We were at the Walmart on Mesa in El Paso this past Wednesday, the 20th of April. We waited in Anthony's line and watched him as he left his register to help some Latino folks out the door with their brand new 70 inch tv. I mention that they were Latino because Anthony may very well have been and my husband and I are not. It took Anthony approximately 5-10 minutes away from his register to help these folks. When it was our turn to be helped one of our products ( a glass container ) did not have a price/code on it. Apparently, Anthony could not help us, he could not ask for a price check and he could not go to look for the item to see what the price was. The ONLY thing that Anthony could do was place the item on the side and tell us that no one could help us obtain the price, even though I told him I really needed the product. When I looked in front of us off to the left, I noticed 2 Walmart employees standing talking to one another, one was a supervisor/manager. They could not help? Anthony was adamant that it was not his fault. That was the last thing he told us, that this was not his fault (!) My husband and I cannot help but wonder if we had darker skin, if perhaps Anthony would have taken responsibility and helped us??? 3 words for Anthony: Poor Customer Service! read more

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this walmart. I have been a weekly and often biweekly customer. I now know that walmart associates are paid so poorly that many qualify for food stamps and other programs such as school lunch, Walmart could help the struggling economy significantly by paying living wages thus getting employees off public assistance. I will boycott Walmart and Sam's until I see positive change. I am a member of Costco. They pay their employees well and offer quality products. read more

Horrible service! If you call and ask for a department, they don't pick up. Keep calling and they route your all wherever they want because they have caller ID and don't want to hear you complain. Managers won't pick up the phone. El Paso walmarts are THE WORST! Target is so much nicer for shopping! Walmart is dirty, staff doesn't care, rude managers, and they close lines to make customers wait longer so they think it's busier than it is. El Paso walmarts just suck! Don't shop there!!!! read more

I have tried calling that store at the very LEAST 15 times. Nobody answers the phone. BUT this is the tradgic part, there was one gentleman in Alhambra customer service that helped us and called my mother in law in El Paso Texas to help us resolve the issue two weeks previously. Sadly, this gentleman that gave us help and actually listened to us was thrown under the bus for listening and trying to help resolve an issue by the Supervisor. This Supervisor was trying to stir the pot and got her minions to support her bad customer service. I feel bad for the young man in customer service, he was great. Why isn't this guy a supervisor?! He gave us professionalism and courtesy ...he should be a supervisor?! Why?! Why is it that this great customer service rep in Costsco Alhambra is not promoted to supervisor. He listened and tried to help us but instead we got Supervisor Tweedle dum and subordinates Tweedle dummers trying to make us look feel like trash and swindlers. One subordinate was named Norma, she stood out for being the worst, she yelled at my hubby when we attempted to go back and get that gentleman to help us as a second attempt. (We thought we would get the next shift and avoid those lousy abusive Customer Service Reps and her repugnant Supervisor...that didn't happen!) It took us two weeks and two days for my husband and my mother in law to get this stupid thing "resolved." Perhaps it may take longer, we need to go back to Alhambra Costsco and give them an email for Costco El Paso Texas so that my mother in law can retrieve and change the membership. My mother in law wants to mail the rewards to us...lol. The funny part is that I have dealt with customers when there were strikes on the ports...so I dealt with crazy customer. I continued shopping and went back within 15 minutes and waited for another 5 minutes. My wife had went to the checkout and i continued to wait. I gave up after 8 more minutes and went to the checkout. My wife had already checked out and was waiting for me. When i came to her she asked me where the woper blades were and i told her no one had yet to show up at the isle. We asked another employee and he said they were on their way to the isle to pull the pallet. When i arrived, they had sectioned of the isleway and the forklift was there. Now 25 minutes have went bye and i guess the forklift operator was a ROOKIE he told another employee he couldnt get the pallet down. Needless to say we just left. Terrible customer service. Suggest you train your ROOKIE forklift operators better so they can accomplish the task at hand. 25 minutes if waiting with no results.

This store not only has the usual retail section, but also has a pharmacy and groceries. This Target location was always super clean and organized, and the staff was really nice. We were always able to find what we needed, from last minute holiday shopping, to groceries or just some fun activities to keep the kiddo entertained. I also like that is located in the corner of Montwood and George Dieter which makes it very easy to access. Thank you Target for making our holiday trip a little easy!

But Dollar General...ohhohhoh! They actually have stuff I need. I can't tell you how many times this Dollar General has came through for me.
