Traveling in a self-contained campervan, we have to be especially aware of where we park overnight. I'm always watching for "no overnight parking" signs and yes, this Walmart has them posted. I don't know if it's store policy or local ordinance. We opted not to spend any money here and won't support that sort of decision. There are plenty of other businesses that we can patronize. Cashier Yvonne at register 7 didn't greet me, did not smile, scanned things so fast she overcharged me and then had the audacity to say, "I'm human." Walmart is bottom feeding when it comes to hiring people who don't smile, don't greet and don't care if they overcharge you. Very sad, I pay your salary, and you think it's ok to overcharge me. This has to be the worst Wal-Mart in the world. Lot's of empty shelves, they have a lot of the expensive brands in stock, no one will help you, if you ask one of their associates a question, the just vomit the same old rehearsed redrick the they were told to say, it's easier to repeat then to actually help you, that's if you can find someone that will listen. Extra long check out lines. I personally don't see why they don't spend the money to put waiting benches in there one checkout that they have opened, Also be prepared to wait in yet another line so they can make sure you did not steal anything while you where doing their job to check out. the only way to send a clear message to walmart about this store is to quit shopping there read more

I remember a time when Walmart cared about customer service, when employees did not look like they were angry because they had to go to work. The workers did not take their aggravation out on the customers. The rudest workers are the ones who get items together for the curbside pickup. They keep that little cart in the middle of the isle and you have to go around them if you want to go down the isle. They act like you are the one that is in their way. They have locked up just about everything and good luck finding an employee who has the right set of keys or who will even show up. The Crowley Walmart just gets worse and worse. The worst thing is trying to check out in the afternoon. One afternoon they did not even have one cashier and after a certain time all they have is self check out. This Walmart has struggled for over 20 years on being able to schedule the front with enough cashiers, they still can't get it right. They fail to realize when it is the first of the month, a holiday, the weekend or even before Rice Festival. Even as a customer I know when the busy times are, it is not that hard. It comes as a surprise to them every single month, these facts just seem to allude them. The lines will be backed up from that ONE poor little cashier that has not had her break yet who is trying to take care of everyone to the self checkout where sometimes they will have up to 5 workers standing around visiting while the customers do the work. On certain afternoons they will have a CSM who will stand by the clothes and look at the chaos but I have yet to see her get on a register and help with the lines. Last night was the same thing, the ONE line was backed up past the clothes so after waiting in line we decided to just go to self checkout with two buggies full of groceries. I get groceries for my mom and she gives me a check to pay for her items. After I rung up all of her items I had to get the worker to come and deal with it. She walked up and let me know with an attitude that this register does not take checks! I had a confused look on my face because I do it all of the time so she made sure to tell me a second time with an attitude that this register does not take checks in case I did not understand it the first time. So I let her know that the workers suspend the transaction and I pay with the check at their register. Heaven forbid that she have to check someone out or go the extra mile to help a customer. Where is the manager? Do they not see what is going on day after day after day? They don't notice that about 95% of their employees have an attitude? I know when the district manager comes to walk through the store it does not look like this. I'll bet they know to schedule enough cashiers for that day. read more

No one ever knows where the keys are in pet department and paint department. This last time, when I called to speak to manager I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. When I tried to speak to the manager, named Marie, who finally came on the phone after we had waited over 45 minutes for someone to unlock the case so we could buy flea collars she was rude and hung up on me. Tractor supply carries the same collars for the same price and they are much more courteous. There is no such thing as customer service in this store. read more

I went in here they had a tv online for 398.00 but their inventory was off and when I tried to buy online said out of stock when I went in I asked for the manager the guy called her but Jennifer wouldn't even come and speak to me that's real professional. They said if I wanted that price I'd have to add in my car buy and then pick it up I explained that their inventory showed out of stock but there was actually one in stock so because their inventory is wrong I can't add to my cart yet manager Jennifer was so unprofessional she even refused to come speak to me on purpose. I thought she got paid to deal with customers, I guess I was incorrect she gets paid to call employee and pass a message. When i contacted corporate they stated as long as it's a Walmart item they should price match regardless of their inventory was correct or not as long as item was the same and it was!!!! So either way they stayed the price should have been honored. I told corporate that none of local stores will honor an online price yiu have to buy it online and wait for the 15-30 minutes to pick it up. read more
