I was there a few weeks ago to return an item. I always keep my receipts and I never return an item with receipts. Let alone without it just so happened that this one time I did not have my receipt. I must've lost it. I tried to return an item, and the customer service representative was extremely rude Unhelpful dismissive of me and plain out disgusting behavior . I had never encountered this type of treatment before I don't know why I was treated in this manner. I've never met this person if it was something against me as a man or not I have no idea but the way I was treated was disgusting. I had to go out of my way to a different Walmart and had absolutely no problem returning said item Things need to change customer service treating people over respect and being helpful and best said way what I received that this Walmart was not such. I like the low prices at Walmart, I was in the area and I was running low on rice, so I went to see what options they had...now after the pandemic the price of Jasmine rice has gone up to more than $1/lb for the large bags. They used to run around $0.5-0.6/lb for the large bags.. Some of the non-Jasmine varieties were cheaper, but that's not really what I was looking for. I know this is not a Walmart issue since all the store have gone up in prices since the pandemic. They did have a selection of different brands of Jasmine rice as well as other rice types. I usually use the self checkout lanes, so I don't have to deal with slow customer service or employees that might not be happy with their jobs...I just bypass that. read more

This store is huge! And it was packed with shoppers -- both in the parking lot and inside the store. It took a while to find a parking spot that wasn't too far from the entrance. It's pretty much a standard Walmart. We were only on the grocery side, however. The store was very well stocked. In fact, they were adding additional items to the shelves as we were shopping. And it was fairly neat considering they were so busy. We were able to get exactly what we wanted fairly quickly. We'd looked online and luckily, they did indeed have the items in the store, itself. We browsed a few other aisles while we were there as well just to see if they had anything else we needed. The longest bit of our visit was checking out. I bought into the W+ membership at Walmart in May of 2023 which enabled me to get free delivery from my local Walmart, free shipping, discounts on gas and other nice perks. It cost a little less than $100 a year for membership so I figured it wasn't much to lose if it didn't work out. The gas discount at Murphy is great at 10 cents a gallon. I also was looking forward to getting free delivery from the store every time I needed food. I don't buy any produce there because it's usually bad but I do like their baked goods and refrigerated and frozen foods and it's a breeze ordering on their app. That's when the nice part ends and the trouble begins... I usually place an order of groceries in the area of $150. Then "a shopper" does the shopping and I get a text when the delivery person is leaving the store. 5 minutes later they are at my door dropping it off. Today I ordered my usual GROCERIES and added the tip and they shopped for me and charged my card. I will ONCE AGAIN have to stay on the phone with Walmart Customer Service in another country it seems explaining over and over and over again how I didn't get MY GROCERY ORDER, I received SOMEONE ELSE'S HEALTH AND BEAUTY AID ORDER, along with Walmart boxes, supposedly for packing and moving???? My card is charged, I tipped and I don't have my groceries. Oh I do have a bad case of the RSV virus and really don't need this aggravation from Walmart's inept W+ service. I am going to guess that everyone in the store hates their job. You never see anybody smile. They're sullen when you try to ask a question if the can understand English, mostly they try to avoid you so you don't ask them a question. Since the remodel, it's very difficult to find anything unless you have the app. I live literally three minutes from the store yet. I will go all the way up to Delray or Boynton to shop to avoid this store. read more

Coming to this Walmart was a breeze and that in itself is a miracle. Each Walmart I've ever gone to has literally been a survival of the fittest in the parking lot alone. Not at this location. People are actually civilized! The employees greet you with a smile, parking isn't a mess, and they even have self check-out lines. Let's add the fact that stock is clean and well kept; you won't find any products out of place! Did I step into the Twilight Zone unknowingly? And speaking of the self check-out lines, we had an issue with one of the items and Dionne helped us sort everything out. Great customer service! I think the only complaint about this Walmart is the temperature. Seriously speaking, I think it was a bit on the high side. Well what a crazy place to visit. Most of the time this place is so busy and finding help is nearly impossible. But if you know what you want and you have the grace of god guiding you and your patience tank is full it's a good place to come. They have a large variety of stuff and mostly decent prizes. They also have some odd things you cannot find elsewhere. The downside to this place is the large self check out counter area. I'm not a fan of this whole do it yourself checkout. I love meeting people and having someone to help you check out and make sure you found all you wanted is pretty cool. So I always go back out through the far north end to a very happy girl and a nice door guy. Oh and don't come here if there is panic of a hurricane cause it's just too much. Lol. So, I came home late last night (around midnight) and needed to buy a couple of things. Walmart was the only store open so I headed there. I just want to say that being open was the only reason I went to this Walmart. The store is dirty and old. Both the floor and the shelves (and just about everything else) looked like they needed a good cleaning. Everything looks disorganized. Most of the employees as well as the people shopping there looked pretty grungy. I'm guessing Walmart's prices are decent but I don't shop there enough to be sure. When I went to check out, not a single line was open. The only thing available was self-checkout. Granted, it was midnight but at least one staffed checkout line should be open. I generally avoid this Walmart and only come here on the rare occasion when nothing else is open. There are definitely more pleasant places to shop. read more

The people who work must hate there job they are very rude I asked for help in the bike department and there employee said he called someone but they don't come out to help. Then I asked for a manager and she said oh I don't know maybe customer service.its disgusting the morons they hire there, they don't speak English and they really don't care. Shopping for new work pants. Went to try them on. 5 employees were gathered together with cell phones talking and making plans, no problem. I asked if I may try my items on cause I was unsure of my size. Employee looks at me and says " Can't you read?" Excuse Me? I replied. She gives me a nasty look. I look behind them to see a sign stating the dressing rooms were closed. I'm like oh sure I can read perfectly well but didn't notice the sign behind all of you! I lived in Delray Beach in 2015 and this Walmart was so terrible that I completely quit shopping at Walmart as a whole. The associates were rude and the store was dirty. I move back down to Delray recently and decided to try Pickup since I needed things Target wouldn't have. Again, the store was dirty and the associates were rude. Walmart corporate was notified. I've been shopping here for almost 10 years and the store remains a bastion of low pricing. For groceries, they absolutely bury places like Publix and Whole Foods on cost. I just wish they would expand their selection so they could fully compete with supermarkets. As is, they just don't have enough in stock to make it a 'one stop shop' location for me. Another thing I really like is the kids clothing selection and value. Ever since Target got it into their heads that they're an upscale boutique for kids clothes and started charging $20 for t-shirts, I've made Walmart my go to spot for kids gear. The shirts, pants, swimwear and dresses are all amazingly priced. Finally, I have to mention their glasses department, which is really a hidden gem. I recently forgot my glasses up north and picked up a pair of very cool looking frames here for less than $50. That's an amazing price. Granted, they do take forever to put lenses in (up to 2 weeks!), but you can just bring the frames to another optometrist shop to cut down on the turnaround time. While Walmart is stellar for value, I regard their employees as ambassadors of bad PR. At this branch, they have been consistently lackluster and unimpressive for the almost 10 years I've been shopping here. They typically have no knowledge of the products in the store or where they're located, they often congregate to socialize and look like their goofing off in the aisles (not good optics), they process checkouts and returns at an unbearably slow speed, and finally, they sometimes give you attitude or audible sighs when you ask simple questions For consistently terrible customer service, I deduct 2 stars from their rating. However, they would easily get 5 stars and make me a loyal patron by reforming their obnoxiously poor customer service culture. read more

Some things I like about this store & some things I absolutely can't stand. I shop here for toiletries, household items, light bulbs and some odds and ends. The grocery items I occasionally pick up are canned items, salad dressings, bottled sauces and snacks. A few times I have picked up a few Lean Cuisines & they were fine. I wouldn't think of buying deli items or anything from the meat department. I tend to stop in on my way to work when the store is empty. Last minute birthday cards, shampoo that sort of thing. The downside of shopping here are the employees. The ones I have encountered have been lazy and they didn't know where anything was located. Dont come here expecting the service or quality you would find at Bloomingdales or even Publix for that matter. Located on the west side of Military Trail just a bit south of the Linton and Military intersection & they are open 24 hours a day. I don't buy shoes or clothes here. They have great prices on my protein bars & a few other things that I use. That's about it. read more

This Walmart is a great department store. From clothes to groceries, anything you want is here. And at a great price. They have fabulous TV's, an Optical department to get your glasses, a deli with great selections, children's clothes and a complete pharmacy, again all at great prices!!! You can buy your new phone here. There are car care items. The store is huge and it's easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walmart has a place to get your passport photos. Whatever holiday is coming soon, this is the place to shop for it. I love the fantastic selection of items available at Walmart. This store did have exactly what I needed, but many items were very picked through with lots of stuff that was simply not on the shelves. And that was just in the electronics area. Personal care was a mess. If you don't have it, you can't sell it. Most of the self-checkout kiosks were working. As well, there were way too many shopping carts in the parking lot, some in cart corrals and many just scattered. A poor experience at this Walmart, even with the bar as low as it is. read more

While in the past I have written fantastic reviews about Yvette, Guillermo and Tavares, leaving Sean to be in charge of this store shows a total lack of standards that has taken over this store. If I could give this business zero stars I would. The experience was beyond distasteful and embarrassing. The team working on the night of August 11,2022 had no customer service skills and were continuously rude. They keep stating a policy that is not in tandem with law and could provide no answer to me as a customer who shops at Walmart every week and was unaware of this policy. Then after complying with Angela's request she instructed cashiers not to serve us. The team on duty goes by the name of Mina ( manager), Ashley ( agent ) and Angella (team lead). This Walmart has a garden center with some nice plants and a discounted area for plants were you can get really awesome deals if you get lucky. I purchased 7 awesome, cactus like plants & they were only 1cent each! I kid you not... they need alittle tlc, regardless I'll take my investment! They have a terrible clothing selection. They toddler selection only seems to carry girls clothing and an extra small amount of boys. This is a huge bummer for me. Hence, why I usually go to target... or make the drive to west Boynton with a really long face. Upside to going to the super Walmart In Boynton is how enormous it is... but don't except that everything you want is available.
