Oh my this place is terrible. I was passing through this town and I stopped at Walmart to make a purchase. Because the lady Darlene directed me to the check register and I indicated that I am using the self check out she turned around and focused on me rather the entire boat of self check out machines. She treated me like I was a thief. I had to show her that I purchased the items then i immediately returned them to customer service. They are at a loss because you don't treat people like that. I don't steal, I work for all what I possess. Darlene needs coaching; she does not have to treat people this way based on their appearance and the color of his or her skin. People should begin to curtail Walmart and spend their money elsewhere. They are very disrespectful and they believe they win the store when in reality they just work at the store. read more

This Walmart is so enraging!!! The app has been out or won't let you purchase certain necessities, such as water. They also have been out of sparkling water, frozen foods, etc. for months at this point. Not to mention the app doesn't have the correct park spot number so you have to call to check in and 1 times out of 10 they actually answer. When they do it takes 30 + minutes to get your order after you've checked in at least 15 minutes prior to arriving. The system is just absolutely horrible! read more

Shame on Crosby Walmart fir discontinuing Senior shopping hour at 6:00 AM on Tuesdays! We are regular patrons, and like several other Seniors, arrived around 6:15 for our weekly shopping. Neither entrance had a policy change posted. This morning's temp is in the low 30's. Talk about being left out in the cold! One Senior spoke to an employee on a break who said employees were not even informed of the change. Come on, Walmart! Help your Senior patrons stay safe at least until COVID vaccines are readily available! We rely on you! read more

I've been waiting outside the Automotive center to get an oil change since 6:45. This particular department is supposed to open at 7:00AM, but it Never does. I've talked to management 3-4 times about this issue, but the company clearly doesn't care. In my mind, I'd think, if they department opens at 7:00, I'd see people stirring and opening the garage doors at 7-7:05, 7:10 at the latest, but not here. Today, I had to walk around the garden center and find an assistant manager, when we walked into the dept, the associates were hanging out, waiting on a register. The customer service in this department in particular is horrendous at best! read more

Why am I doing a review on Walmart but hey let's give it a shot. Well, this location has plenty of parking spots open near the front. I personally come here to shop for things I don't want to wait for had I ordered it online. The customers here are southern and country. The pros for that is you can ask people questions about products they're picking out and make general conversations. The cons? Well, you may not always wanna take their answers wholeheartedly. Always do your own research. Unlike other Walmarts I don't feel unsafe here. One morning, I got gas at 2am and there was a suspicious lady there who needed a jump. Usually, I would've been packing up and hauling a** but again the folks around here are harmless for the most part. The best part about the experience at this location is the country feel. The associates take the time to answer your questions, they're knowledgeable about the products in the store and are attentive. Always remember to use the Walmart app. It makes all of our lives easier read more

They never have enough checkers. Be prepared to wait in line, and customer service usually has one worker behind he counter, maybe two if you're very lucky. Although I see plenty of them walking around or "hanging out" in the back room. Or even worse sorting items very slowly right in front of you, even though they see a line of 15 people.. Supercenter my butt. It's difficult to imagine how more mis-managed a Walmart could possibly be. Here's just some of the ongoing perpetual examples: 1. EMPTY SHELVES. Anytime I come here with a shopping list, I literally cannot buy HALF of what's on it. Out Of Stock. Sold Out. Empty shelf spaces. Empty hooks. Depending on the department, one third to one half of the shelves will be empty at any given time. 2. MYSTERY PRICING. Less than half the items in this store are correctly placed near a correct price tag. Impossible to know what MOST items cost here. 3. FILTHY FLOORS. Not dirty. FILTHY. No excuse. 4. EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE. Yelling across the store to each other. Milling around doing nothing. Walking right in your way. More roaming blue shirts than actual customers sometimes. 5. BLOCKED AISLES. Any hour of the day or evening. Entire sections of the store completely blocked by mountains of cartons and palettes. 6. DAMAGED CARTS. Literally impossible to find a shopping cart that does not have AT LEAST one worn-off or damaged wheel. It's called maintenance, people. BONUS: Fish tanks clouded with fungus, multiple dead fish floating atop every single one. What a perfect metaphor for this dump of a store. When you're part of a small, local "community" -- nevermind a massive multinational chain conglomerate that has long since driven real local businesses out of business -- you have a certain responsibility. Normally a 3... but today. Seriously. Just because you are redoing the whole store doesn't mean you just ignore getting things for your customers that are in the area you are redoing. I come in to look at the fit bits and can't find them because you are redoing the whole store and currently on that area. I ask an employee who says let me talk to my manager and see if they can point you to them. She comes back my manager says we don't carry them. Really?! So when I saw them last week you suddenly sold out of them? Or you just never carry them? Not to mention I looked online and it said my store carried many different ones. I hate lazy workers...or lazy managers I should say. Poor planning on Walmart part to redo a store during a major gift holiday. Just saying. read more

If Walmart in Crosby could receive zero stars I would choose zero. The customer service is seriously lacking. We stood in sporting goods for 45 min. without anyone coming to help, after multiple attempts. People called over and over. Finally my son called customer service from his cell phone. And that went without help as well. We finally gave up. Last night I made a quick run there because it was the closest store and I didn't want to take a longer trip. I stood in the paint department with a woman for 10 min before she left and silly me, I stood there another 10 by myself to no avail. I left without paint. And now will make a special trip to Home Depot like I should have done in the first place. Would have saved me the frustration and my precious time. If you need a Walmart, drive farther and get service somewhere else. Maybe try Home Depot or lowes for home improvement projects or HEB for your groceries! read more

Extremely disappointed at how there are so many rules and regulations for Christmas layaway. Each item has to be $20 or more no electronics no this no that. At this point they should just close layaway down because they make it impossible for you to put Christmas gifts on layaway. But again why would I be surprised it is Walmart!!!! read more
