Wal-Mart Ft Myers Beach 5-30-25 Stopped by here for a few items. We always loved going to this Wal-Mart as it has the most beach and fishing items in this area. Store is laid out nicely and its very clean and safe. Love all three isles of fishing items to choose from. If you want beach items go here, they have a couple isles of them. We shop here frequently and are usually happy with our purchases. Today I thought I would splurge and bought an angus ribeye steak for dinner. It was so tough we couldn't even chew it. No refrigerated food available today, including any deli meats. Several freezers also empty. Dairy seems to be ok. No meat whatsoever. Apparently they lost power and the backup generator failed. read more

My experience at Walmart today at the San Carlos boulevard location was horrible. We came in just before the store closed trying to purchase a few gift cards and some dog food some dog treats for gas money and to prepare for my girlfriend's grandmas funeral and ended up getting harassed by one of the managers who was upset that we were there and it was almost 11:30 but the way she spoke to us was unacceptable and we may be finally charges for harassment. read more

Just left this Walmart. Kathy the cashier was putting 3 items per bag. When I asked her if she could please fill them up, she responnded with, "They will be too heavy" I told her that they wouldn't be too heavy for me, I am more than capable of carrying the weight. When she still only put 3 items. I starting pulling them out to make the bags heavy. When I emptied one bag and put it back on the hooks, she grabbed it and threw it in the trash can. I am not happy with her aggressive attitude. I only wanted to save the environment by using less plastic. I'm here visiting, I normally have my own bags. Id rather not bring home 8 plastic bags for only a few items. Please, if a customer is asking for less plastic, please do so read more

14821 6 Mile Cypress Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33912 I bought 2 tires from their online page as they don't stock 90% of what they advertise even though they advertise it is available. Try it some time. At 3:00PM I called to make an appointment for installation and the guy said I did not need an appointment if I could come today by 6:00 as they close at 7:00 and it is a slow day. I left work early and arrived about 5:00PM. The guy remembered me and said he saw sorry, but he let people go home early as it was slow and that there was nobody available. After back and forth he then changed his story and told me they were so busy that had not yet had lunch and the guys were sick, so they went home. WHAT??? I made an appointment the for the next day and I arrived early and now they tell me that they can't rotate my front tires to the back because they are worn. THAT"S WHY I WANT THEM ON THE BACK!!!! I will be buying two more tires next month to replace those when I get the money. After more back and forth, I told them to just mount the new tires on the back. I will be buying two tires next month but NOT from Walmart! read more

Horrible experience in trying to use the restroom I have medical issues and they had the restrooms in the front of the store closed for over an hour and still closed upon checking out and when I asked to use it I was yelled at by Jeff the cashier. David the customer service supervisor didn't do anything to amend the situation just said they're cleaning. I promptly returned my items out of principle. I was so exhausted from shopping with my medical issues so for me to return everything is a big deal. I refuse to be disrespected. read more

New Walmart on the way to the beach. Great to alleviate last minute trips to the other beach stores, Walmart! I heard that this particular store is one of the smaller stores in the new 3 Supercenters that have been built. Couldn't tell from the inside, however, it seemed to be lacking a snack depot (fast food chain). If there was one, it wasn't noticeable. So get your munchies on at the Six Mile Cypress location. For the store being relatively new, the deals seemed normal Wally World pricing. Not too many Walmartians trolling the aisles on a cloudy and rainy Saturday, but the place is still new and time will change that. The place is surprisingly closer to where I live, than the Six Mile store, so this may become the frequent tripping. read more

New, Clean and organized store... but this is not the reason I write this review. I had gone to this store for a sale priced TV ($118) and when I got there I was informed by the employee in the electronics department the particular TV I wanted had to purchase online so I had to spend about $20 more for a different TV. Because my Aunt needed at TV we selected a pricier one and went to the cashier in the front of the store. Cashier "Maria" overheard me apologizing to my Aunt about the price and she suggested that I speak to a Manager. "Heather" walked over and without hassle once she learned we misunderstood the website, she lowered the TV price to match the $118! This Walmart's claim to fame is that it is the closest to our hotel in Ft Myers beach. Most of the store is the typical Walmart, but I was upset at seeing blood in one of the meat cases (it had a rotten meat smell). I hope they clean up their act. read more

Of all the Walmarts I've been to, this is one of the cleanest and friendliest. The electronics associate was very prompt when helping us as soon as he finished up with helping someone else. Great location for going to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. Fast courteous service. Not as large as the one on Route 41 but large enough for the area. It's a superstore and has a liquor store attached. read more

Worst pharmacy!! Dropped off prescription at 3:45, they were busy she said it'd be an hour, so I said I'd come back in an hour or two. I came back 3 hours later two pharmacy workers with no one in line. I went up and asked for my prescription, we don't have one for you! I said you should have two, I dropped one off and the drs sent one over. A few mins later oh we found it have a seat it'll take a few minutes! An hour later oh we can only fill 7 days worth of this per Walmart policy! Ok that's fine..... just can I go I'm sick and not wanting to sit here which is why I dropped it off! Just after 8 I was out the door! Waited over an hour after arriving to pick up the prescription I dropped off 3 hours earlier! read more

just got back from walmart awful review of unfriendly customer service. attempted to my returns from pandemic. the items are to old says rep 1 and so now approx 150$ coming back to me. mananger of cashiers comes up same thing. i explained 3 of these tops i wore once and were damaged can u refund those nope. mind u i am wearing 1 of the same tanks and i pointed out how this 1 is fine, store manager same thing but decides he can refund only the tanks. fine with that i gave him reciept and he sad sorry no. i am upset that i get my money but you need to be nicer....each and everyone escalated there voice and or spoke in a different language to each other. they would ask me a question and just look away and start a conversation in front me. the manager said sorry i wish i could help u. well i know if u bitch long enough u get yr way. so when the manager said i wish i could help u. pro corporate or pro customer u choose. so as i was heading in to drop another 200$ i left. i am aware lil ole me doesn't matter to them but i want to spend my money somewhere where they dont talk to customers like that. bye bye walmart. read more

This is a newer walmart. I appreciate that they have the junior size shopping carts as I hate having to push those larger bulky ones around. The store is very clean. Sometimes the grocery part does not have the things I want or need but I prefer to shop here over the publix as the food is just as good and saves me money. Hands down the cleanest and friendliest Walmart I've been in. I wish this manager would move to Port Saint Lucie and straighten these slackers out! Floors were like a mirror and not 1 cart floating around in the parking lot. Best of all the employees were dressed in a neat manner and were very polite! Means an awful lot these days! read more
