It was like 5: 50am and Walmart was not open? I found out, it is no longer 24 hours. It opens at 6:00 a.m.. #mployees get there right on time. They all enter at one entrance. One employee didn't park his car far away. He parked it up front. I don't think that's right. I think you should let the Customers have Parking Spots close by. There was an unfriendly Greeter who was on her phone when I walked in. The store was nice and clean. Their Easter merch was displayed. They have a variety of Women's Clothes, a Children's Clothes as well, an assortment of Ice Creams, and sale displays as well. I got what I needed, at the price I wanted to pay. I am so thankful to get what I need, even when the economy has been such a roller coaster. The Walmart associates were stalking the items and making sure they were displayed neatly with the label facing forward. Don't recall ever having been to this location. Since I was in the area on other business, I figured it was time to give it a try. I was looking for a replacement bicycle tire and quickly found the appropriate department. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for but was glad to see my options. Overall, the store was exceptionally clean and well organized. The staff seemed friendly enough, even though I didn't have much interaction with any of them. The only negative to the visit was the wonky parking lot. Maybe I'm simply not accustomed to this location. Give this place a try. You might like it. read more

They called on their walkies to find a cart but thought I meant battery operated cart...they didn't have those either. The store was just dirty, back to school supplies just thrown on pallets near the front of the registers and it had a gross, old feel to it. Seems this is the one location that hasn't been redone..EVER. I'd rather the Hulen location. My food was supposed to arrive between 7-9 a.m. from the Walmart on McCart which I use twice a week. But the driver didn't speak English so he cancelled my order. They reset it for 12-2 but the driver never shopped and a driver had not been assigned. I don't have anything in the house and am diabetic. After going back and forth with Walmart chat and being told I may or may not get my food today and it might be tomorrow I started an order with Instacart and then cancelled my Walmart order because I have to have food and I'm starving. Now I have to wait under 40 mins.-1 hour for Instacart to deliver. The Walmart rep gave me a $10 promo code for $10 off but you have to order at least $15 worth of stuff and I would've had to start an extra order and had already put in the Instacart order. I cancelled all the items from Walmart but they said it was too late to cancel the salmon so I have to wait on the salmon for them to deliver it today. Please hire people who are delivering food that speak English! I've had several that don't and I can't get my food. read more

I live not even 5 mins away from this Walmart so I go to it often, here's the pros and cons- Pros- Very nice employees, one of the only Walmart's I've ever been to to have employees who actually seem to like their job. Convenient location- it's down the street from my house and in a shopping center Eye doctor- this location has a very nice eye doctor, took my daughter to him and he was real chill Cons- Overcrowded, this store has narrow aisles and stocking equipment throughout at all times. Narrow selection- this Walmart just doesn't have a wide selection like other Walmart's I've been to Overall there's better Walmarts nearby but since this one is a 5 min drive or 10-15 min walk then this one will do read more

I visited the store a week ago. I went to self check out to pay for my items. The machine I used did not let me know I could not use cash there. When I asked an employee (Roca), she sucked her teeth and rudely told me to use another machine. I went in today, and the same thing happened with the machine. Once again, Roca was extremely rude. I observed her being rude with other customers as well. I also observed that when her friends showed up, she was all smiles and laughing. She also scanned her employee card before they started scanning. Very fishy. read more

This place is ridiculous! Only lanes open are self checkout and a very few regular checkout lanes. NONE and I mean NONE of the Express lanes are open. I ordered groceries online and received orders with few problems after buying a membership, UNTIL two months ago. That's when Walmart started hijacking my money and putting an eternal delay on my delivery, which means my money AND groceries were held in limbo. A little over a month ago, I ordered groceries (over $600) for a pick up. When I arrived at the store the 'computers were down' and my groceries could not be brought out. No notice before arriving, only the standard your groceries are ready. The man suggested I either wait til the next day or cancel. Well, if computers are down, not many people will be picking up groceries, so where will all the refrigerated items be stored? I decided to cancel. They held up my money for three days. I was hesitant about doing another grocery order, but a week ago, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Needed groceries, wouldn't have a vehicle until late that evening to do my own shopping, so decided to have groceries delivered with a generous tip. My groceries never came at 11 am. Just an email stating delayed. Then an email saying the groceries are on their way. They never came. I called customer service, they called store, will be at the house in 20 minutes. Never came. I called back an hour later, CS called store and was told within the hour, never came. All day I waited, NO groceries. All day I called, different excuse each time. The next day I looked online, and now it says delayed. Today, eight days later, it still says delayed even though I had to cancel. I still do NOT have my money back on my card. I called card company, and there is nothing they can do until charge no longer pending? I will never go through this again. Not worth the hassle. Walmart has quite the racket going. read more

This is not a traditional super center but they do have a decent garden center. Great customer service and a nicely stocked liquor section. I had the worst experience I have ever had at a store the other night. As I walked up to the cashier to get in her line she starts bitching under her voice but loud enough for me to hear saying "customers better realize that her lines closed and pay attention my lights off" and just going on. I said I'm sorry I didn't realize that your line was closed and she said well it is. I went to the next line and said to her instead of getting all lippy all she had to do is say she was closed. She immidiately started an argument saying lippy I ain't got lippy you ain't seen lippy. Then to spite me she takes the next few black customers and rings them up instead of me. Lousy customer service. I went to pickup something i ordered online. I warn you please dont do in store pickup if you ordered online. You will regret it. We waited for more than 2 hours for them to bring us a tablet from the back room. You might ask why so long. Well the employees had to take 2 trips to the back because the first time, they forgot our package. And each time they went to the back, they took forever. There was alot of irritated people waiting there as well. Another huge issue with this Walmart is that they only open like 6 cash registers when theres like 70 people waiting to pay for their things. So you can imagine how annoying it is to buy groceries here. But lately I've noticed that this has improved. I also dont care for the card machines that pretty much shut down while your trying to buy something and it'll take 5 minutes for it to turn on. read more

Never enough checkers, ever!. I can shop for my goods faster than they check me out. There can be up to 5-6 people in each line and they don't seem to care. Not enough people to check you out. Every once in a while, there is a bright star who will smile, ask how you are and actually treat you like a human being, but most of the cashiers couldn't care less about who you are let alone treat you with respect. Bad day or not, you should never treat a human being the way they do. I feel like smacking them when they do that, but I rise above, leave and vow to never come back. Pharmacy cashier was just as bad, she acted like I was an inconvenience because I needed a prescription. ridiculous. They need training on how to behave in this WM. Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I was hesitant to have my site to store order delivered to this location, because I had heard horror stories from family and friends of their deplorable customer service; but since I had some place else to be in the vicinity, I gave it a shot. HUGE mistake!! I approached the customer service desk to pick up my order, with only one other frustrated customer standing to the side; the associate with red hair NEVER acknowledged my presence and continued to fumble around with her register for several minutes before calling her Assitant Manager, who arrived, and also NEVER acknowledged my presence [a simple "I apologize for the delay and I'll be right with you ma'am" would have been the appropriate response!!]; By this time another gentleman is behind me getting increasingly frustrated as well. We all had the chance to get to know one another since myself and the other gentleman waited close to an hour for service and the original customer states he had been there almost an hour prior to our arrival! Apparently they couldn't locate part of his order (a gift for his 3 yr old daughter). Once the first customer was taken care of (after a couple of hours) by the Assistant Manager telling him they would just look again tomorrow for the second part of his order, once some other person who knows the back better comes to work, it was my turn. This is when the red hair girl finally looks at me (first time I'm acknowledged, and it's been close to an hour) and says "I'm getting somebody else up here because I'm leaving"...REALLY??...At this point I simply noted her name, the Assistant Manager's name, who was also just as incompetent, and inquired of their Store Manager's name. She said the Store Manager wasn't there and was on vacation. I still wanted his name. After a few minutes another man nonchalantly comes up (red hair then walks off stating "I'm going to lunch!") and he asks me for my order# without looking at me (no opening greeting or anything). I wass so done by this time, said a quick prayer under my breath and kept my cool. I spoke with several other customers while there that had the same complaint over this location and hated they chose to drop in as well; all suggested the Walmart on Hulen, instead. I will say, however, that there were several associates that would walk throught and ask if we had been helped; sympathized and apologized for the behavior of the 2 that we dealt with and even gave me the phone number to log a complaint. Oh and did I mention the unprofessional announcements that kept going over the loud speaker, for example:"Electronics answer your phone!!".....It was so shocking, I honestly was waiting for John Quiones to pop out and say "What would you do??"!! Always dirty, never stocked, never have enough checkers. No one ever knows where anything is. People always blaring music just hanging out in the parking lot. I'm actually too scared to come here at night. Just used the pharmacy for the first time since don't have insurance anymore and I would rather have paid the extra $20 at walgreens than deal with this customer service. I was told it would ready by 4. So I waited. Went through the 20 minute line to be told no not ready and they would let me know that it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Waited for 40 more minutes and still no one called me. So I waited through the long line yet again to be told not ready and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. If I knew it was goi f to take 3 hours I wouldn't have waited in the first place. They know I was there waiting. Why not move ahead of those who weren't waiting.
