The store is clean the prices are halfway decent. But you cannot find prices anymore because they want to pull the wool over your eye You pick up something and all that is on the tag is that manufacturer. Do you have to scan it to find the stinking prices. Plus I've ordered several times online, there is no place to find the substitutions on the app because I would never ever want to substitution. Today they broke my order into two orders they charged me shipping because neither order was enough for an order, they delivered half the potato chips I wanted only they did not deliver the sweet potato one so I had to return them. Talking to customer service was just about impossible I had a very sweet polite Asian lady who took so long. There is no place on the app where you can find your original order and I was never emailed my original order like the AI assistant on customer service says. I just hate shopping this place and the last time I ordered something online I was given the wrong things and charged a shipping fee as well. I've just about had it with Walmart but who can stop shopping at Walmart? read more

Nothing but self checkouts are open every time I come here, there are cashiers stations on the majority of the check out area and are all closed all the time. Do yourself a favor and go to target. read more

I've been shopping @ this Wal-Mart since it opened. GREAT Staff, from the Management down to the guys who bring the Carts in. One of the "hidden" secrets of this location is that they make their own Flour & Corn Tortillas in the Bakery! I've met people who drive from Benbrook just to get these warm, soft Tortillas. In almost every Department in the store I've found friendly, helpful employees who speak with me when I shop, help me when I need it, and ALWAYS have a smile on their face. The ONLY knock on this Location is... ITS LOCATION!!! It has the worst entrances off of Jacksboro Hwy. that make it difficult to get out especially difficult. Not much they could have done about it though. It's just the way the land lays down in a valley from Jacksboro Hwy. read more

This Walmart is super clean, well stocked with everything, well organized with friendly staff who were able to help us find an item quickly. This Walmart is so much better than the one on Overton. I will drive out of my way to come to this one! Shoplifting is apparently such a huge problem at this Wal Mart that they guard their exits with a 397-year-old man who does not actually know how to read and thus looks at your receipt upside down while putting on a theatrical display as if commissioned by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I have four items in one bag. Somehow this manages to take over three minutes as he slowly pulls his glasses from his pants pocket and paces about pretending to examine the receipt (even though it's still upside down) and never looks in my bag. It's either this or the 16 year old kid on the lookout whom you could hand a used napkin to and he would send you on your way, so I'm sure this is a very successful way to snag bad guys. Not that the security polls do anything except fire off randomly at flies, dust, a gentle breeze, farts, gnats and vigorous eye blinking. Wal Mart is the worst store in the world. It is cheap, it is dirty, it is filled with crap and employees that have no other options. The only reason a person goes to Wal Mart is because they, too, have no other choice: Either because they've been priced out of other stores or because they need something in ten minutes and it just-cannot-wait. I do not like being hassled after I pay for my goods and treated like a criminal on the way to my car by people who are there frankly because -- even at Wal Mart -- they can't find anything else they are capable of doing. Wal Mart has a lot of stupid, anti-customer policies because they bank on the fact that their general customer base has no choice but to shop there anyway. I do have a choice, and because of the shoddy customer service practices of this particular Wal Mart, I will elect to shop elsewhere. It turns out it always can wait. read more

Brand new Wal-Mart only 3 months old and have a good selection of Mexican foods especially my favorite Mexican sweets. This store has a nice toy selection and everything is neatly stocked. Electronics does not have a good selection of computers and tablets compared to the other Wal-Mart stores but that's okay. I always find most of the items I am looking for when I shop here. One thing I really like is this store is always kept very clean and it feels like a brand new store everything I come in. The cashiers are really fast and it makes the checking out process very efficient and less of a beating. I will certainly come here again for my shopping needs. read more

Some of the employees need to watch their attitude , mainly the younger bunch , for example i was having problems with my card is i called one of the attendants ( who happened to be a female teen) and told her that the scanner was not reading my card . I don't know what made her think i said " this item didn't scan " but she took said item , tossed it in a bin and walked away with out walking then i called her back and she was rolling her eyes and talking like she had better things to do then getting her job done read more

Staff was very helpful. I tried to checkout at the self checkout. I realized that I left my wallet in the car and they helped me suspend my transaction until I returned with my wallet. Then my card was declined....too much Christmas shopping....and they helped me move to another register while I transferred money into my account. Very pleasant staff. There also seemed to be a lot of employees around the store standing by to help customers. The produce looked great and I am very pleased with the quality of the products that I purchased. I don't live in this area but if I ever need to come to Walmart in this area again, I won't hesitate to visit this one and give it my business. read more

OK, let's get this straight. This is a wonderful store to shop. The employees at this store have a great attitude and are not only very friendly, but also very helpful. Even when I call on the phone looking for something, they are always very happy to help me. The only downside to this store is that is does not have an automotive center..... yet. But it has a good fabric and craft department, which is a plus for me. The produce is always in good shape (I am very picky) and as Ray mentioned, the store is very clean. Of all the stores in the area, this one is my favorite store to shop. read more

This is more a review of Walmart the Corporation than the actual store. Though this is the store I went to. Walmart started a pre-black Friday sale today that is SUPPOSED to run though the 27th of this month. I went in to pick up one of the 40" Tv that were on sale for $115 at 8am when th sale started and was told they were out! They had only shipped out 5 to each store! 5???!!!! Not only that they told me they would NOT be getting anymore in! This sale is a week long and you arent shipping out anymore to the stores?? What kind of shit is that?! THIS is why I do NOT shop on Thanksgiving or Black FRiday! This is a total sham Walmart! Shame on you! read more
