Not sure why I didn't just call O'Reilly first; probably because I thought the car was too old for them to have parts available. Next time they will be my first call. They had the pump available the same day, price was excellent, and they are having it delivered at no charge to my mechanic. I am embarrassed to not recall the name of the man who assisted me, but not to worry - there are only the best of people working there. In the past 18 months I have bought 2 batteries there, a few tools, and a steering pump for a 1980 car. I have gotten some great advice and always been treated with respect professionalism and courtesy, even when asking stupid questions :) Let's make sure we all make a point to purchase there; the store may be part of a chain, but it feels like and runs like everyone there is our local neighbor.

Randy removed the blue tooth and found that was not the problem and tried just about everything including research on the internet to find the problem. To make a long story short, Hyundai's seem to have this problem. Randy spent hours on my car, removed the blue tooth and I was anticipating a rather large labor bill. NOT A DIME! He said he didn't fix the problem, so he didn't feel he could charge me. I will now be doing all my business with him! They are a class act!

When I came back in a few hours, they handed ne a stick that they said had become lodged under my car, and was causing the noise - they easily could have removed the stick, replaced a u joint and I would never know that the repair was unnecessary. Had recently had an oil change at a different business. Apparently they neglected to put the bolts…read moreback on my oil pan cover, which subsequently fell off on 90 in a snowstorm. I was able to get off the exit and brought to this location as it was the closest. They threw the car on the jack, replaced the bolts, and sent me on my way in less than 10 mins, for no cost. I will be going back when I need service/tires for sure!
