Management issues. A good friend of mine had a medical condition in which the supervisor did not accommodate them. When the person stood up for herself in a respectful manner this person started screaming at them and was fired. In closing this type of leadership will eliminate your good workers and furthermore lead to a lawsuit as to non accommodation of one with a disability which can lead to serious consequences!!!! read more

Terrible customer service. I came in to get an Olay face cream that was locked up. I pressed the "Press for assistance " button several times to where I eventually went up to customer service. I waited over 10 minutes. Upon going to customer service the associate called someone who never came. There were quite a few associates standing around talking that could have been called over to unlock the cosmetics . If I could have added zero stars I would have. This is a review of an employee of the Sanford NC store. I purchased 23 bags of mulch and as I was loading them into my car an employee, Elania asked if I needed help. She was so kind and I had not requested any help but was "over the moon" about getting it since the bags were so heavy. I really appreciated her coming over and acting so promptly. This Walmart is by far, not only the WORST Walmart in Fayetteville, NC, but the WORST I've ever shopped at. They try to force you into showing your receipt knowing they can't do that unless you have an electronic or something large. The staff is rude, lazy, incompetent, have major attitude, always acting like you asking them to do something is the biggest burden. I'm guessing they want to get paid for doing very little or nothing at all. They spend more time standing around gossiping and kiki'ing than working. Management is just as bad!!! The personnel shoppers are rude and take over isles, will try to push you out of the way, dirty store, got all those registers, and only the self checkout open, with lines stretching too far. Big black dude that wears glasses and stands at front door is a racist and extremely rude to white people. This store is always out of stock, knowing the products are in the back of the store but they're too lazy to go get the stuff. Most of the workers are ghetto. read more

Super Center? Nothing super about this store. Vitamins are under lock and key and no one has the key. Poor inventory control. A half hour wait to pay. I asked for a manager and got a bobble head who didn't even attempt to resolve the issue. read more

I really am not happy with this store. My husband and I do not shop there unless we have to. The electric carts are not in working condition. The carts are not looked after at all. The store is not organized right. I am really unhappy with it. We only get our prescriptions there. Its going to move to another pharmacy if this store does not straighten up. read more

Place to Walmart order online for over $50 for delivery. The person was too lazy to deliver the food up the stairs so they get around food to someone else and took a picture at the wrong address. So we were left with nothing and I called Walmart six times and was hung up on. The worst customer service I have ever had and I'm very upset because I don't know how many more people they have done this too. Now we're stuck with trying to figure out how we're going to get something to eat tonight on account to our order was delivered at 7:00 p.m. at night to the wrong people. read more

I went to this morning around 8am for a simple oil change and this is the second time their "mechanic" had gave me my Jeep back without an oil change. The reasoning behind it was because "my dipstick was wobbly" he said he didn't feel comfortable changing my oil because it might cause damage to my engine. All I could do was look at them because it just didn't make sense because nobody else has that issue but him and i always have to run my Jeep to the one on skibo and they never turn me away especially for something as dumb as that! I think Wal-Mart is good if your looking to get something at a reasonable price. I do most of my grocery shopping here because I think that their prices are better than most. The one thing that I like about it the most, is that I can buy other things that I may need as well other than groceries. Went through self-checkout. Had 12 pack of beer, was carded. Presented ID that showed over 21. Self checkout employee stated she needed to see my wife's ID. Brain Nick, director of media relations for Walmart stated only the Purchaser needs to present ID. Was not given a valid reason for why my wife had to present her ID (she left it at home,) was given no explanation and employee removed beer from my cart. I am over 21 and the only one buying alcohol. Dumb employee power Trip. Will not come back to this one. read more

Thought I would come here to get an oil change since it's close to home. One thing...I didn't know that it was going to take 2+ hours. I could've done it myself and it definitely would've been quicker than this. Everyone in the waiting area had been over 2 hours for minor auto work. read more

This is a "better then most" Walmart, atleast for this area. The newly built one a couple miles down the road in raeford is nicer and better, but this is far from the notorious "ghetto Walmart" on Skibo. I'm not looking over my shoulder in the parking lot here on my way to and from the car. read more

This tires services place is very ruled and nasty services. Been here to over 2 hours to get a tire fixed. The workers standing around talking and one customer gave James L money to put in his pocket. The worst place to go for car services. read more

I have definitely been to my share of poorly ran Walmarts and this one is right up there with the worst of them. The customer service, professionalism of employees, cleanliness, and cashier wait time is disdainful. Though this is slightly better than the other locations in this area, it's still a dirty, unorganized, has rude and bitter employees, unsanitary deli, poorly trained "customer service reps/managers", cluttered isles (stocking items, where the employees will not move for you to get something, & make it known you are in their way), rude & unable to understand operators, & worst of all their pharmacy. I had to report them for violation of HEPPA. I had numerous issues, but the final act of poor service was when they gave my sons prescription the customer who checked in before me. When I attempted to pick up the prescription they told me I had already received it. After several minutes of trying to handle the situation with the cashier I finally asked for the pharmacist, she refused to come from behind the counter and spoke to me allowing everyone standing near the pharmacy could hear what she was saying. At which time she said my son's date of birth and his full name numerous times, she screamed that I had already picked up the prescription even called me a liar. It took 20 minutes to get a manager to come over, who finally got her to come to the counter and had to tell her to lower voice. As she continued to speak to me as if I was trying to scam them, the customer who received the medicine came back to return it and to get his money back for the purchase. The manager went to assist him and the pharmacist took the medicine bottle (no paperwork), put it in a Walmart bag, tossed it to me, and said now are you happy. When I asked if they were going to check me out and run my insurance she continued to yell that it was taken care of and I had wasted too much of her time. Not one apology. It took 3 hours of calling and getting the run around and 2 days before I received an email saying they were going to look into the situation. Needless to say I transferred all of our prescriptions to an actual pharmacy. And as of June 2012 have not shopped at that Walmart. And only shop at the Raeford NC location if I absolutely have no other choice. read more

I have been going for a varity of small items and groceries for the last six months. I am very happy with the products and service.

I had a bad experience upon entering the Walmart. The first employee I encountered was the greeter. I was entering to return an item. I could see from the entrance that other people were returning items at the customer service section. Other customers were entering the store to return or exchange items as well. The man that was the greeter demanded that I tell him what I was returning, and why I was returning it. He demanded that I open my mouth to tell him as if to suggest it was he that determined whether I could return or exchange my item. That was creepy. The customer service employee didn't ask me those questions and wasn't rude. Why would the greeter need to know what the person that is refunding my money or exchanging my item doesn't need to know, or asks about in a more respectful manner? read more
