Their machine wasn't working and they said I could go next door to use the ATM. I was not doing that but finally figured out how to pay. Somehow their payment kiosk kept disconnecting. She called me a couple of hours later to say they were ready. I picked up the next day and she remembered me. Nice fresh clean comforters and blankets. I will use them again because it was super convenient and they did a good job.

My shirt was there for 3 months because the wife refused to accept responsibility. I had to call and file a police report in order to take them small claim court. I would not recommend this cleaner because they will mess up your clothing and treat you like a stranger that's never spent hundred with them.

I had several items come home missing buttons or poorly pressed. One blazer had all 3 (very nice) "Armani" buttons missing and they never could be found. So, I don't recommend taking nice clothing here. I had another designer top that was altogether missing. The final straw was an experience with 2 young girls working here. I walked in joking that I must look like Santa Clause with my huge, green bag of laundry. They glared at me and told me they did not appreciate me bringing in so many items before closing. One of them was so rude that she was saying the "F" word to me. I told her it was not appropriate in a place of business. She told me she highly doubts I don't say it, so I need to stop judging. What? Anyhow, needless to say we left without dropping off our clothing and we have not been back. There is no reason for this kind of treatment and when we told upper management, they did not seem to care or offer an apology. They seemed apathetic when we brought this to their attention.
