Had an apt tonight for 4 new tires. TLE staff got hit with 5-6 cars on the same apt time. Chaos at first then it got handled. TLE Manager took the extra wait time we had and refunded 20$ off our order. I have had several issues in the past here with TLE but today it was made right! The younger brown haired Manager is the reason I will be going back for future services! It was awesome to see three employees jump into helping to wrap up the work done with my ride. All the opinions pro or con, angst, documentaries and politics aside- this location had what I was looking for and that's all I cared about when patronizing this location. They just turned this location into a Super Wal- Mart center. This place is ridiculously large, really overpowering when lit with the new lighting. I barely even recognize it from the old store it used to be. Never been a fan of Wal- Marts layout in general. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason as to how they pair and layout the aisles, but this location seems to make a little more sense. The new giant has everything: bakery, produce, deli all the things you would expect from a giant retailer. Convenience is a plus and right now I can't think of anything they don't carry. I do wish they would consider getting some different bags. All those little plastic bags are such a huge waste to put one or two things in. I don't like having to carry 30 bags out with me. I suppose I could always bring my own. read more

The Walmart corporation needs to fire the manager of this Walmart. It is absolutely pathetic how many times you go to the store, only to find the shelves empty. No eggs; no milk; limited cheese selection; no frozen potato products; no bread; only a few varieties of soup; no toilet paper; no Doritos; and the list goes on! Then, after the frustration of dealing with the poor stock, you get to the checkout, only to find there is ONE or NO cashier, and only the small checkouts open when you have a large cart of groceries to put through! This is unacceptable. I can go down the road to Cub Foods or to Bruce's Foods in Wyoming and their shelves are NEVER empty, so quit with the excuses (Covid, product shortage etc)! I purchased the walmart+ so that I could get grocery delivery. We only have 1 car and my husband uses it for work because I WFH now due to COVID. I started using walmart+ to get grocery delivery because of the transportation issue. I have not received the last 3 grocery orders. No text, no call. They just don't show. I place the order days in advance and schedule the delivery during the day because a walmart employee gave me a tip and said drivers don't like to take evening deliveries. So I thought making delivery from 11-12 would solve the issue. But, here I am today. Again waiting for delivery. There isn't a direct phone number or even an email to call to talk to anyone. I give up. I will be canceling this service. If they ever get their act together I may try again, but this was such a disappointment. And really a waste of a $12.95 monthly fee I've been paying. read more

Walmart is false advertising 2nd day delivery. Delivery is not available for everybody, and you don't find out until you check out. They also refuse to correct it and or accommodate. Very disappointing... It is false advertising. read more

My one-star rating for this Forest Lake Walmart isn't for your typical "Walmart" reasons that everyone loves to spew. (low wages, made in china, etc etc.) I had my car in for an oil change and to fix my flat tire, because they're the cheapest in town. Shopped around while I waited, checked the status on the price checker, paid, and picked up my car when it was finished. The oil change was fine and I'm sure they did a passable job. But a day later, my car started clicking, and after very few miles of driving, my front left wheel (the same flat tire they had fixed) FELL OFF while driving. It's a good thing I was going no more than 10 MPH at the time otherwise I'm sure I would have been in the hospital. Turns out they only put in 2 of the 5 lug nuts when placing my wheel back onto the car. And when only 2 are doing the job of 5 failure is imminent. I couldn't even believe how incompetent the workers were. I know nothing about cars, yet know that you need to put the damn nuts on a wheel to make it stay on. To make things worse, insurance totaled my car. So, because of some dillweed from Walmart, I had a totaled car! Luckily we persuaded our insurance to fix the car and they were going to pursue Walmart for the damages, so I didn't have to deal with that. I shopped at Walmart often, but I'm glad to say I haven't been back since this event! read more

I go to many different Walmarts. Only the one in Forest Lake seems to thrive on the trailer trash of the city's citizens. They have to step up and insist their customers wear face masks. not half-assed over the mouth either. it's the only place i have gone that the customers/citizens don't care and the store makes no effort to enforce. no cart cleaning. employees standing right next to me constantly. i've gone to 2 wakes. i hope the next ones i go to are forest lake residents. the staff are no better. a face shield isn't a mask, moron. employees and customers, please don't get vaccinated. more for my friends and relatives. read more

Social distancing is NOT herding people in and out in one location. Spread it out! Low on staff? Maybe they are sick from wearing a mask all day. I didn't say sick of, people are getting sick from wearing a mask. I have never seen the parking lot so empty. People leave when told they have to wear a mask and go to Target. I used to enjoy shopping but now it is get in and out so I can breath again. No extra purchasing. No kids asking mom for this or that. This Walmart store has been the only store ever to give me shit for trying to use my veteran stays as a charity case and actually talk about me almost in front of my face and say how if I didn't have the money to buy a particular product in the first place then I shouldn't have gotten it to begin with. All because I asked for an exception to their policy and that they return an fm radio transmitter when I had the receipt and the inside of the box but I lost the. Or less then 24 hours after buying it. I hydro go to the store manager to complain about the employees and ask him for the exception,which he finally gave me. Hell it's not like they are hurting for money and gonna go out of business if they return a $40 item without the box it with the receipt. read more

I tried the new grocery pickup that they are now offering...HUGE MISTAKE! First I waited for over 30 minutes to get the groceries they load them all up which was nice. Get home unpack and realize I am missing a lot of my order over $100 to be exact!! I call the number they provide and the rudest guy answers and has me name off everything I didn't get, which takes 45 minutes and every time he asks for the next item he has an attitude about it, like really I'm sorry this is not my fault, and it is your job to help costumers so stop giving me your "I'm so annoyed attitude!" So after all of this he says well I'm going to have to go talk to the manager because we can't reimburse anything over $30! Seriously you say this now and great costumer service would of been "I am so sorry for this inconvenience, we will get these items and have them all ready for you, when would you be able to pick up?" But no he reimbursed all the items and then said the money won't be in my account for 3-4 days, so I am out over $100 and don't have all of my groceries that I needed and can't go purchase them until I have my money. Never once did he say I'm sorry for this inconvenience, he was just rude and wanted me off the phone. I called headquarters and told them of my experience so they could have a heads up on the situation and can fix their issues before they have more upset customers, I also told them I purchased an almond milk and it was already opened, they apologized and said they would get back to me about what has happened. Yeah still waiting for that call. Just a heads up it sounds amazing to order all your groceries online and drive there sit in your car and have them load you up.. well I guess if you have 30 mins to sit and wait and don't need all of your groceries and just want to throw $100 out the window and spend hours on the phone trying to get it figured out, this is your cup of tea. If your like me just realize it's not that convenient and just do your own grocery shopping. read more

sitting on the side of a highway for 2hrs now with a flat had my bf bring my flat to Wal-Mart hoping they could throw a new one on like 10 mins is all it takes and he told them our vehicle is stranded on the highway with me and my children hoping they could make A small exception and just put the tire on the rim but no he has to wait for all these oil changes and whatever else smh people have no empathy or consideration for people any more it's kind of sad like 4 people working back their I heard and they can't get a simple tire put on the rim. people have compassion and use good judgment I no for a fact I would have immediately helped someone stranded with kids. read more
