There are 2 fairway police cars sitting maybe 75 feet away from the handicapped parking spots And maybe they should start giving out tickets.So this doesn't happen where people with handicapped placards have to park other places read more

ADDENDUM: After BAWLING on the telephone with the store Agent AND BAWLING to the Supervisor, I was given a $15 "apology"---WITH THE PROVISION I CAN ONLY USE IT IF I PURCHASE $25 WORTH OF GROCERIES!! Oh, by the way, the refund is "NOT AVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN ITEMS". So THEY SCREWED ME OVER and to appease me, I will get a refund that I can ONLY USE if I spend MORE MONEY, and I can't use it for items THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR. Wow. That was last night. Woke up this morning hoping to get an e-mail saying THE GROCERIES I PAID FOR WOULD ARRIVE TODAY. Instead, the e-mail said they initiated a refund, adding, "YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS. IF YOU DON'T SEE IT, CONTACT YOUR BANK FOR HELP." HANDS WIPED CLEAN! So to summarize, THEY delivered my groceries to the wrong house, I explained I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO REORDER---nor do I have much food left---but not to worry. I'll EVENTUALLY get a refund. I guess I should be grateful... _________________ Ordered groceries. Tracker said my order would be delivered in 1 minute. After 5 minutes I checked the tracker and it showed my order was delivered---to the WRONG HOUSE! It took me 40 MINUTES to figure out how to reach an Agent for help since they didn't have a phone number listed on the app or website. The Agent said he would refund my order---it would just take a few days. I'M DOWN TO A FEW PACKAGES OF RAMEN but I'm supposed to WAIT FOR THE MONEY TO REACH MY BANK!? "You can reorder," he suggested "helpfully". I asked how can I reorder when I spent all the money I had on TODAY'S ORDER? So I asked to speak to a Supervisor. He said it would be pointless. After arguing for several minutes he finally transferred me to a Supervisor. And what do you know, he was right. Talking to the Supervisor WAS POINTLESS! We ended the call with a MAYBE I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER IN 48 HOURS!! MAYBE!!! So while I heat up my ramen, I have to wait for an e-mail to let me know what they decide to do to resolve this. Based on pictures of all deliveries on the website, the Supervisor said HE CAN SEE my groceries were delivered to the wrong address based on the fact my front door is a different color than the one the order was dropped off at. IF HE KNOWS I WAS WRONGED, WHY CAN'T HE RE-SHIP MY ORDER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!?!?!? SAFEWAY HAS ALWAYS WORKED WITH ME ON ISSUES LIKE THIS. This is the closest Walmart to me and it is still a 20 minute drive, but I find it clean, and semi-spacious. I wish the clothing areas were spread out just a little more. The gentleman that works in the fitting rooms is extremely kind, the workers throughout the store are very friendly as well. I do also wish they would get some of the newest clothing arrivals in this location that they have at other Walmarts to avoid having to buy online and it doesn't fit. The produce area is very clean and well organized. The checkout experience is good as well. read more

I was not a Walmart shopper for many years, but one day I needed a specific kind of olive for a recipe I was working on, and after a brief web search I discovered Walmart had it in stock. So I figured I'll just run in and get the jar of olives and be done, but no, I was amazed at how much the store had improved! I was blown away by how clean it now was, how well stocked it was and how nice everything was, including the restrooms, and the really nice folks that work there. Everyone was pretty happy too! It is now my go-to store, great prices, great selection of pretty much everything, and everything is well stocked. I am going tomorrow and I can't wait. read more

If I could give Walmart 0 stars, I would. it's clear that customer service is not their priority. The store is often understaffed, making it nearly impossible to get help when you need it. When you do find an employee, they usually seem overworked and uninterested--not surprising, given how Walmart treats its own staff. Checkout lines are ridiculously long, and instead of hiring more cashiers, Walmart continues to push self-checkouts while still having employees watch over them like a police force. If you need to return something, expect a frustrating process, whether it's long wait times, rude service, or arbitrary policies that seem designed to make customers give up. Prices might be low, but so is the level of care. Walmart operates like a machine--efficient at making money but completely detached from the people spending it. I recommend spending your money somewhere else like Kroger/Fred Meyer where they actually treat you like family. read more

Been here a few times when around this area and every single time, have a frustrating and stressful shopping experience! SO many bloody people, and every aisle I walk to browse around in, a couple of people or a group of them show up and hover over my shoulder to look at the same darn thing! I go to an empty aisle and try to get what I need and all of a sudden people follow me and want to get what I want! Happens every single time and they are at every corner! What are the chances?! And no Walmart employees to help out at different departments! Self-Check out lines only had a few open registers AND accepted credit card payments ONLY! Pretty disorganized in general and difficult to maneuver around with carts and stroller since there were many people everywhere! The Parking lot is always full, too! Have to park all the way in the back, at the end of the row, if you're lucky. read more

This is a good store that is clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the electric scooters are broken. This limits my ability to shop the entire store which is quite large. I can walk but not far. My favorite Walmart was a small store in federal way but it closed last year (crime?). Please support your local Walmart or yours will close too! read more

I bought tires and was told to keep my receipt as that is for the warranty. I got a hole in the side wall of my tire so I called Walmart tire and they said I have to look up the tire manufacturer Ave call their customer service. That's not what I was told when I bought them. I was told I could bring them in to the store and get a new tire if something happened. I bought 3 sets of tires and if I would have known this was the case I would have purchased some where else. I was looking to order a two-tier cake for my mother's (and her twin sister's) 80th birthday. I was, 1-surprised to learn that they actually could do it. 2-pleasantly surprised at the price (1/2 the price that most stand-alone bakeries were charging), and 3-EXTREMELY pleased with the final product. The cake was so moist, and the frosting wasn't overly sweet. I went to return an item to the store, along with two online orders. For the first return, I gave the receipt, and the customer service processed it. However, when I tried to return the second online order, the cashier told me I had to do it online. It was my first time doing an online return, so I asked for help, but she refused. I decided to approach another associate, and she showed me how to process the online return. When I returned to the customer service with the online return barcode, she only processed one item and insisted that I call a 1-800 number for the other item. I was confused because both items were the same, just different sizes, and I had purchased them in separate transactions. When I questioned this, she didn't provide a clear answer and moved on to the next customer. Frustrated, I approached a supervisor and explained the situation, showing him the barcode. While he tried to assist me, the she became upset and insisted that I should call the 1-800 number. Eventually, the supervisor was able to help me complete the return. read more

If you want groceries delivered your better off using a different store. They either deliver to the wrong house has happened to me twice, or they don't deliver at all. 3 times. The worst part is trying to get your money back. 5-10 business days. And they want you to return bags for a refund on them. Just tried to return an item here. On any other occasion either at this location or any other location I've had zero issues. Zero. I don't remember the name of the ladu helping me but she had to be in her 50s with a Spanish accent. When I told her I wanted to return an item but didn't have a receipt and as far as I know it was paid for with a gift card, she stated questioning me like I was being interrogated or lying or something and told me (with an attitude) to come back with the receipt and she can return it then. When do I need the receipt to return something? When? ? I have never once had an issue returning something nor have I been told to come back with the receipt. This lady is a joke, shouldn't be working in a job where they deal with customer service because she doesn't have the ability to treat customers properly. She needs to take a course on how to do her job correctly or perhaps find a new job, say a desk job behind a computer or somewhere out of sight of customers read more

It's Walmart ya'll. You come here for cheap prices to get anything under the sun when Amazon cannot get you what you need fast enough. It's a convenience store on steroids, and I'd say the community is lucky to have it. It's centrally located in Federal Way, super close to the freeway, so you can get in and get out quickly. I do my grocery shopping here every week. Produce is always stocked and the deli is pretty efficient. The aisles are always stocked especially during covid. I would suggest doing self check out because the regular lines are always packed. The store is decently clean I can't speak for the restrooms though. Something fishy going on at this store... Ordered something for pickup. A rare item that I was lucky to get before it sold out fast online. Get an email telling me my item is ready for pickup and then get another email saying your item has been picked up... Wtf?! I didn't get it. The store basically tells me sorry and offers me a refund. I don't want a refund I wanted my item. But since it is out of stock they couldn't help me. I'm betting an employee stole it. How else would someone be able to get my package without any of my info from their electronic pick up tower.. The employees don't care either. In Federal Way, Wa ON 3-8-2022: I drove about 45 minutes to get there. This place is a joke! I previously, ordered and paid for 6 cases of jars (to pick up), which they said they would hold for 4 days (it's in their writings). I get there and they have ONE left! ONE!!! I get there (finally), park in marked "Pick Up" parking; I call the number and it goes straight to Voicemail. I called Customer Service. She said she would try to find someone and put me on hold. THEN, she picks up a ringing phone, again.... I was still on hold, but it was me. Again, I was put on hold. 2nd woman picks up the phone and is telling me that they don't HAVE the printer paper I'm looking for. 3x I told her that she had the wrong customer. She wasn't listening. She told me I had to go to Home Depot to get the paper. NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! WRONG CUSTOMER! Her response, "I can't help you." Mine: "No kidding." I hung up and left. I will NEVER, EVER GO THERE AGAIN! That's a first and a last time for me! WORTHLESS AND INCOMPETENT! The woman sitting the exit checking receipts waves females right on through without ever checking receipts but she feels the need to stop by every male and wants to see receipts! This appears to be super sexist and illegal. Men are not automatically thieves or suspicious by the very nature of being, and looking like a male. Not many people like Walmart. They tend to compare her to her "trendy" sister, Target. Walmart has never been as clean, pretty, glamorized, up to date and popular as Target. But she's a cheap(er) date, and that's what attracts so many people... The people of Walmart. I sometimes come here for things that I'm not picky about, like things that I wipe my @$$ with. (I.e. toilet paper.) They carry the same major brands at a lower price. (Why pay $11.99 when you can pay $11.97!?) I tend to stay away from their food products. Their produce is not refrigerated and most of the boxed/bagged food items are dusty. Probably signifies that things don't get rotated or sold often enough. I prefer fresher food. My biggest complaint- the xfinity salesmen! So irritating! They are always there to pry into your business and harass shoppers. One time it was "that time of the month" and I resorted to Walmart for the necessities,- Maxi pads and dark chocolate. I wanted so bad to rip the xfinity guy's head off when he stopped me on my menstrual mission to interrogate me about what cable I had and if I heard about his wonderful Internet special... Lose the solisitors, Walmart. It's worse than when Target employees try to force a "redcard" down your throat. Ps... The lady stocking the feminine hygiene isle was cranky!!!
