I love self checkout at this store customer service. It's a mid age Caucasian lady that always wears a grey/blonde ponytail that's super nice and funny. I know she has a son and her Mom passed away a few years ago. I wish I remembered her name. She's awesome. But my complaint is more technical my card never works, which works at every other retailer, just fine. I have to swipe with a grocery bag over it :/ When I try to be proactive and use my Walmart pay that doesn't even work, so I can access my savings/credits. Store is somewhat clean. Overall decently stocked. I wished they offered more organic produce. read more

I've been shopping at this Walmart since they opened but recently I've been noticing more and more often food rotting on the shelf. I found cheese today 5 months past it's expiration date and other products months past their expiration as well. One or twice seeing things like this is a mistake. But this was after I complained about finding rotten potatoes several weeks ago and rotting tomatoes last week. Makes me seriously question what else they are trying to sell you that is expired. read more

Don't ever do a pick up order at this location, it will be a huge waste of your time. I placed a pick up order for some makeup brushes at this location because my local wal mart didn't have them in stock. It's a 30 min drive, but I really wanted these brushes. I received an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the wrong brushes were in the bag. So the employee went to find the correct brushes. When he came back he said "So they must have just grabbed a different set of brushes from the same brand because we're out of the brushes you want." Instead of calling me and telling me the item was out of stock, (saving me time and gas money), they threw different brushes in the bag, thinking I wouldn't notice I guess? He didn't offer to check other locations, just said "sorry" and refunded my money. read more

Messed up my photos from photo center. Tried to return them. Service desk couldn't figure out how to return single photos, so they returned the whole order. Asked them what to do next time. The said to come in and upload them in the store. It will be time consuming to do that, but the website doesn't work so well; however, it was only 9 cents per photo. read more

Every time I come to this location, all the shelves are bare (I come a lot with it being a close location) and it doesn't seem they restock well. I had to go to another location multiple times to see if they had what I needed. Great location for a Walmart, but the shelves are pretty bare. read more

This is the worst place to go . I bought a watch at carriage place Walmart and needed 2 links taken out. They were unable to do it because their tool was broken. I asked if I took it to another Walmart would they do it the lady said yes as long I had the receipt. I called Walmart Supercenter in Dublin and they said yes bring it in so when I got their they told me that nobody was working in jewelry dept. so when I called back on Saturday 7-21-18 at 1:00 they said yes bring them in and they will do it with no problem I got their at 1:30. And the manager said they could not do it because both jewelry people were on vacation I told the manager this is not what I was told. He said nobody is able to do it. How poor is this place run nobody knows nothing. So I called the Walmart by the Tuttle mall and talked to the manager J T and he said bring them here we will do it when I got their JT the manager took me over to the jewelry department and he fixed both watches and said to me sorry for the experience you had but we cross train our employees in every department so things like this happen. Thank you so much JT I give your Walmart 5 stars . The other Walmart I give them not even a star they were rude and did not care . Walmart should give me a 50.00 gift card for all the driving and putting up with rude people. The Walmart Supercenter should not even be in business for employees rude along with the managers at sawmill rd. All they say is we don't get paid enough. If that's the case go work where you don't deal with people for how rude you are. Walmart in bentonville should visit and see how rude they are. read more

This place is terrible even by the low standards of Wal-Mart. Employees are generally rude and unhelpful. Went there at 7pm on Friday. Didn't use the self-serve checkout because of the number and size of the items in my cart. Only two registers open. Got in line at one. Register was then CLOSED down while several customers including myself were waiting. No explanation or apology. At almost the same time, the employees finally opened two other registers, so everyone shifted to those. A customer who had come up later let a couple of us go ahead of her in one of the new lines, so I was the first person to checkout there. Cashier didn't respond when I said hello to him. He started scanning items, and somehow made a mistake and charged me for over a DOZEN cartons of milk rather than the two I had. Said something he called "GV 50" had not scanned properly and got angry when I told him I didn't know what that meant. (Turned out to be a "Great Value" item which had 50 as the second and third numbers from the end of the barcode. Hey, don't we all memorize that info when we shop?) Guy then scanned several items over and over as he tried to figure out what was wrong. He took off several of the extra milks, but NOT all of them, so I was charged for six instead of two. Cashier continued to be very rude, so I just paid, and then, after speaking to another employee, went and got four more cartons of milk. So, in the end, I spent nearly $200 and got treated like dirt. Not the first time I've had problems at this dump, so I'm NEVER shopping there again. read more

I will never use free pick up at walmart again. I tried ordering online got confirmation numbers pick up would have been later today, these are inexpensive vitamins I ordered totalling $58. I call the powell store, speak to a clerk he cannot find the confirmation numbers on the confuter. I had previously gotten emails saying pick up would be ready after 6pm today. I spoke to a manager who didnt bother to call back. I finally got another walmart email telling me my order was cancelled, who canceled it? Worst store! read more

Anybody who is interested or has ever used the Walmart pickup grocery service stop immediately!!!!! Today, we placed an order for our normal groceries, and they charged us twice for double the amount of groceries that we did not order and then said it was our fault, because they had 2 orders in their system, but we are only showing one order from our and their systems screwed up, and we got blamed and charged for it. This is absolutely ridiculous and they will not refund any of our money! read more

It's not bad for a Walmart, but the self-scanners often act up. Was really frustrating when two items rang up twice and the attendant could not understand what I was saying at all. It's a lot smaller than our old Walmart in Cbus, but has usually has had what I needed. read more

The auto service mechanics are wonderful and get it right every time... they have been replacing, rotating, my tires for years, along with Mobil one oil changes (cheapest in town) for years.. on two occasions, I needed one oil plug changed due to noticing a slight oil leak. They inspected and changed with no issues. On another occasion, I caught a flat on my way to work and I kid you not, I rolled in, they got me in and out in 18minutes with free replacement tire... this crew stacks up nothing but A marks everytime.. I highly recommend!!! read more

It's Walmart! What else can be said? There are occasionally long lines because they have 20 lanes and only one or two will be open. If you need a clerk because you have a question about a product, you are pretty much on your own. However this is a clean Walmart and it's in a good section of town so for that, it's worth going back over and over again. Walmart has good prices for your everyday stuff! Plus it's open 24 hours a day. Also it is worth noting that we chose this Walmart for our Thanksgiving Day shopping madness and the crowds were contained and there was order to the sales; everything was kept civil. I dont like the cashiers that work there not all of them are rude but most when i was checking out the older lady cashier prob fifty says while im putting my stuff on the belt to give her a sec and let her catch up she acted like checking us out was too much work cuz we got a descent amount of items due to our big family but i dont like when cashiers act grumpy towards the customers when its there job they chose to work there so there for dont be rude when people checkout its your job,, and you know when you run into someone you dont have no interest in talking to and they happen to work there and you seen them whispering to the cashiers and look at you just cuz they notice i wont speak to them yes thats no personal option cuz i try tobleave certain people in the past for less drama and everyone that is toxic from my pwst well a couple people now live in my hometwn worthington which suxs but i like walmart just not a couple of the cashiers they are rude !! read more

This rating is because I have tried on multiple occasions to call the store. No one EVER answers the phone. Last night, we needed to find somewhere to make a key and it was an emergency. I called customer service several times then each individual department so they could either answer if there was someone who could make one at night or could transfer me to someone who knew. No one answered at ANY of the extensions. I have had this problem with them several times before. Why do they even have a phone then? My husband went ahead hoping it wasn't a trip for nothing. He found the key desk but not an employee anywhere near. He then noticed (for any of you needing a key made and unable to contact them to ask) that there is a do it yourself key machine there, so mission accomplished. Smart move, Walmart, because by the time someone would either man the desk or answer the phone, we will all be entering our homes with face recognition and won't need a key! read more

Walmart you can find the creeps the weird the mentals every one. It's a nice place if you need milk and a tire. Not a nice place if you need grocery's. I just suggest that you go to target its just like Walmart so that's why I give this place 2 stars read more

Had a wonderful experience today at the sawmill location. Two managers came to assist me in getting a recliner, the one i wantex was out of stock. They checked other stores and it seems to be limited at the other stores. I picked a different one and they made sure that i was taken care of. Up front the gront end supervisor was also awesome. The worst customer service ever I am getting so accustomed to being mad and empty handed I will either need to go back to Krogers or find a new wal mart to spend money at ........ there is also Meijers maybe this is my fault for still taking time to go in the store When a member of the management staff tells me "I will take care of this now" my assumption is it will be taken care of not start talking to another employee and walking away then I go up to the cash register to leave and the employee who walked off with the manager on duty says to me " I will take care of this right now " then turns her back and vanishes Now if somebody anybody would have said sorry I must attend to this then I might understand but when you turn and walk away that makes me feel like I have been told I don't care maybe if I am not too busy I can inconvenience myself to help you the customer whose spending money to help pay wages and make sure I have a job. I sure feel like nobody in that store cares about anything and well customers can go piss off we are too busy to help you with anything oh and by the way I have lived here for 16 years and have seen more cops now with Wal Mart as a neighbor then ever before What does that say???????? read more
