The new location is in the Century Plaza where Tres Mariposas and Nono's is located. The store has a great calm feel to it and the owner is very sweet. There is a variety of clothes, accessories and shoes to choose from. They carry Havaianas which is true must, as well as other designers. I think their price range is totally reasonable which makes me think that the owner knows her market. Overall, I think visiting this place is totally worth it!

Did not receive a gift receipt when purchased but that is required for any type of exchange or return. Their selection is so-so and quality of clothing is average at best. I give it the low star because of the attitude of the associate while I was showing interest in returning a gift I had received. They just wouldn't have it. Their policy should just be "no returns or exchanges, ever" and they should tell you that when you are checking out. Regurdless of their policies, if you are in retail and want to be successful, think about your customer service and make an effort for repeat business. Trend Society didn't seem to be too concerned that I will never shop there agin. oh...they also charged for gift wrapping when they "wrapped" the gift in their own "Trend Society" labelled white cheap looking bag and wadded up the ugly tissue paper. They carry a line of iPhone cases called Bandelorios, that snuggly hold your phone in a crossbody case that has a snap closure pocket on the back for a credit card, cash or driver's license. The crossbody strap can be plain or embellished with studs, and other decorative hardware. I have one myself and it is a great way to not have to hand hold your phone. So with my two gift purchases, the sales attendants expertly wrapped and gift bowed the packages and placed them in very nice gift bag shopping bags- at no cost. This was a time saver for me...yeah I had to wait while they wrapped the gifts, but they brought me champagne while I sat and browsed the shop...you need to treat yourself while you are treating your friends!

There are a few other boutiques in town with the same buying tactics and even though it's totally depressing when you find something super cute, but not in your size...I'd rather know that I won't run into 20 other chicks at the Garden with the exact same dress and it's a plus that this allow stores to bring in more mech sooner. Pricing is totally affordable. I bought a color block dress for $38, an infinity ring for $5 and a double ring for $8. And those prices are full price, so when stuff goes on sale or they have discounts I already know where I'm spending my paycheck. We were at the Walmart on Mesa in El Paso this past Wednesday, the 20th of April. We waited in Anthony's line and watched him as he left his register to help some Latino folks out the door with their brand new 70 inch tv. I mention that they were Latino because Anthony may very well have been and my husband and I are not. It took Anthony approximately 5-10 minutes away from his register to help these folks. When it was our turn to be helped one of our products ( a glass container ) did not have a price/code on it. Apparently, Anthony could not help us, he could not ask for a price check and he could not go to look for the item to see what the price was. The ONLY thing that Anthony could do was place the item on the side and tell us that no one could help us obtain the price, even though I told him I really needed the product. When I looked in front of us off to the left, I noticed 2 Walmart employees standing talking to one another, one was a supervisor/manager. They could not help? Anthony was adamant that it was not his fault. That was the last thing he told us, that this was not his fault (!) My husband and I cannot help but wonder if we had darker skin, if perhaps Anthony would have taken responsibility and helped us??? 3 words for Anthony: Poor Customer Service! read more

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this walmart. I have been a weekly and often biweekly customer. I now know that walmart associates are paid so poorly that many qualify for food stamps and other programs such as school lunch, Walmart could help the struggling economy significantly by paying living wages thus getting employees off public assistance. I will boycott Walmart and Sam's until I see positive change. I am a member of Costco. They pay their employees well and offer quality products. read more

Horrible service! If you call and ask for a department, they don't pick up. Keep calling and they route your all wherever they want because they have caller ID and don't want to hear you complain. Managers won't pick up the phone. El Paso walmarts are THE WORST! Target is so much nicer for shopping! Walmart is dirty, staff doesn't care, rude managers, and they close lines to make customers wait longer so they think it's busier than it is. El Paso walmarts just suck! PAY ATTENTION TO PRICES AT THIS STORE! Twice within a two-month period, I have experienced this…read more'Dynamic Pricing' ripoff at this Abertson's located on Kenworthy Street in NE El Paso. The store uses those electronic price tags. The price tags will indicate one price, but the item scans at a higher price at check-out. Again, this has happened to me twice in the past two months. For example, a pack of 8 tortillas was listed as $3.99 on the electronic price tag, but scanned at the register as $6.99. As I sat and thought about it, if this is a store scam against customers, then it is the perfect store for doing so, since many of its customers are elderly. Two more things I need to point out: 1) Another customer had the same pricing issue, and 2) The 'customer watcher' at the self check-out comes right over and makes the price change with no questions asked. It's flaky as hell, and I advise everyone to do an experiment by taking pictures of the price tags before going to the check-out.

If you watch your receipts in a detailed fashion you will find something wrong nearly every trip. To help you - WATCH details on sale prices closely. Nearly always there is a catch. 1) A limit on how many you may buy at that price. Sometimes per transaction. Sometimes per week. Sometimes per month. 2) Only certain flavors or styles get the sale price. If you never click the "eligible items" you may actually pay full price. (ie: MANY times I have purchased an item advertised on "for U deals" and paid FULL PRICE because only a few flavors were included in "eligible items." Certain varieties of soda are notorious for this in my experience. 3) READ the FINE PRINT (if you can). I will admit to being older. Thus my eyes are not great. If tiny print on the app or the shelf says "on two" you must buy two to get the price. I just bought coffee, that on the shelf was "7.99". On my receipt it was "14.99" because the fine print said you must buy two. 4) If the app is acting funny EXAMINE YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY! I recently went through my entire shopping trip, and had "clipped" all the sales on the app. But at the end my price sounded very high. Looking at the receipt, I had received nearly zero discounts. The reason I was given at customer service, was that my phone must not have connected with their system at check out. The difference was more than $20. The only indication I had in advance was that I had to sign back into my account with my phone number just before I entered the store. 5) It is IMPOSSIBLE to see if you got the correct price at the register because the discounts often come off at the end! This is my biggest complaint with the way their system works! Often I would catch the problems without having to deal with customer service, but I don't see them until I have paid! (To be honest, I wonder how often people do not want to deal with the line at customer service, and the hassle.) CONCLUSION: If you have never been in line at customer service at Albertsons, you are NOT getting good prices. You are not getting the prices advertised on the shelf. You are paying more than you think. Period. Still a nice clean place and usually friendly people. Just expensive.
