The girl at the desk told me items are priced at a discounted rate to customers and you receive about half of that back. Their machine prices the items so you don't feel like you're ripped off. The customer service here is a little odd, only because the employees seem very robotic with how they respond. I suppose they have to use certain words verbatim, I'm unsure. However, the reason I said "try your luck" is because the employees choose which clothes they accept. The clothes have to be "trending" or "in style" and it's to their discretion. When you walk in, they take your phone number, they text you a form to fill out, and you wait about 35 minutes for them to go through and price your items. Unfortunately, they did not accept any of my items here no matter being unworn with the tags on. I would suggest calling to see what they are accepting to save yourself the trip and time.
