I'm literally on hold as I type this! let's start with Daniel aka D because she wouldn't give me her real name, got it from the fourth rep after 7 back to back calls, and her consistently hanging up in my face! When I say the doors need to be shut down, they have maybe 3 ppl working they can't leave their POST to go search for items. D, left me on hold for over 30minutes claiming she was paging someone to help, I think when it comes to quality customer service none of these ppl value it. I think they forgot the reason your employee's is because of customers. They lie about their positions! They are lazy as hell, rude, unknowledgable about product and then have the nerve to holler harassment after you ask them to simply do what their getting payed to do! after the holding and waiting I still didn't get any remedy on the product I so badly needed. and this is sad! I say shit the whole bldg down if your short handed everyday and the pions that are their DONT want to work why is this store open! Corporate will hear from me and so will Ed! I am very disapointed in this store. I got my car done in thier Tire and Lube Express not to only hear mexican music blarring but thier employees talking about different porn sites to go onto thier phone while they were in the office. They were two hispanics and looks like a black guy. And here it boils down to this. I let the corperate office know what thier employees were doing while either on or off the clock but either way still in customers view and able to listen to them, anyways after making an complant to the corpate hq they are still employed with WM. Also another time prior to this experence at this store, about a month back, the so called manager Josh was being rude, ignoring me while he was chatting with his buddies out in the garage. I waited in my car about 10 min before he finally came to our car (was with a friend at that time). he rolled his eyes like we were inturupting him on whatever he does as a manager for this store. Overall I would not recommend you get your car done here unless you are hispanic race. I would come back to this store IF those people ever gets fired and they do something with this so called manager like he loves to brag about. read more

i know walmart in general has gone to pot a long time ago, but this location only deserves a 0 start review, there is a reason this store has such poor reviews, and that is because of the way its being run, i can say from my own experience from shopping here most of the bad reviews are very correct, the auto center here is a total joke, and will keep you waiting all day long just to get an oil change, from my own personal experience if you are not hispanic do not even bother shopping here, the employees here carter to the hispanic shoppers and treat all other shoppers like crap, on one visit i had a cashier that told me to F. off and i complained to the manager and the rude manager said to me if i did not like this store i very easily find another store to go shop at, that was beyond rude to say that to any customer, this store is always dirty with product items just strung all over the place, most of their shelves are always empty, just do yourself a favor and pass this store right by and go find another place to shop at. read more

i cannot say anything good about this walmart, the 15 year old kids run the management therefor you dont get anything but attitudes. they are the only walmart that said you cannot open carry or even have a gun inside because they dont believe you should be able to defend yourself against that one person who does try to do harm. im the type that would have protected anyone in that store until now. i believe the mans name started with a s like sam or something acting like hes all big and bad saying basically americans have no right to be inside the store. i have never been treated so poorly at a walmart, everyone respects me and i have had managers come up and shake my hand because i can defend the store. no wonder this place has the crime they do. the managers are behind it. read more

Today, I had an incredibly disappointing experience with customer service at the Walmart in Commerce City, Colorado. As the last person in line with only a couple of items, I was shocked when the checker--who turned out to be a manager--refused to serve me. When I sought assistance, she became irate and outright refused to help or provide her information. The situation escalated as other managers and employees surrounded me, making me feel demeaned and stereotyped. This experience left me deeply upset and highlighted a lack of proper training and customer care at this store. Its bad enough I waited to get help at the automotive department on a Tuesday while it looks like the managers was bsing with thier employees and when I went inside I hear mexican music. Store always has a bad smell, floors are always dirty, nothing is ever stocked-up, bathrooms are never clean and of course Staff is never nice, CSMs ( customer service managers)?
