I'd give this store a zero rating if I could. We stopped there to get some essential supplies for our trip. We were in the store for 15 minutes. LITERALLY. We have a dually pickup truck and were pulling a 44 ft camper. We parked out back so we could just grab something and leave. We tried to not park and block a bunch of spaces. 15 minutes later we came out to find a 4x6 (roughly) orange colored sticker plastered on the side window that said NO RV PARKING. Seriously? I have never seen so many people with the facial features that show signs they all suffer from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome in my life. What's worse is that those looks did not deceive me, because everyone in that store acted like answering questions about games and the like is an alien concept. The store just finished their new remodel, amd yet the electronics section looks more abandoned than inner city schools on Father's Day. Empty inside. To top that off, most of their available sections for any form of entertainment is books and silly collectibles, you know, for money laundering. Even their most successful console, Nintendo Switch, is being gutted like a fish here, and no one wants to put out the new releases, like it was taboo. My god was last night something else. Produce was scattered all over the floors. Nothing was stocked and the food that was already rotting. I decided to go with frozen fruits and vegetables because how can you ruin frozens? I was wrong. Frozen food were thawing as well. As I was ready to go check out. The lady told me I couldn't use self check out that I had to go to a regular register. There were no registers opened. The manager told me it was fine to you the self check out. Came here on an early Wednesday afternoon for a simple oil change and wiper installation. Should've literally only taken them 20-30 minutes, but I was quoted an hour. An hour and a half passes, and my car hasn't even been moved from the spot I parked it in. There was absolutely no one inside the Auto Center to assist me or the 6 other customers who were waiting. Yes, I shop at Walmart. But I hate this one. Parking lot is always filthy, some crazy looking folks lurking around in the lot in the evenings, the inside of the store is dirty also, and the produce section often looks unattended to with rotten produce laying on top of good produce... I'm giving this location 5 stars. I hate Walmart. But tonight's experience was surprisingly positive. I had to go tonight at 11:30pm to get something to fix our toilet. First we called to see if the parts we needed were in stock. A very friendly electronics staff member checked the system and spent a descent amount of time with me on the phone. When we got to the store (about 30min before closing), we asked the first employee we found for what we were looking for and he walked us to the correct aisle and then down to the exact product we needed. When checking out, the two cashiers still open were both very nice and made an effort to try to lift our tired, broken, get me the hell out of here spirits. And I really appreciated it. I purchased an item online that arrived damaged. I processed the refund online & went to Walmart at 5990 Dahlia St, Commerce City, CO. I was the only customer in line, 3 customer service reps were at the counter. I waited for 10 mins with no acknowledgment. When I finally got to the counter, I was told that I needed a box. My return states "No box? We'll pack for you in-store." She didn't offer a shipping bag. I then went Walmart at 10900 E Briarwood Ave, Centennial, CO with my item & a box. A rep, who was very helpful, said the label maker was broken, she called 1-800-walmart for help with an over the phone credit. The man she spoke with wouldn't help (she handled credits this way previously). The rep then emailed a Fed Ex label to me. I now must make a 3rd trip to receive a $20.51 credit. She also provided a shipping bag. The return of 1 item shouldn't have resulted in such inconvenience. It was a very disappointing experience with an utter lack of service & care. At first our engagement ring buying process with this Walmart was extremely rocky and upsetting. We keep getting told different dates when our ring would come in and it began getting super upsetting. This week Ruth made all of that frustration go away when she took the time to call the shipping company my ring was being shipped with and got to the bottom of when we would really get our ring. I had an appointment at Walmart in Commerce City Co store #2752 in the automotive department to get my new tires put on, so my appointment was at 10am they took my truck back right away and told me it would be about an hour, so an hour later I seen them pull my truck outside and waited 20 minutes and there was no one in customer service in the automotive dept. I called customer service at the front desk for help in the back so they paged someone back to automotive and nothing so 10 minutes later I called customer service at the front desk again they paged someone again and still nothing. So now it's been 1 hour 45 minutes later and nobody knows where my keys are. I had to turn into a total witch to get my keys so I could leave. I had another appointment that I had to reschedule because of the poor customer service at this Walmart. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALMART FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!! This is the absolute worse Wal-Mart ever! It's close so I have to use it and every time I do I swear never again. I can't tell you how many times customers have come and ask me where something is and I always take them to it because if they had to wait for an employee they would probably still be waiting. I have to look and see if I'm wearing a Wal-Mart shirt there are so many people asking me. The other evening I called to see what time customer service closed. Was told 7:00p.m. so I got there a little before 6:30 and they were closed when I finally found an employee to help me she said there system was down. Not in the rest of the store. Two weeks later someone sent me some money got there about the same time and it was closed. Finally found someone to ask and low and behold there system was down! When I explained to her that's exactly what happened before she shrugged her shoulders and said that's what she was told to say if asked. Don't lie to me I'm not stupid if it's a staffing problem just say so I could understand that but don't lie. The staff here is very rude the only time you see them smile is when they are talking to each other never to a customer. The managers here need some serious training! But they probably wouldn't show up for that you can never find one and believe me there are a lot of them! Their shells are poorly stocked although the items are in the middle of the isles. This store has the worst customer service of any Walmart in the Denver area. I called three times to speak to the manager, Edward, and each time  no one picked up, and there was no voicemail to leave a message with. Edward doesnt seem to care about how his store employees treat customers or how badly his store reflects on Walmart. Today, for the 3rd day in a row, the self checkout machines are not accepting cash. NONE OF THEM. This is leading to incredibly long lines at the 2 staffed checkout stations that take cash. There was only one staff member at the self checkout stations when I was there today, Saturday, July 11th, at 12:32 pm. She was incredibly angry and rude.  I understand that walmart workers are stressed out because of the covid pandemic, but guess what? I'm unemployed, so I'm stressed out too!  This is not a walmart problem. This is a Commerce City Walmart problem.  The store on 7101 E 128th Avenue, Brighton, CO 80652 provides a completely different experience.  The staff there are polite, and respectful, and patient given the situation we are all facing. This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Avoid this location at all costs!! The employees are horrible, completely unhelpful, and couldn't care less about you as a customer. The store is generally a mess and I have never seen an employee doing anything to clean it up. The clientele is absolutely awful as well. I've been approached numerous times in the parking lot and been asked if I'd buy tamales out of someone's car. Yeah...I THINK NOT! And most recently I was approached by another costumer in the store where she asked me if I'd like to go to a bible study. I said no thank you and walked away and she continued to scream at me about the second coming of Christ. If you're think WTF, we are on the same wavelength here. AVOID THIS WALMART! My review is mostly for the pharmacy, but I'll give a brief overview: This Walmart has to be the most ghetto Walmart I've ever been to. The parking lot is full of shifty looking people, it is filthy, and the place closes at night. You know you're in a bad neighborhood if your Walmart closes at night instead of being open 24/7. The floors in there are disgusting, like they have never been washed. They seldom have more than two lanes open (come on, where's the self checkout?), making your average wait to be checked out nearly 20 minutes at night. I don't even buy food or really, anything at this Walmart anymore. Which brings me to the pharmacy. I on average fill 3-5 prescriptions a month. One for the dog, 3-4 for me (depending if I've seen the dentist - ouch!), sometimes I pick up meds for family. The average trip goes like this: Get to the pharmacy. Is it closed? It closes from 1pm to 2pm. Wait for pharmacy to reopen for ten minutes. Stand in line, wait 20 minutes to pick up meds. Cashier then tells you she can't find you in the system and she's standing RIGHT NEXT TO the rack they keep all the completed prescriptions on. SHE CAN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO LOOK. She writes the first few letters of your name down and tells you to take it to the drop off window. Then, the drop off window lady searches until she finds it, usually takes 5 minutes. While you wait, the old lady pharmacist cusses out her staff and calls them idiots as if you can't hear them. You begin to lose hope. Maybe a stroke wouldn't be so bad compared to this, but your unmedicated dog...can't live with that. Once they finally find the prescription, you have to get back in the pick up line behind a ton of other people and wait...again. Then, you finally get there and they find the medicine and sell it to you. You leave the Walmart and see the sun again for the first time in an hour, because it really took that long. And that is what drove me to transfer all my prescriptions to King Soopers in Reunion. Management called me today and said they're trying to fix it. Nothing short of a total makeover of this store will impress me. Sorry, but Walmart needs to just be done in Commerce City, it is practically on life support as it is. read more

I went to the commerce city walmart to exchange a malfunctioning space heater that i purchased at the thornton store because i live in commerce city and it is closer. I spoke with a manager there who was extremely rude and not willing to exchange my space heater. She was so disrespectful and not willing to assist me. She became loud and basically was yelling at me asking me why don't i just return it to the other store. I am an elderly man in my 70's and i have never been so disrespected like this before! It's a disgrace and something definitley needs to be done about employees who have no value in their customers and need a recap on customer service 101. Purchased some items via makeup counter today. Went up front to make a stop at the service center and was stopped by an associate to "check my receipt" stated this is due in part to a register in the back. Then why put the thing in back with the makeup?!. I literally walked less than 20 steps and was checked, I wasn't even leaving the store yet! I've no intent to walk off with anything so why would I be stopped? Dont they have security for this nonsense? Cameras??!! After being checked and presumed to have stolen something despite having a receipt, the harassing nature of this visit is enough to ensure I will never return. This Walmart ESPECIALLY the auto center is the worst! We were told that an oil change would take 60-75 minutes. So we meandered through the store for a hour, bought what we needed to, and returned 70 minutes later to check on the car. We were told there were still 3 cars ahead of us, and it would be another 60-90 minutes. Waiting 2 and a half hours for an oil change, especially after being told it would only take an hour, is ridiculous. We left without the oil change. read more

I also used to work here and it was an awful experience. Not well organized as a store not enough registers open and way too crowded. Also I wouldn't recommend the auto center either because when ever I took my car in they took forever just to check my tires. Also on time I believe it was like two months ago I went to the meat section and saw molded meat being sold out there. Well I am not sure if they took care of that or not ,but I just decided to go somewhere else to buy my meat.
