I go to this Sam's occasionally. The store is very busy, and the parking lot is always full. But I have never been to any Sam's that was not busy. Very nice store with great deals. I like the clothes section you can get some good deals on clothing. Great prices on prime steaks, pork and chicken. The pastries department is very good. The only issue is you must buy a lot of cookies or a very big pie. Too much for two people. Same thing with the fruit department looks good but you have to buy a lot of fruit. Good selection of TVs, very large TVs at a great price. The pharmacy is good, my husband uses this location and always has good service. If you want a low-price lunch, go here for the hotdog or pizza combos with a coke. You cannot beat the price. Plus, the pizza and the hotdogs are very good. They can have long lines at the counter to order the food. Sometime the line goes a little slow. The fuel station has the lowest prices in town for gas. read more

i put a curbside order in and showed up, checked in. I'm in the car with my daughter waiting and 30 minutes go by. I finally see an employee bringing an order out, of course not mine, and let him know my situation. He says he'll take care of it. While I'm sitting waiting impatiently, another car pulls into the spot in front of me and their order comes out within two minutes. The employee comes out with an order, of course not mine, but another customers order and didn't even acknowledge me or let me know what's going on. Finally 40 minutes later I get my order of 8 items. I called multiple times while waiting in the car and no answer. What's the point in having curbside pickup? so they can push you to the side, forget about you, make your blood pressure boil, ruin your day! I would recommend never putting in a curbside order and also never going to this store. Their service sucks. read more

the customer service is great but the cafe is horrible, i waited 30 minutes in line to order food and there was 3 employees in the back talking and barely preparing pizza while there was hardly any pizza in the display case & there was a lady in the register doing all the checking out till finally one of them decided to come up to help with the long line. Im forced to put one star even though CAFE deserves zero. This location has really lost its touch. They used to have crew members who smiled and actually made food thats worth it. Now, its lack of portions and the snobby attitudes. If you dont wanna be there dont be there. This berry sundae is the second one ive got that really its not even half a cup. i put my spoon in and its a big hole in the middle. They used to fill it up. Thats the point of the lid. No point in wasting plastic lids if you dont fill it up. The cafe members themselves were all careless and said they wouldnt fix the problem. Wont be going to this club anymore. I went to Sam's yesterday and purchased 2 sets of wooden floor panels. Went back when I got off from work today I went to grab 8 more. Which was a part of the promotion. Upon leaving out the door on the second trip. I noticed that the price that was on the tag wasn't honored. So when I went to customer service. I talked to the employees who also confirmed that the prices were wrong. They handed the situation over to a woman name Kathy. I'm not sure if she was the manager or what. But she was determined to insinuate that I was a liar about what I paid the original time. And not that the price was completely wrong. I had just got off from work and wasn't in the mood to debate and argue with some that knows remotely nothing about how customer service works. Not only did she hurry up and snatch the wrong original tag. But she was quick to tell me what I paid for the first ones. And didn't honor what the price was today. Its a measly 16 bucks. That don't make or break me. But I will be buying the rest of my flooring this weekend from Home depot and Lowes. Because she was really rude. And really doesn't like her job obviously. This has always been one of my fav weekend happy sampling spots. Having a small household bulk doesn't suit me as much as the free food does. Lol On the other hand during the holidays with family events and special parties I can always get such a better deal here. Their contacts are much cheaper. Today I even got a free hearing test. Daniel the examiner was so polite and informative. Nothing like knowing my luv for listening to hip hop hasn't damaged my hearing... We have been using this Sam's club due to the current pandemic. My husband and I will order for curbside. My parents also use their safe senior time to shop for the things they need. I believe this store is a doing a great job during the pandemic to give customers a safe option to fulfill their grocery and household needs. read more

I'm not fan of Sam's rearranging the aisle compared to their previous arrangement. So much has changed here from last year, like they've upgraded their dairy, poultry section, and build a sushi area. My favorite part is their kiosk offering free stuff. * Sometimes their carts can be annoying because when you push it, it goes sideways so you'll have to keep correcting it before you hit someone else. * Parking lots at this place is crowded so be sure to keep your car ding free. * They sell good produce and dairy. I'm okay with some of their poultry compared to Costco. * Self checkout is the in-thing now with Sam's and I've had some issues on the past of their cashiers double charging me with an item. * Their hot dog (Nathan's Hot Dog) and yogurt ice cream is good and I highly recommend it. * They got good Wi-Fi here and mostly disabled friendly place. * The machine can scan your membership card via the Sam's Club app or if so, from Apple Wallet digitally. * They sell good quality clothing at this place. read more

This Sam's Club location has the worst check-out customer service personnel. There is no accountability, especially since Nicole, one of the "Managers", is the one just standing around chit-chatting with the check-out staff and their friends that came to shop, while customers are waiting for the slow service on the check-out lines. I guess they do that so customers will go to the self-service checkout, and those lazy women don't need to be bothered working at all. I shouldn't complain, because after waiting for 10 minutes on Lorelei's take-forever lane, I went to the self-service line, and upon second-thought, realized I really did not need $60 of merchandise which I left at the register, so I actually saved money shopping here! Terrible customer service. Manager would not come to door to talk with me. I was not aware they changed hours for Plus customers to 8:00 am. I've always shopped here at 7:00 am. I would have paid for the three cakes I ordered with scan and go, but nope, they wouldn't do that. Manager sent someone to talk to me, manager did not come to door. A while back we changed from Costco's to Sams club. The reason was we were looking for a better choice of prepared food items. We didn't find a very good choice at all. Here's my story. A couple of weeks ago I bought a large box of Members Mark Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp. You wouldn't believe what was in the box, no shrimp. They had shrimp tails stuck in panko crust/ bread formed like shrimp, but no shrimp. I tried several ands all were shrimpless, what a fraud. I wish I could pick a lower rating that a one star. As a little girl, I used to tag a long with my Grandparents to get a pretzel and a fountain pepsi. So, Grandma loves her pepsi and complains that pepsi has changed. I don't drink them that much anymore, but they do taste off. So she wanted to try coke. Coke in a can isn't good, fountain coke is better. So recently, I brought her home a mexican coke in the bottle. Her eyes light up and said "This is what coke tasted like when I was a little girl before they went screwing around with it" andd of course automatically wanted to know where we could get a case. Long story short, Sam's has them for $19 for 20 bottles. I'm really not a fan of gigantic stores, even though I can get lost for hours in here. I get a membership and then I don't go. Now Sam's has an app and you can fill our your membership, get your card, and take a picture all from your phone. $45 for a membership now. So I come for Mexican coke and pick a few things so I'm not just going to Sam's just for Mexican coke. Whether or not the bulk items like toilet paper will save us money in the long run isn't something I've looked into, but who knows. read more

I shop here at least once a week and I have a pleasant experience every time. It's always a quick in and out trip. I am excited to see the resetting of the store in progress and all the new items that they are bringing in. I normally don't use this pharmacy, but just recently I had to use them and I am considering making them my permanent pharmacy. The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were very polite and professional. As you enter the store, you see a sign that states due to COVID-19 all Sam's employees are required to wear masks. Could have fooled me! I saw all employees with masks, but some did not have their noses covered at all, and some had the tip of their noses barely covered (you could see the top of their nostrils) while some would pull their masks under their chins, exposing their noses and mouths, when they would speak to each other or to customers. This was shocking to me and makes me wonder what the employees are doing when someone is not watching. I will never go back!! read more

I said they will need by order number but she said she only wants my name and number to give to the tire staff. She assumed that I wanted HER to look up my tire order and was not about to let me take up her time. This club used to be a 1-Star but they've come a long way, baby. They've moved the tires into the back, I assume, because now I can walk in there without the nauseating smell of strong rubber punching me in the face. I like that we no longer have to show our card to get in, too. The recent renovations in the back area are nice, especially the addition of a real sushi shop with Japanese chefs. The sushi is pretty good. The self checkout lines are especially nice for business owners. I'm in and out quickly. But for the love of god, PLEASE fix your Club Pickup or stop using it altogether. I've tried twice and it's horrible. I won't use the app again. Also, the demo reps are annoying. If I want to check out your Direct TV package, or try your hair straightener, I'll walk over to you.
