First time trying Crumbl cookies. The cookies definitely did not disappoint! They are huge!!! I had a breeze ordering pick up through their mobile app. I made my order at 12:15am the day of for 12-12:30pm pick up. Unfortunately, you cannot make orders for a different day in advance. Once you get to the store, you just click "I'm here" and the worker called out by name a minute after and then asked me if my cookies looked good. The box was still warm to touch when I got my cookies. There was a line of 3 people before me, but in general the Dublin location parking was pretty packed during a Thursday at noon. The store changes the 6 flavors of cookies weekly, so this week I got a six pack, one of each flavor: vanilla sugar, hazelnut churro, s'mores, milk chocolate chip, Buckeye brownie, and cake batter blondie. My favorite has to be the hazelnut churro, it tasted like a big snickerdoodle stuffed with chocolate hazelnut. The simple milk chocolate chip cookie also ties for first place, I loved the chips they used, it was really good. I am a sucker for frosted sugar cookies and the vanilla sugar was a great bite. I would probably not get the cake batter blondie again, because it was too sweet for my liking. The Buckeye brownie was exactly that and delicious. I was afraid of the cookies being underbaked because they are so large and thick, but the cookies were baked to perfection. They are great warm (heat up a little if you need to) with a glass of milk. I literally cut the cookies into 4 pieces each, because they are so big and now we have cookies for dessert for days to come. Each of the cookies are like more than 550 calories or more, so I do not see myself frequenting this place as it's definitely a sugar rush, but the quality of cookies are truly great and I will be back to try more flavors! read more

Located in a bustling plaza in Dublin, this location of Crumbl Cookies was absolutely poppin on Saturday. There was a line of folks eagerly awaiting their opportunity to purchase cookies when we arrived in the afternoon. Pro-tip: order in advance for curbside pickup to save yourself some time. Super convenient. There's a little sign indicating where you can stop upon your arrival. We notified the store of our arrival both digitally and via calling. The employee who answered was friendly and calm -- impressive given the crowd. Moments later, a worker emerged with the infamous pink party box. The box had weight to it and we couldn't wait to see the treats that hid inside. The cookies start at over $3/each but are MASSIVE. They're rich, decadent, and beautiful. Many of us were feeling satiated after eating just half of one haha The flavors frequently rotate but our favorites from this batch included biscotti, neopolitan, peanut butter, and orange cream. All of them were clearly fresh with well thought out flavor combinations, as well as presentation. Definitely more of a treat if you're watching your waistline and wallet...but worth checking out! read more

Yum!!!!! These cookies are good! I really wanted to try this place after everything I've heard. I couldn't decide what flavors to get. They all look so good. My favorite: the cinnamon fry bread. It is soft and warm. It's like it's so gooey, yummy, and it's like it is right out of the oven. The cinnamon butter in the middle gives it just the right amount of cinnamon and sweetness. The chilled sugar cookie was yummy. At first I was skeptical about a chilled cookie because I mostly like my cookie warm and gooey. However, this was good. A solid sugar cookie. The cookies are pricey at around 3.50+ per cookie. That is my only con. I love the weekly flavor concept- how different flavors of cookies are made each week. read more

A friend got these for a get-together, and they're really good. Super chewy, in interesting flavors, and also just really pretty. I had a KitKat cookie of some kind - chocolate chip with melted candy bar, I think - that was great, and a Heath bar cookie that had actual whipped cream on top. So I wandered in here today after getting a massage next door at Elements who are amazing as well btw and was blown away by how cute this place is! You have the option for two different cookie sizes when you go in as well as different pairings. I ordered a box of 4 large cookies which is only a little over ten bucks. They also change their cookie menu weekly. This week they had chilled pumpkin pie, peach cobbler, celebration(which is frosted sugar), chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, and salted caramel cheesecake. I mostly got the salted caramel for my husband and he was impressed. My favorite is the chilled pumpkin, which is basically pumpkin pie in a sugar cookie. If you like pumpkin pie, you will love this cookie. The peach cobbler and celebration cookies were also quite tasty but more in the traditional sense. They also sell milk, and ice cream concoctions. There was a puppy chow mix today that caught my eye on the screen but I will have to come back and hope to catch it some other time. read more

Came in on a Monday night around 8PM. It wasn't too busy or anything, but the workers were busy busting out some cookies behind the counters! I love the simple color scheme of white and pink. You order the cookies at a touch screen kiosk. They only had about 5 or 6 flavors I believe, but they rotate the flavors every week. We tried the caramel pumpkin, smores, and some kind of muddy buddy one. It was 4 for about $12, but the cookies are HUGE! Enough to share between a few people. A cool little shop with warm cookies (and cool ones.) I just walked in since I was nearby, not sure what to expect. No line on their first day but a steady stream of customers. There are six flavors each day, most rotating. The cookies are huge- really, really huge, and rich, so even I could not eat a whole one in one sitting, much as I wanted to. They also have minis, but they are for catering only (and maybe their display should be moved away from the register so people don't assume they are available there.) I got chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, pina colada, and "Shark Week" sugar cookie. My favorite was probably the chocolate chip, seconded by the oatmeal chip. Warm, big, held together well, tasty. The pina colada crumbled a bit too much to pick up easily, but was very tasty. Baby K loved the shark sugar one. Looks cool, tastes good. Overall, not the absolute best cookies ever, but very good, and big, and perfectly cooked. Reasonably priced for the size and quality. Good service, even on their first day. Good location. Because I work at a local elementary school, some colleagues and I got together to form a "CRUMBL club" Where we order delivery every week on Fridays and rate the new flavors. It's been a really fun tradition and our group keeps growing! They have an easy to use app and ordering system, friendly employees and delivery to nearby areas. I stopped into Crumbl yesterday for their grand opening and free cookie day! They have quite the well run operation going! They make and bake all of the cookies right in store so hopefully no chance of running out of cookies throughout the day. The line was down the street for the free cookie, but it was worth the wait! I walked out with a 12 pack of cookies, I would have preferred to only get 6, but their boxes come in one, four or twelve cookies... they have six flavors at a time, the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip are permanent fixtures, and the other four flavors rotate from week to week. I spoke with one of the employees and he said if you follow them on social media they'll announce what cookies they will have every week. He also said his all time favorite is Oreo and to definitely watch out for that flavor! So excited to try their delivery service, I've really missed Insomnia Cookies delivery since I moved away from campus, so hoping this is equally as good! I just don't get it. We tried a Mini 6 pack of Chocolate Chip, Maple Cream, Caramel Apple, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. Interesting flavors, but calories are 140, 130, 510, and 600!! respectively (as much as a slice of cheese cake and not nearly as satisfying). Apparently, all the same price. Chocolate Chip was by far the smallest, but probably the best taste. The rest were just not worth the calories to us. The location is a tiny store front, no seating. It was clean, quick service; you order at a self-service station so employee interaction is kept to a minimum. And the minimum tip listed is 15% and it goes up from there. The price makes sense for great cookies; these cookies were just mediocre. We are glad that we went; not worth it to go again. read more

Got a party box of cookies for ~$32. It was Saturday night and they were out of one of the cookie flavors which was sad. Ordering was very easy on the walk up screens. I really enjoyed the cookies I got. They were very large and filling. They were warm and very soft. Delicious! I also got a tub of ice cream that was a little disappointing. I have been such a good customer of this shop because I love the product and service. It's so easy to order & pay on the app, then go pick up curbside. Today I ordered ONE cookie and it was a popular one for this week - the Banana Cream Pie. I ordered it earlier today and when I got there was told it was unavailable and did I want to substitute? No, I chose refund. I wanted this cookie and it should have been available and boxed for me before it was sold to the walk in customers. I am disappointed and this is the 2nd time this has happened (at another time, the Key Lime was not available and I substituted). When you walk in there are self order kiosks. You step up to the iPad and place your order. By the time I finished paying my cookie was ready. I have tried Crumbl Cookies before, and thought they were okay. They are large. It makes it hard when you want to try different flavors because then you are cutting and touching cookies that others will eat. This time I tried the lemon poppyseed cookie, it was delicious!! It was flavorful. It was soft and chewy in the middle, cooked to perfection. The lemon poppyseed changed my mind about Crumbl Cookies for the better. read more

I purchased crumbl cookies twice. Once for my hairdresser and once for my husband. So there will be two different opinions here when I write the review. The first starts with the hairdresser. I was so happy to see her excitement when she received her batch of 4 cookies I picked out for her. She commented on how they were nice and warm. Could not stop admiring them. She added them to her Instagram handle. So I am assuming even though I don't know what she thought after tasting it was the best purchase for her. The second is my husband. This one gets tricky. He doesn't comment on the warmth or size of the cookie. Instead he goes straight for the taste. My husband is a hard to please guy, so when you give him cookies you better hope it's not too sweet for his tooth. These seemed a bit too sweet for him, so he opted to only indulge in one cookie. I on the other hand loved the cookies. I definitely thought they were huge. So it took me a few days to get through them completely. I ordered nutella, salted caramel cheesecake, chocolate, and carrot cake cookies. All which I thoroughly enjoyed. Each cookie amounts to $3 each. So hefty price but you get what you pay for here. Decided to take the girls I babysit up to Crumbl Cookies to try a sweet treat. It's a rather simple concept: Order online or at the store. The store has kiosks for you to enter your sweet dreams, then the cookies are baked then and there, boxed, and off you go. The lady running the show (owner) was polite and pleasant, explained the current cookie options, and how the ordering process goes. Three options to buy: 1. Single Box (1 cookie - $3.50) 2. Crumbl Box (4 cookies - $11.50) 3. Party Box (12 cookies - $28) The cookie flavors change EVERY WEEK, always 6 to pick from. They always have their classic chocolate chip, so really, not every one of the 6 changes. They are planning on offering ice cream eventually, but since they're new to the scene, it will take a few weeks to get that added bonus up and going. I went with a Crumbl Box, 2 classic Chocolate Chip and 2 Rocky Road. Bought my two girls a Shark Sugar Cookie, but didn't realize until they were handed the box that these cookies are quite giant! I'm not a sugar cookie kinda gal, so I can't comment, but one of them seemed to like their cookie; the other thought the icing was too sweet. I tried a piece of their CCC, and it was great - not too much sugar, great cookie dough-to-chocolate chip ratio (I prefer less chips). Also, the ccc was soft and gooey, my own personal #1 thing I look for; this hit the spot, for sure! Mask mandate was clearly marked; ropes and arrows directing customer flow (for their busier times). I think the price is fare, and I'll definitely keep these sweet treats in mind, as I'm not up in the Dublin area often. read more
