location. They had a great price, but once i got home and tried setting them up a pile of sand spilled out of the carrying case. It looks like someone brought them back used and instead of the staff checking them to see if they were in good condition they just put it back on the self. As a customer I expect to purchase a new product at a store, unless it's label used. Which this was not and they sold it as new. This is not the first time something happened at this location. First off, it's wal mart. Not much to really expect to begin with. At this particular wal mart, there is a lot of tourists, which u can expect since we are about 15 minutes from Disney. The parking lot is almost always crowded and full of shopping carts, and dirty. There are only a very select few employees who are actually helpful. The rest of them... Well, they're wal mart employees, what more can you expect? I will say that the store is always well stocked and they have a lot of different foods such as kosher foods, Asian foods, etc. I only shop here because it's convenient and the prices are low. read more

We went to this location to do some grocery shopping. The place was so crowded, you would have thought they were giving away free food. The place as an absolute zoo. Very hard to navigate without getting jammed in the heels from the idiot with a cart behind you. People seemed to act like they were alone in the store but the place was jam packed. I tend to have a very high tolerance but this place was unbelievable. Probably not a good place to go on a Saturday night. Was pissed off to find my bread crushed upon arrival at home, pickles in with bread, really? When unpacking the car the cheap bag broke and the pickles shattered on the ground. This place S U _ K S ! Oh yeah, just remembered we couldn't find yogurt we had purchased a few days later. I checked my receipt and found I had been charged for the yogurt. I went back into the zoo and they did credit me at the service deck without any fanfare. I appreciated the speedy no B/S credit but it didn't change my opinion. I also responded to a survey on my receipt and outlined my experience. A couple weeks later, I haven't heard a peep. They clearly don't care about Customer Satisfaction. I've been coming to this Walmart for about 8 years. I've i great experience with the deli, bakery, electronics even as far as the fitting rooms. A father with 3 kids teaching them how to treat people with respect and be kind. Today I took my kids to the jewelry section to get ear rings. I'm not sure if the lady was having a bad day but you could tell she didn't want to give me her undivided attention getting ear rings for the case. I was looking at some 34.00 pair of ear rings and notice the same one for 20.00 in another case. I ask for the 34.00 pair first then changed my mind when I see the other pair. Right there she seem to be irritated with me changing my mind. When she went to the other case which was 5 inches around she pointing at everything beside the ones I wanted. I went to reached for the ones I wanted she moved my hand as if I'm about to run off with some earrings with my 3 kids with a chart full of items. The only reason why I didn't buy those earrings to teach my kids a lesson about having bad customer service. And if people can't treat you with respect they don't deserve your money. I'm a business owner and I work for 8.25 and I treat people with the up most respect at all times. This lady deserves to be retained on how to teach customers especially in front of their kids.. Other than that.. I love my Walmart I got to know employees and some Of them are great peoples. read more

This has to be the WORST Walmart in the US. The employees are extremely rude and you can tell they don't want to be there next as much as you don't want to deal with them. The ladies that work the door, particularly Beth, are rude and judgmental. My wife uses a scooter due to neuropathy in her legs when we go shopping for a lot of items and she had the nerve to ask if we really needed it just because she looks young. I complained to management because it was truly uncalled for and they didn't seem to care either. This location is always wrecked and EXTREMELY overcrowded with people blocking the entrances and just standing around the front making it really hard to get in and out. In the weekends it feels more like a crowded club than a store. I try not to go here unless it's a must. read more
