Gets the job done when it comes to getting basic needs but wish had tap to pay and the employees could be nicer.

Walmart to the rescue! Checked in to a close by hotel. They don't have a shower bench?! Walmart does. Of course they do. People. I needed to get groceries for the next few days also. As usual Walmart has everything -- one stop shopping. Store was clean. Could find most everything. B U T -- here I am -- geriatric person with a rollator, three bags of grocery items on the rollator and two gallons of unbagged milk and a shower bench box. And they want to see a RECEIPT on the way out the door?! Seriously??? How offensive. Shame on you, Walmart. I was so pleased with you having everything I needed. EDIT : Ok, so I purchased a reduced plastic container of fruit. Needs to be eaten quickly. Of course. Get it to the hotel room refrigerator promptly. Finish some work, get cleaned up. Time to eat the fruit. Wait .... brown slimy area. Ok. One piece of bad fruit. Out with it. Check the rest. Looks fine. Get the next cantalope piece in my mouth ..... oh no. It is bad. Try a strawberry ...... taste is off, too. At this point it is not worth risking any more. I need to show up to work tomorrow. Do better, Walmart.. read more

I had a disappointing experience at Walmart. The employees I interacted with were not very friendly or helpful, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the customer service could definitely be improved. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and works on creating a more welcoming experience for customers. read more

Worst customer service in the country and most employees are overpaid simpletons. The produce dept is filthy, the employees are mostly rude and non interactive and the head cheese makes excuses for them because he has no front of the house experience and sits in the back office pencil pushing. read more

Customer service desk is more concerned with daily duties as opposed to customers. Store is poorly stocked and usually in disstay.

We only go to Walmart due to convenience and lack of choice in the other nearby stores. Asking someone for assistance there and you find you're more familiar with the products than them. Im disabled and it's a real convenience to use the Walmart delivery, when they actually deliver that is. This is the 4th time that my delivery didn't make it. And evey time I wait hours and hours to find out I should have cancelled in the first place. It seems Walmart is convenient only when they want to be. read more

Gabe in Electronics is great. He knew what we needed, where it was and how to run it. He was helpful, patient and smart. He helped my sister pick out a new laptop. He helped us with new TV accessories and a phone. Walmart is lucky to have such educated help. We will always ask for Gabe. This store is super unorganized. Walking through the isles, misc things were scattered all over the floor, and it seems like non of the employees seemed to care. The layout is a little strange and took me a while to find what I was looking for because there was no one to help me. When we went to check out, the cashier was super friendly (the only reason I gave this 3 stars) but the manager on duty was very rude to us. We tried to buy something that didn't have a barcode and although the price was on it, the manager said that there was no way to purchase it. Okay we will buy it elsewhere.. read more

This store has plummeted in quality. Almost never able to find employees outside of clothing and electronics areas. And the front of the store is a joke... Only one employee actually running an isle for checkout and that's because its the alcohol and tobacco isle. All self checkouts were card only and in order to pay you had to scan all items yourself then have the employee that is there for assistance ring you out take you to his station to re ring the sale up and pay cash that way, but as soon as one person goes to pay for the items they scanned for themselves, and a line develops at his station full of people that have not rang there things up at all. Which leads to those of us that had rang our own items up as directed to just sit there with absolutely no assistance while this employee checked out customers that had lined up at his station. Our items were left in cart at front of store and we walked out. If you are going here do yourself a favor start shopping at the front of the store and end at the back to checkout in electronics with an actual employee. read more

My mom bought me a PlayStation 4 controller. First of all it came with no screws in the back. Second the controller doesn't even work. Would rate 1 out of 10 thanks Walmart read more

Just a general place to shop, often times stock is out, hard to find employees when you actually need something.

This is the worst walmart I've ever shopped at. It's dirty and unorganized. They don't put out new merchandise, just kind of throw things in a pile on the bottom shelves. The pharmacy is a joke. You wait and wait and wait. Pharmacy techs there are rude. The employees are rude, loud and obnoxious or incompetent. They are all sloppily dressed. The bathrooms are filthy. Even the lady always working in the eye center is totally rude. read more
