Most of the staff at Elden's are pretty helpful. I always say if you work in a customer relations service and you don't like your job, perhaps you should find a different one where you don't have to work with people.

Apparently not. When I asked the checker to do that, he said that there is another grocery store in town that does that. Then, he (Ivan) started doing the next person's groceries and sending them down the line and they got mixed up with my bags. Eventually got them sorted, no thanks to Ivan. So I called the store to file a complaint and after telling the story to a person who didn't get it, I asked for a manager and eventually got to the manager on duty...., Ivan (yes, the same guy that did the terrible job at checking my groceries out). We talked about this for a bit and he basically argued with me and NEVER once apologized for even the possibility of a misunderstanding or that they/he did anything wrong.
