My review is for Walmart online delivery. I was craving homemade pho and Vietnamese coffee, and since both are easy to make with the right ingredients, I decided to look online rather than make a trip to the store. I came across two products that have become staples for me: Harvest 2000 Vietnamese Pho Broth Base Mix and Too Strong Vietnamese Robusta Ground Coffee Dark Roast. The pho turned out every bit as good, if not better than what I've had at many restaurants. The coffee was also impressively authentic and tasted very similar to what you'd get at a coffee café. All I had to do was add condensed milk, and it was perfect. I only wish Walmart carried both products in-store, but until then, I'm happy to take advantage of the fast and convenient one day home delivery. read more

I would give it a zero if I could. Worst Walmart I've ever been in, in 8 states!!! I have a handicapped daughter who just moved to that area. I send her food because she can't shop for herself. I've had 2 orders canceled for no reason, one delivered to the wrong address, and another that I paid extra to get there in 3 hours or less never delivered. All in the last two weeks! I went into that store once. I'll never go back. The employees were unbelievably rude. It is a store that presents itself as tho you're are bothering them to be there. They are out of half the stock. The ppl who work there stand there talking about nothing, while you stand there waiting, then they rudely ask what you want. Not "how can I help you" or " what can I do for you" but " what you want". Wow!! Walmart as a whole is an awful organization that cares nothing about their customers. In January my online Walmart account was hacked, unauthorized orders were placed up to over $1000. No other retailer or anywhere else I shop was touched. I spent 10 hours on the phone trying to get back the Walmart gift card the thieves stole, and trying to get them to refund the orders. They never did. All my banks and credit cards gave back the funds. Only Walmart did not. They kept my $100. I'm a retiree without a spouse who is trying to support a handicapped child on my Social Security. And even though Walmart knew they were hacked, they were the only ones who wouldn't give back my money. So, screw Walmart!!!! I am shopping st Kroger and paying the higher prices now. I'm glad there's a Walmart in this area. The building is very eye-catching. However, there's a lot of pan handlers roaming the parking lot. It's a very busy place. I briefly went in and out. Check out lines were long, merchandise was nothing exciting. I did notice they carry Sofia Vergara clothing line. That was a surprise? You will have stop by and check it out sometime. Extremely rude and attacking lady working behind the beauty counter section. Refused to help me get an item off the top shelf in an aisle behind hers. She started raising her voice at me just for asking and said, "you see me behind the beauty section. I can't leave this section!! I'm not going to help you!!" Her name is Shaywan. Big black lady with long braids, missing teeth. I spoke with the manager and was told "it sounds like her". Really bad customer service from her. Don't usually shop at this location, but it was the cheapest ride Uber had to offer versus other destinations. As is Wal-Mart's reputation, I found everything I needed and much more. The line for self-checkout went very quickly, which means I was in and out of the store in no time at all. Don't hesitate to shop here, if you're ever in the area. read more

I've never felt more humiliated in my life like I did on 04/02/24! My husband and I were shopping with our 2 daughters, grabbing groceries. We hadn't even been at the store 20 minutes when we were approached by a police officer, a manager called Igor and some random lady that had no reason to be there. We were asked to leave the store because apparently there were complaints about a family approaching people and apparently it was us. Apparently we were approaching people showing them our IDs, asking them to pay for our groceries and also threatening customers if they didn't pay for our stuff. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! Every single time we're in there we keep to ourselves. We NEVER approached anyone, we can pay for our own stuff. We asked them to show us proof, show us videos of our apparent harassment to customers and they said they wouldn't show us anything. The manager still had the nerve to say that we had to leave the premises because they didn't want us at the store, that we had to wait 24 hours to come back or go to the Eastchase location. Yeah, no. Absolutely not. This was the most horrible experience from this absolute trash location. And in front of our kids, they made us feel like criminals when we didn't do anything wrong. I want and need accountability since we weren't even allowed to prove we didn't do anything wrong! read more

Their employees have a bad attitude towards customers, especially disabled customers. They either. Ignore us, yell at us, or are very rude to us when we go there to shop. The management their does nothing to change the attitude of their employees. That is not a store I would ever recommend to anyone. Nor will I ever return to that store. I can only hope that 1 day Walmart will find employees and managers for that store that are not biased against customers and are able to treat all people as equals. read more

Walmart Super Center #3533 just gave our order to someone else at curbside. Including our card number, name, address etc..all the information you put into their on line order system. I guess they don't check ID'S just hand shit to anyone who is there. I am so pissed. We had to cancel our card and don't have our order, which by the way was already charged to us. Sat on hold for 30 minutes only to get hung up on, apparently no manager to be found to correct this issue. Called back 4 times, no one apparently there to answer the phone either. It's Walmart. You don't expect much because we simply grab and go checkout. However, when there are times we need services, this one has by far been the worst for me. I ordered a photo, and came to pick it up. Nobody was at the photo center, and it was clear no one would be there for a while. I called this walmart and spoke to an associate to address my issue. She replied to me like I was dumb for being there. "I don't how long you've been standing there, but we close at 9," was said with a very unprofessional unfriendly tone. She tried to correct me even though it says on the website that it closes at 10pm. The associate made announcement on the intercom to get someone to help me. I waited quite some time before having to just decide to go up to a store associate who was walking down a nearby aisle. She also was not really attentive and just did the minimal. She grabbed it and packaged it even though photo was not even trimmed the size I picked for my order. That notification sent to my phone telling me that it's "ready for pickup" was obviously a lie. Like I said, I don't expect "great service" at walmart, but this was just ridiculous. An unprofessional associate who doesn't even know the hours, and someone who is not very accommodating. All of this has made me stay longer than I thought. read more

My biggest grip about this Walmart is the lack of prices on thier products. I'm always having to pull out my Walmart app to see how much something is. The store is almost always packed and that's probably because it isn't a 24 hour store. There are often people in the parking lot asking for money too. The employees are always friendly and helpful though. read more

Have been waiting now for 30 mins for my small grocery order, will give kudos to the guy who came out and told me they were short staffed. I was parked in #8 out of 6 slots but now as I've watched about 10 cars come and go, wonder about how they are scheduling and prioritizing pick ups. You know as a new trucker I try to just find a safe place to park for the night. If people don't like truckers and just want to tow you. Well I say if you don't like truckers stop buying stuff and we will all disappear never to be seen again. I'm already away from home and family is it hard to ask for a safe place to park. I even went in and spent 30 dollars at the Walmart. Truckers will spend money we need food. Tonight I will have to make number two in a five gallon bucket no toilets in trucks. Most places in this area charge an average 20 dollars to park for the night people have no choice but to pay it because everyone is doing it. I can't afford that just want a place to sleep where I won't get killed. If you love buying things please help out by reaching out to your local Walmart's to make it an option again to park at the edge of parking lots so we get good sleep and drive safely down the road and make it back to our families safely when we do get to go home. read more

I was in Walmart this evening and found a 2pk of joggers for women priced at $10.52. When I get to the self check out they rang $15.50. I told the cashier and she scanned them on her device and sure enough they rang $15.50. I asked for the correction on my purchase since there was an entire display of them priced at 10.52 and the CSM said no. She didn't even look my way or offer any type of apology or even speak to me (she spoke to the cashier only). She DID say it was probably a Black Friday pricing, which made the situation even worse since Black Friday was 3 weeks ago....seriously. I did hear her call someone on the walkie to go change the sign. I didn't have time to stand my ground on this but I will be there tomorrow to make sure their mistake is honored. It's honestly the principle of the thing. Be reputable and if you put people in mgmt roles make sure they get some mgmt training. It gets tiring when you constantly have to fight for the right thing. New or not, it's Walmart. There's one larger self checkout area, and there are usually at least two machines that accept cash. New store = new employees = recently trained, so customer service counter visits may vary (though the line often moves faster than at other locations). read more
