The service at this location was great. They have good selection of products. I believe that I got a good value for my money today. All though it would be a better value if I didn't bought them.

This Kohl's location just opened up this week and the store looks great! Really clean, organized and well lit! The staff is super friendly and helpful too! The layout of the store is fairly nice as well! They have price check machines conveniently located throughout the perimeter of the store. They have a fairly decent makeup and perfume/cologne section to the right of the entrance; where you can try and smell the different products. While here today, I noticed they are still working on placing fixtures on the ceilings like track lighting. I think as far as prices go it's what you would expect. They already have some sale items on the racks, but nothing too significant that you would have to rush out for and think you'll miss. Some products I think have price tags poorly placed on the items. Like in housewares for the heavier items, you have to lift it up to find the price. Pro: Hallmark is closing in the mall and inside this Kohl's is a mini Hallmark section of cards near the toys section. Nice well lit, spacious fitting rooms. Con: They are still working out the logistics of where to put some of the electronic price tags. For example in the housewares section they have some of the new electronic price tags placed too low so if say your a tall person you would have a hard time seeing the price for some items. Some of the electronic price tags don't state the price at all. Overall it's a brand new store so it's no surprise they are still working out a few things before their official GRAND OPENING this weekend, March 7-8!! They are having a $500 shopping spree giveaway, designer prize drawing and FREE makeovers!

I ended up purchasing a tuxedo jacket for my suit given that they did not have the jacket I wanted in stock, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I plan on purchasing the suit jacket I originally wanted from this location in the future once I save up enough money for it. The polite and respectful gentleman that helped me with my purchase was David if I remember rightly. What I liked most about David was that he was very patient with me and made extra sure to pick out exactly what I wanted. Specifically, I remember someone (whom I think was the manager) questioning whether or not the Pronto Uomo suit I wanted was the one I actually wanted. David responded by saying something along the lines of "no, he specifically asked for a Pronto Uomo suit." I was also unsure about the length of pants and fit for the suit, but David gave me some helpful suggestions. This was only my second time ever stepping into a Men's Warehouse location and I was very nervous about how my experience would go. David did a very nice job of making my experience one that is enough for me to write a 5-star review.

We just finished hockey and wanted to hit up some local thrift, vintage, shops. So when we arrived, they were closed. We walked to a nearby thrift store then came back. We were immediately intrigued by the stores ambiance. It was set up really cute, total vintage, and clean. Many things caught our eyes, and we scattered all giddy, but the elder behind the counter kept staring at us, NONE STOP. Like we were stealing from her. Which made it awkward. So we didn't stay long. Then she got very flustered, that I wanted to pay 1/2 cash, 1/2 card. I stood there quietly. To the point I was like, just keep the clothes. It's ok, but we really liked what we were buying. Many things are over priced, as many "vintage" stores are. (Ex. A "very" used pair of Converse Chucks were $45). You gotta really shop for the diamond in the rough, but it's absolutely worth it. They had a nice selection of attire, we would've purchased more. However, not finding much clothing under $40, and I was shopping with two teenagers. It was a tad outta our price range.

It'd be tough to improve on anything at Pure. There are people who get in the business of hawking vintage stuff because it's trendy or a quick buck, and then there are people who know the business deeply because they love it. Jordan is firmly in the latter camp; her little shop on "I" St. (across from Tacoma Little Theatre) was her family shop for ages, and the newer, more expansive one (attached to Kings Books) allows plenty of room to roam. (It also feels really clean, unlike some vintage stores I've browsed.) With different stuff in the store vs. at the year-round weekly market vs. in the Etsy shop, you can have a whole lot of fun browsing here. And when you find the winners for you, it won't break the bank to hug them all up (Tiny Toons/Elmira-style) and bring them home with you. Enjoy!

I brought Gabriel a designer suit that still didn't feel right after store alterations. He was pretty honest--said the best it could become was a 7/10--and then went to work. He adjusted the shoulders, chest, sleeves, lapels, which required him to move every single button. It was literally a completely different suit. And for the first time, it actually fit the way it should. Since then, I've gone back for five custom suits, multiple shirts, and my favorite, an overcoat (which I'd avoided for years because of off-the-rack fit issues). Every item has come out perfectly tailored. If fit has always been a compromise for you, it's worth seeing what Gabriel can do. Adding some photos, but I'm not a fashion/textiles photographer. It's harder than it looks.

I should have read more into the negative ones before using him. A suit to me is an investment and it's really important that tailors take their job professionally. I came in to The Bespoke Clothier after doing some research as I needed a suit altered for an upcoming wedding. I had 2 weeks before the event which I felt was plenty of time for the job. I made an appointment with Gabriel for a consultation to look at the suit and discuss timing and needs for alterations. No real dressing room, just a closet that you can change in. He looked at my suit and made recommendations for the sleeves to be taken in and shortened and pants let out a bit on the waist. I also asked about adding surgeons cuffs with functional buttons. Gabriel mentioned that it's really easy and they do that all the time but they charge per button. Understandable I said and agreed to the pricing. This was Tuesday and was told that the alterations would be complete by Friday. A busy Friday for me meant a pickup on Saturday which would have been perfect as their posted hours on their website says: Saturday 9am-5pm. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the suit, the lights were out, door locked and a note posted saying "Flexible Hours" this week and to text a number. I texted the number which replied that they would check with Gabriel on timing and they would communicate back to me a time for pickup. No response through Monday evening and by Tuesday at noon, I was getting a little concerned about lack of communication and timing. I decided to call on Tuesday afternoon and Gabriel picked up and told me the suit will be ready by 3pm that day. I arrived at the shop at 3:30pm with the pants ready and the jacket looking disheveled and unfinished with the buttons popped off one of the sleeves and arms way too long. He said he thought I needed the sleeves lengthened and he marked it incorrectly. He said this is an easy and quick job for the jacket and it will be ready tonight. I decided to give him more time to do a good job and said let me pick up tomorrow afternoon. The next afternoon comes and the jacket looked fine but I noticed that the buttons were not functional. He said he didn't take the correct notes and thought I didn't want that even though I was charged extra per button. Again was told that it was an easy job as he does this "all the time" and he would be the one personally making the functioning buttons. Again was told he could do it tonight and I again gave him extra time to do a nice, clean job. The suit was ready with functioning surgeons cuffs but the workmanship was really poor. Also one of the buttons for the interior pocket was missing. The cut and sewing lines were really sloppy looking and the thread for the buttons were not sewing inside the lining, leaving the button thread visible on the cup to lining. I'm not sure if Gabriel just over promises and has to rush through everything but i think he knows better. Overall a stressful situation being almost a week overdue, multiple mistakes and a seemingly rush job to finish. At the initial meeting, Gabriel was also trying to sell me a custom suit which I was seriously considering at the time. Unfortunately this soured my experience and mindset that he would be capable of making a full bespoke suit.
